Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of collaborative research networks in Indonesian educational institutions through a sociology of knowledge approach. The main objective of the study is to analyze the pattern of knowledge sharing and the transformation of the academic ecosystem in the context of globalization. An interpretive qualitative method is used, including literature studies, in-depth interviews, and theoretical analysis based on grounded theory with a sample of cross-disciplinary researchers. The research findings reveal three key aspects: (1) the structure of the research network that is dynamic and heterarchical, (2) the mechanism of knowledge sharing that is multimodal and influenced by social capital, and (3) the transformation of the research ecosystem towards a transdisciplinary model. The study recommends the development of policies that support collaboration flexibility, investment in social capital, and strengthening digital infrastructure to support innovative and responsive research networks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) in educational studies through a sociological framework, focusing on stakeholder engagement and its implications for educational practice and policy development. The research employed a qualitative approach utilizing systematic literature review methodology, analyzing peer-reviewed articles published between 2015-2022 that focus on CBPR implementation in educational contexts and their sociological underpinnings. The findings reveal three key dimensions: (1) the transformation of power relations in educational research, demonstrating a shift towards more equitable collaboration between academic researchers and communities; (2) the crucial role of sociological frameworks in understanding community dynamics and their influence on educational outcomes; and (3) the sustainable impact on educational policy development through enhanced stakeholder engagement and evidence-based advocacy. The study highlights how the integration of sociological perspectives in CBPR can facilitate more effective stakeholder engagement and sustainable educational change. Recommendations include developing more culturally responsive research methodologies and establishing mechanisms for measuring the long-term impact of participatory approaches in educational research and policy development. These findings contribute to the growing body of knowledge on participatory research methods in education while providing practical insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers seeking to enhance community engagement in educational transformation.

Abstract

This study explores the profound impact of digital technology on educational research management through a comprehensive qualitative literature review. The research aims to analyze how digital infrastructure transforms knowledge production, collaboration, and dissemination in educational research communities. Utilizing systematic literature review methods, the study examines academic databases from 2010-2023, employing qualitative meta-synthesis techniques to identify emerging patterns and themes. The findings reveal three critical transformations: (1) the emergence of dynamic, networked research ecosystems that transcend traditional institutional boundaries; (2) the democratization of knowledge through digital platforms that enable more inclusive and participatory knowledge production; and (3) the complex ethical challenges arising from digital research infrastructures. Theoretical perspectives from Social Network Theory, Actor-Network Theory, Digital Public Sphere Theory, and Critical Pedagogy provide nuanced insights into these transformations. The study demonstrates that digital technology is not merely a tool but an active mediator reshaping epistemological practices, social relations, and research governance. Recommendations include developing adaptive ethical protocols, creating flexible research infrastructures, and fostering digital literacy among researchers. The research contributes to understanding the fundamental shifts in educational research management in the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines the ethical management of educational research, focusing on social responsibility and cultural sensitivity. It aims to address challenges in balancing academic goals with ethical principles, particularly in diverse cultural contexts. The study employs a qualitative literature review method, analyzing theoretical and empirical sources to explore the intersection of research ethics and cultural awareness. The findings highlight three main issues: low awareness of research ethics, neglect of cultural sensitivity, and minimal integration of social responsibility. Researchers in remote areas often lack knowledge of ethical guidelines, leading to practices that compromise participants' rights. Cultural insensitivity is prevalent due to a universalistic approach that overlooks local values, creating tensions between researchers and communities. Additionally, research outcomes often fail to address community needs, as they are more focused on academic achievements than tangible societal benefits. This study recommends integrated ethics training, participatory research approaches that respect local values, and the adoption of transformative paradigms emphasizing community empowerment. These strategies aim to enhance the relevance, ethical integrity, and social impact of educational research. By addressing these challenges, researchers can contribute to more inclusive and socially responsible practices, bridging the gap between theory and practice in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: 1) Perencanaa pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar anak pada SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar anak pada SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajara pada SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh. 4) Dampak manajemen kelas terhadap hasil belajar anak di SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh. Penelitian tentang manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena memenuhi corak penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh, yang lokasinya berada di desa Tateli dan buloh, kec. Mandolang, kab. Minahasa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 2 bulan. Data adalah keterangan tau bahan nyata yang dapat dijadikan bahan kajian (analisa dan kesimpulan). Data yag dikumpulalkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sesuai dengan focus penelitiannya yaity Manjemen Kelas, peneliti mengumpulkan data sebanyak mungkin mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaa, hingga evaluasi dalam manajemen kelas SD INPRES Tateli dan SD GMIM Buloh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, temuan dan pembahasan maka penulis menyimpulakn sebagai berikut : 1). Perencanaan pembelajaran pada SD Inpres Tateli maupun di SD GMIM BULOH, bertolak dari dokumen – dokumen kurikulum sekolah terutama RPPH dengan menetapkan tema, kompetensi dasar, tujuan pembelajaran sampai kepada penggunaan metode serta teknik penilaian, RPPM, program tahunan dan program semester serta disesuaikan dengan kebijakan sekolah untuk melangsungkan pembelajaran tatap muka langsung. 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada SD Inpres Tateli maupun di SD GMIM BULOH, diwujudkan pada setiap kegiatan pembelajaran, mencakup kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup, tetapi juga melalui pengelolaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan-kegiatn lain. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dipantau oleh kepala sekolah masing-masing. 3). Evaluasi pemebelajara di SD Inpres Tateli maupun di SD GMIM BULOH, bertolak dari hasil supervise kepala sekolah maupun pengawas serta dalam rapat rapat guru. Adapun evliasi pembelajaran dilakukan setiap hari, melalui teknik penilaian observasi, unjuk kerja, pemberian tugas dan portofolio yang berisi hasil karya pada kedua sekolah terlihat nyata dalam hasil belajar para peserta didik. 4). Dampak manajemen kelas yang baik akan membuat hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dan berkembang kea rah yang lebih baik pula.

Abstract

This study aims to know and describe the Principal's leadership role in improving teacher work discipline and find out the obstacles to the Principal's leadership role in improving teacher work discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi. This research is descriptive with qualitative research types and purposive sampling techniques. The Headmaster has five parts and two obstacles to improving teacher discipline. The results showed that the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi acted as a leader with planning and thinking, as a leader by creating cooperation between teachers, as an educator by creating a curriculum, as an administrator by installing managed facilities and infrastructure, as financial management as motivation through motivation in a profitable school environment. Obstacles to school leaders in improving teacher work discipline include teachers who need more discipline in carrying out their duties. Improving work discipline and inadequate school facilities and infrastructure is also challenging.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana budaya menjalani rutinitas struktural dalam ranah pendidikan dari sudut pandang sosiologis dan manajemen pendidikan. Mengumpulkan data kepustakaan, membaca dan mencatat, serta mensintesis bahan penelitian merupakan tahapan-tahapan dalam teknik studi pustaka. Sekolah, secara metaforis, adalah makhluk hidup, menurut kesimpulan penelitian ini. Sebagai hasil dari berbagai perkembangan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi, fungsi sekolah terus-menerus didefinisikan ulang. Akibatnya, sekolah berbeda sebagai entitas nirlaba karena mereka membuka jalan baru. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana kontribusi pedagogis kondisi ekosistem kampus bagi lingkungan internal kaitannya dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Mengumpulkan data kepustakaan, membaca dan mencatat, serta mensintesis bahan penelitian merupakan tahapan-tahapan dalam teknik studi pustaka. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kondisi kampus mempengaruhi motivasi belajar. Perguruan tinggi dapat secara konsisten memperbaiki lingkungan kampus, meningkatkan kenyamanan mahasiswa dalam beraktivitas. Kenyamanan dan keamanan mahasiswa selama proses belajar mengajar, serta kegiatan kampus lainnya, tentunya akan meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan atikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja fakto-faktor yang menghambat keaktifan belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Timbukar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, yaitu faktor pertama adalah faktor internal atau faktor yang muncul dari dalam diri siswa tersebut seperti siswa yang tidak fokus belajar setelah lelah bermain pada saat jam istirahat. Faktor yang kedua adalah faktor eksternal atau faktor yang muncul dari luar atau dari lingkungan siswa tersebut berada seperti gangguan dari teman sebaya yang mengajak bercerita ketika guru sedang menjelaskan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana antara realitas dan pencitraan institusi pendidikan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini berupa studi literatur. Studi literatur merupakan kegiatan penting dalam penelitian, khususnya penelitian akademik, dengan tujuan membangun komponen teoretis dan praktis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara realitas dan pencitraan institusi pendidikan terdapat pemahaman dan pendekatan baru untuk mengajar dan belajar, fokus baru pada pengajaran dan pembelajaran sekolah dengan lingkungan, kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan, dan kontribusi pada peningkatan pembelajaran siswa
