Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan barrier hops terhadap kemampuan daya ledak otot tugkai pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu One Group Pretetst-Posttest Design. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik sampel total population sampling dengan jumlah sampel 31 siswa yang terdiri dari ( L=21 dan P=10). Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu tes vertical jump. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesisi dengan rumus uji t, bahwa latihan barrier hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keampuan daya ledak otot tungkai pada permainan bola voli. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t yaitu thitung 13,569 dan t tabel 1,69 (df29) dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Latihan barrier hops dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. Peningkatan yang diberikan dlatihan barrier hops dari hasil pretest ke hasil posttest yaitu meningkat 67%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of jump box training on the results of three-point shoots for extracurricular basketball students at SMA Negeri 1 Martapura. The method used in this research is an experiment. The research design used was the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This sample was taken using a total population sampling technique with a total sample of 39 students. The research instrument was the three-point shoot test. From the results of data management and analysis using the data normality test and hypothesis testing with the T-test formula, jump box training has an effect on increasing the results of three-point shoots in basketball games. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the t-test formula with the criteria t count is greater than t table (13.730 ˃ 1.70) with a confidence level of 0.95 (α = 0.05) and the number of samples (N = 30). Jump box training can have an effect on increasing the results of three-point shoots for basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Martapura.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on physical activity levels, particularly in the context of physical education, leading to a decline in students' physical fitness. This decline in physical fitness may have implications for students, potentially increasing their vulnerability to stress, depression, and anxiety. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between physical activity and levels of anxiety, stress, and depression among students during the COVID-19 lockdown period. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a correlational method to explore the associations between physical activity and mental health outcomes. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 42) were used as research instruments. The study included students from Lubuk Linggau 3 State High School, with a sample size of 166 students selected through accidental sampling. Data analysis involved the implementation of Chi-squared and MANOVA tests using Excel and SPSS 25 software. Surprisingly, the study findings revealed no significant relationships between physical activity and depression, anxiety, or stress levels among the participants. Therefore, it can be concluded that physical activity alone may not directly cause depression, anxiety, and stress among students at Lubuk Linggau 3 State High School during the COVID-19 lockdown period. To enhance the generalizability of these findings, future studies should include a more diverse range of participants, such as students from urban areas. Furthermore, exploring additional factors that may contribute to mental health outcomes during the pandemic can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between physical activity and psychological well-being. By expanding the scope of research, valuable insights can be gained to develop tailored interventions and support systems aimed at promoting the overall mental well-being of students across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes through the D, Volleyball Learning web in volleyball learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. This research uses classroom action research (PTK) using two action cycles. The research instruments are cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills) bottom serve, smash, affective (attitude) tests. This data collection technique uses bottom service tests, smash, observation and documentation. The test data analysis technique uses learning completeness. The subjects used in this research were 31 students in class VIII.2, 11 male students and 20 female students. Based on the results and discussion of the research, it was found that in the first cycle of assessing students' knowledge, the percentage of completeness reached 32.2% with an average score of 58.6. Assessing students' lower service skills, the percentage of completion reached 32.2% with an average of 45.4. Assessing students' smash skills, the percentage of completion reached 41.9% with an average of 64.4. The assessment of students' attitudes, the percentage of completeness reached 61.2% with an average of 70.9. Then in cycle II, the results of assessing students' knowledge, the percentage of completeness reached 83.8% with an average score of 79.3. The assessment of lower service skills, the percentage of completion reached 83.8% with an average score of 75. The assessment of students' smash skills, the percentage of completion reached 87.1% with an average of 74.7. Assessment of students' attitudes, the percentage of completeness reached 80.7% with an average of 77. From the results of observations, students' activeness increased, in cycle I the percentage of students' activeness reached 65.1% in the active category and in cycle II it increased by percentage 80% are very active, so it can be concluded that the implementation of the D, Volleyball Learning web media is effectively used in learning volleyball at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu.

Abstract

The low understanding of techniques in soccer games includes dribbling technique, which refers to ball control and maneuvering using the feet. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Shuttle Run training on the agility of dribbling skills in soccer athletes. The research design employed is a quasi-experimental study. The population of the study consists of 30 athletes from Sumber Harta Musi Rawas Soccer Club, aged between 17 and 20 years. The sample for this study is comprised of all 30 athletes from Sumber Harta Musi Rawas Soccer Club. The data analysis technique used is the "t-test" to obtain the results, with a critical value of 1.70 derived from the T-distribution table with degrees of freedom (df) of 39. The conclusion drawn from the study is that Shuttle Run training has a significant impact on improving dribbling agility in soccer games for the athletes of Sumber Harta Musi Rawas Soccer Club. The research findings also indicate that Shuttle Run training is an effective method for enhancing agility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric box drills terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai atlet voli Club RBO Palembang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Adapun sampel penelitian yaitu atlet RBO Club Palembang berjumlah 30 orang, latihan dalam penelitian yaitu latihan box drils selama 6 minggu dan latihan 3 kali seminggu. Hasil penelitian latihan plyometric box drills bisa meningkatkan power otot tungkai atlet voli RBO Club Palembang, yaitu dengan hasil tes awal (pretest) nilai rata-rata atlet adalah 131,4957 meningkat menjadi 134,2670 dari hasil tes akhir (postest). Hal ini terbukti dari uji t dengan thitung -14,301 > dari ttabel 1,70113. Ada peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 3,2443. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh latihan plyometric box drills terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai atlet voli pada RBO Club Palembang, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada daya ledak otot tungkai atlet RBO Club Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan pada pemain bola voli putra klub Raja Wali Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan bentuk one grouppretest-pottest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pemain bola voli putra klub Raja Wali Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Sampel pada penelitian iniberjumlah 30 orang. Instrument pada penelitian ini adalah tes tinggi lompatan melalui Vertical jump. Data diambil dari tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (pottest). Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini berupa latihan gawang selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali seminggu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data uji hipotesis di ketahui thitung (20,559) > ttabel (1,70), maka thitung > ttabel sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pernyataan H1 tersebut yaitu terdapat pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan pada pemain bola voli putra klub Raja Wali Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu latihan lompat gawang dapat digunakan sebagai suatu metode latihan untuk meningkatkan tinggi. Lompatan pad pada permainan bola voli. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efek dari metode latihan lempar bola menggunakan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler handball di SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dan rancangan pretest-posttest group design digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball, sementara variabel terikat adalah hasil kekuatan otot lengan. Populasi penelitian melibatkan peserta ekstrakurikuler handball di SMA Negeri 14 Palembang, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah push and pull dynamometer. Selama 6 minggu, peserta penelitian diberikan perlakuan dengan metode latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball, dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali seminggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball berdampak positif terhadap power otot lengan. Hasil ini didukung oleh uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26, yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 dengan nilai (α) sebesar 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil sig. 0.00 < 0,05 dan keputusan yang diambil adalah menolak Ho dan menerima Ha. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disarankan bahwa latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball berpengaruh terhadap power otot lengan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler handball SMA Negeri 14 Palembang

Abstract

Physical literacy is a description of someone who has the motivation, self-confidence, physical competence, knowledge and understanding to assess and take part in physical activity throughout life. This research aims to determine the role of physical literacy in physical activity participation among students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The method in this research is the correlation or correlational method. The data collection technique in this research used the Spanish perceived physical literacy (SPPL) questionnaire and the global physical activity questionnaire (GPAQ) for physical activity. The sample used was 160 (L=64 and P=96) students aged 14 - 16 years. The data analysis technique uses Chi-square analysis. The steps in this research are categorizing the data and carrying out data analysis, namely testing the relationship between physical literacy and physical activity variables. Based on the results of the chi-square test in this study, it shows that there is a significant relationship between physical literacy and physical activity in students. And from the results of the chi-square test, we get a p-value of 4515.234, by using an alpha of 0.05, the p-value or sig is <0.05 or we get a calculated value of 4515.234, which is enough to accept H1. This means that H0 is rejected, so there is an influence on the role of physical literacy in students' physical activity. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, conclusions can be drawn. That the role of physical literacy makes students actively engage in physical activity. The role of literacy in the form of motivation, self-confidence, physical competition, understanding and knowledge leads them to become teenagers who have extraordinary experiences. Teenagers who understand physical literacy are more likely to be active and move with confidence and competitiveness, resulting in effective and efficient movements. By making teenagers physically literate, their lives will be active and productive throughout their lives as well as responsibility for physical involvement.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a digital lower passing test tool based on an Android application at SMP Negeri 55 Palembang. The type of research used is research and development (R&D), which is research that produces a product in the form of a digital lower passing test tool based on an Android application. The sampling technique in this research was all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 55 Palembang who at that time were studying bottom passing material in learning the game of volleyball. The data collection techniques used are product validity test data, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The instruments in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and students' passing tests. The data analysis technique is validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded from the research that the bottom passing test tool is said to be very valid, seen from the validator research results, namely an average percentage of 95% with a very valid category. Based on the student response questionnaire, this lower passing test tool is said to be practical to use with a score of 3.83 with a very positive classification. Based on the results of the bottom passing test, using this tool is effective for use in the learning process. The results of the lower passing test were obtained with an average of 16 in the high category. The conclusion of this research is that the Android application-based digital passing test tool is declared to be very valid in its use, this tool is also practical to use, and this tool is effectively used as a support for learning activities in the game of volleyball. The implementation of the results of this research is that the Android application-based digital passing test tool can be used as intended.
