Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe cultural values of the Bissu community in novel Calabai, Perempuan dalam Tubuh Lelaki by Pepi Al-Bayqunie. This research can be useful for enriching  the development of science and language studies and to be used as teaching materials for Indonesian language?s teacher. The method in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. The approach in this research is literature anthropology approach. The source of data in this research is novel Calabai, Perempuan dalam Tubuh Lelaki by Pepi Al-Bayqunie published by Javanica. The primary data of this research reflected through the quotation of words, phrases, clauses, or sentences in the novel Calabai, Perempuan dalam Tubuh Lelaki. The technique of data collecting is using documentary study. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman menggunakan metode scaffolded reading dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan metode scaffolded reading di kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK PGRI Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan dengan menggunakan metode scaffolded reading maka dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar membaca siswa, khususnya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap makna kata, bentuk kata, ungkapan, dan kalimat dalam konteks bekerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus, dan selalu mengalami peningkatan   Kata Kunci: Scaffolded reading, pemahaman, bacaan   Abstract: This research aimed to describe the learning reading comprehension using methods scaffolded reading and to determine the increase students  reading methods scaffolded reading in class XI Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK PGRI Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that by using scaffolded reading it can improve the learning outcomes of students reading, especially improving student understanding of the meaning of words, the words, phrases, and sentences in a work context. Abstract

 Abstract: This research aims to improve the reading skills of learning found the main problems in the news through methods preview, question, read, reflect, Recite, review the second semester of eighth grade students of SMP Equator Jungkat learning year 2012/2013. The method used is descriptive research procedure class measures consisting of 2 cycles. The results showed that the planning and implementation of learning has been implemented by teachers with appropriate and maximum. learning activities and motivation of students has increased in each cycle. Student learning outcomes also increased. Value of the average student in the first cycle is 63,76%, an increase on the second cycle of 83,33%. Keywords: Extensive Reading, Methods preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review

Abstract

AbstractThe selection of the novel Sabtu Bersama Bapak by Adhitya Mulya as an object of research based on several reasons. First, code mixing was not only in oral form, but also in writing. Second, based on the findings of researchers that in the novel there are many elements of foreign languages found. Third, the writer of the novel can be said to be a literary class of 2000s. This research was conducted to describe the form of code mixing, code mixing function, and exposure to the contribution of research results to learning. The research method used is descriptive research method with qualitative forms. The data of this study were in the form of dialogue between the characters of the novel. Data analysis techniques in this study were qualitative data analysis. In the novel there is a mixture of tangible words, phrases, clauses, baster, rephrase, and expressions / idioms. The code mix contained in the novel serves as the insertion of sentences and as a specification of the opponent's speech. The results of the study were contributed to Indonesian language learning in the second semester of the 11th grade on basic competencies 3.17. Keywords: Code Mixing, Form Of Code Mixing, Code Mixing Function, Novel

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan lima lapis strata norma yang terdapat pada Empat Kumpulan Sajak karya WS Rendra. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan 20 puisi didominasi oleh bunyi eufoni, 64 puisi didominasi oleh bunyi kakafoni, dan 5 puisi tidak didominasi oleh bunyi eufoni ataupun kakafoni; terdapat bahasa denotasi dan konotasi, bahasa kiasan, pencitraan, gaya bahasa dan sarana retorika, dan faktor ketatabahasaan; perasaan yang mendominasi adalah kesedihan; objek-objek yang terdapat, yaitu pelaku, latar, objek lain, dan dunia eksplisit; dunia yang secara implisit tersampaikan, yaitu (1) Kakawin Kawin: masa berpacaran WS Rendra dan Narti, masa lamaran, dan masa pernikahan; (2) Malam Stanza: masa pernikahan, masa konflik pernikahan, masa kejatuhan WS Rendra dalam hal percintaan; (3) Nyanyian dari Jalanan: masa perenungan, masa kehidupan WS Rendra dan lingkungan sekitarnya, dan (4) Sajak-Sajak Dua Belas Perak: penghargaan terhadap para sahabat WS Rendra dan masa upaya memperbaiki hubungan pernikahannya; tema perenungan yang tersampaikan, yaitu alam, percintaan, ketuhanan, kepribadian, kemanusiaan, dan penghormatan terhadap ibu; tema yang mendominasi lapis metafisis adalah percintaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menunjang pembelajaran strata norma dan puisi di sekolah-sekolah maupun di perkuliahan dan sebagai ilmu pengetahuan.   Kata Kunci: strata norma (bunyi, arti, objek, dunia, metafisis), semiotik.   Abstract: This research aims to describe five norm stratum in Four Poem Collection written by WS Rendra. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. Based on analysis result, it is concluded that 20 poems dominated by euphonic sound, 64 poems dominated by cacophonic sound, and 5 poems dominated neither by euphonic sound nor cacophonic sound. Denotation, connotation, imaging, rhetoric, and grammatical factors are used in the Four Poem Collections; feeling which dominates the poems is sadness; object found in the poems are subjects, setting, other objects, and explicit world; implicitly expressed worlds are (1) Kakawin Kawin: WS Rendra and Narti’s courtship, proposal, and wedding; (2) Malam Stanza: wedding, wedding conflict, WS Rendra’s downfall in love; (3) Nyanyian dari Jalanan: contemplation, WS Rendra’s life and his environment, and (4) Sajak-Sajak Dua Belas Perak: appreciation for WS Rendra’s friend and his effort to make up his wedding life; theme which dominates metaphysical stratum is love. Hopefully this research may support studies about norm stratum and poems in schools and in college and also can used for knowledge.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of interest of students to the literary works, one of whom wrote poetry. So the problem that arises is how the learning to write poetry on the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Segedong Mempawah lesson year 2017/2018. This research method is descriptive. Form of research used qualitative. Sources of data in this study are Indonesian teachers and students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Segedong. Data collection techniques use observation and test techniques. Data analysis technique using qualitative descriptive model. The results or conclusions of this study are: 1) Implementation of learning in the form of preliminary activities undertaken by the teacher has been implemented all well; 2) Implementation of learning in the form of core activities that are divided in the mastery of the material, the application of learning strategies, learning to write poetry, process assessment and learning outcomes, and the use of language; 3) Implementation of learning in the form of closing activities is the teacher with students concluded the material has been studied. The teacher asks a message that can be taken from the material, the teacher also conducts an assessment of the learning activities; 4) Assessment of the final results using the assessment rubric. The technique of writing poetry writing skills using product assessment techniques (work).Keywords: Learning, Writing, Poetry

Abstract

AbstractThis research focuses on one field of semantic study of the field meaning verbs fall in BDP. The general problem in this study was "Medan Meaning of Verbens Falling in Dayak Pandu Language". Subproblems in this study, namely how the components of meaning, word form, semantic function, and substitution of field sentences mean verbs fall in BDP. This study aims to describe the components of meaning, word form, semantic function, and the substitution of the phrase field meaning that the verb falls in BDP. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research forms. The data in this study are vocabulary and sentences which contain the meaning field of the falling verb BDP. The source of the data in this study is BDP which is spoken by native speakers of BDP. The techniques used are fishing techniques and interviews. The data collection tool in this study is a list of pictures and questions, folklore, and recording tools. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that in BDP can be obtained data of 28 components of meaning. The form of the word has the basic words, the word additive, and the word rephrase. Semantic functions have functions for humans, animals, plants, solid objects, and liquids. Substitution of sentences can be grouped according to the semantic characteristics of the subject, the number, origin of the fall, distance to fall, cause, level of pain, falling position, place of fall, and intentionality.Keywords: Meaning field, falling verb BDP

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to describe the types of gender injustice in the form of violence, types of gender injustice in the form of marginalization, types of gender injustice in the form of subordination, types of gender injustice in the form of stereotypes and implementation plans of research results of gender injustice forms in Abidah El Khalieqy's novel, Kartini, on college's learning literature. This research was theoretically and practically useful. The theories used in this study were feminism, gender, gender injustice, women, literary criticism of feminism, novels, and literature study. This research uses descriptive method, in the form of qualitative, with a literary criticism of feminism approach. The data source was Kartini's novel by Abidah El Khalieqy with data in the form of excerpts that show the types of gender injusticeexperienced by female figures illustrated in the sentences in the novel of Kartini by Abidah El Khalieqy. Data collection techniques using indirect techniques, in the form of documentary techniques and data collection tools were researchers themselves as the main instrument. Abstract

Abstrak : Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah hilangnya musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Kota Pontianak. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah merevitalisasi musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Etnomusikologi. Sumber data menggunakan data primer. Data penelitian berupa hasil wawancara, hasil observasi, hasil dokumentasi dan buku catatan harian mengenai musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya yang dilakukan dalam merevitalisasi musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang yaitu pertemuan dengan narasumber yang merupakan penari dan pemusik kesenian Jepin Cangkah Pedang, Melakukan latihan bersama penari dan pemusik seperti pada tahun 1950-1980. Menganalisis bentuk musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang, Menampilkan kembali musik iringan tari Jepin Cangkah Pedang  yaitu mawal, musik pengantar tari ke dalam pentas, ragam pencak satu, ragam pencak dua, ragam pencak tiga, musik pengantar penari keluar panggung, gerak tari dan kostum penari pemusik.   Kata Kunci : Revitalisasi, Musik, Jepin Cangkah Pedang Abstract : The Background in this research is because the music accompaniment music in Cangkah Pedang Jepin Dance at the West Pontianak District, Pontianak City was extincted.. The aim will be reach, is be a revitalization a music with the accompaniment of Cangkah Pedang Jepin Dance. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative research form. The approach used is ethnomusicology. The resourcer using primary data. The approach of the data in this research are the result of interview, the observation, the document and daily note book about accompaniment of Cangkah Pedang Jepin Dance. The research of this is the effort, that is doing in the revitalization accompaniment of Cangkah Pedang Jepin Dance, that is the meeting with a resource who is dancer and the musicians do the practicing together as well as in the year 1950-1980. Anilizing musical form of Cangkah pedang and than performed it. The pants of musical form such as mawal, musik pengantar tari ke dalam pentas, ragam pencak satu, ragam pencak dua, ragam pencak tiga, musik pengantar tari keluar pentas, the act of dance and costume of dancer of the art musicians.   Keyword: Revitalization, Music, Jepin Cangkah Pedang

Abstract

Abstrak:Research in the novel "Interpersonal intelligence figures in the novel Dunia Kecil Mimpi Hidup di Mata Si Kecilby Yoyon Indra Joni" background for introducing children's literature both orally and in writing. The problem in this research is how interpersonal main character and supporting cast as well as the implementation of the plan of learning in children's novel Dunia Kecil Mimpi Hidup di Mata Si Kecilby Yoyon Indra Joni? Of these problems, this study aims to describe the main character and interpersonal intelligence supporting cast as well as its implementation into lesson plans. The benefits of this theoretical study is to increase the amount of research related to psychology and can support the psychological theory of literature. While practically this research can be input for further research and provide knowledge to all people. This study uses the theory of Garner, Binet, Buzan, Ormrod and Sarwono. The all process of data collection in this research use descriptive method with qualitative terms. The approach used is psikolanalitik approach. While the data source is novel Dunia Kecil Mimpi Hidup di Mata Si Kecil by Yoyon Indra Joni. The data taken is in the form of words, phrases or sentences contained in the novel. Techniques used in data collection is a study technique documentary by the author as a key or a main instrument. Test the validity of the author's data required for thorough and diligent in analyzing the data so that the necessary triangulation and adequacy of reference. Data analysis technique is done in a way describe, analyze, interpret and make verification / conclusions. Based on research by the author, there are some conclusions of this study, ie. 1) The existence of interpersonal intelligence that experienced by the main character in the interaction that occurs in the novel Dunia Kecil Mimpi Hidup di Mata Si Kecilby YoyonIndra Joni. 2) The existence of interpersonal intelligence experienced supporting cast in the interaction that occurs in the novel Dunia Kecil Mimpi Hidup di Mata Si Kecilby YoyonIndra Joni. 3) This researchcan be implemented in a high school class XII learning in the second half.
