Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with bibliometric methods to evaluate research publications on seawater intrusion in estuaries. The data used are scientific articles indexed by Scopus from 2020 to 2024 with 4 keywords namely Seawater intrusion AND Coastar OR Estuary. The research steps include identification of research objectives, data collection, data preprocessing, bibliometric analysis, interpretation of results, and conclusions. The results showed that research on seawater intrusion in estuaries increased from 2020 to 2024. The highest increase occurred in 2023 with 1110 articles. As of March 2024, there have been 433 articles related to seawater intrusion in estuaries. The most studied field of seawater intrusion in estuaries is Environmental Science with 2628 articles, followed by earth and planetary sciences with 2293 articles, agricultural and biological sciences with 2074 articles, and the least is about Veterinary Science and Veterinary Medicine with 29 articles. The development map of research linkages on seawater intrusion in estuaries can be grouped into six clusters. Cluster 1 consists of 11 themes, namely ecological risk, eutrophication, hypoxia, phytoplankton, remote sensing, salinity, suspended particulate matter, tropical estuary, water quality, zooplankton. Cluster 2 consists of 9 study themes, namely estuary, fish, heavy metals, mangrove, microplastics, organic matter, pollution, risk assessment, sediment. Cluster 3 consists of 8 study themes, namely coastal aquifer, dentrification, groundwater salinization, hydrogeochemistry, microbial community, nitrate, seawater intrusion, stable isotopes. Cluster 4 consists of 6 study themes, namely antibiotic resistance genes, climate change machine learning, sea level rise, spatial distribution, tide. Cluster 5 consists of three themes, namely numerical modelling, submarine groundwater dischange, tides. Cluster 6 consists of one theme, namely numerical modelling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of the strategy for implementing School Operational Assistance (BOS) financing in overcoming distortions in financing communication for Prabumulih 3 Public Senior High School. This research is a qualitative research. In data collection, researchers used several collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique uses the analytical method using the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. following: Support from the Central Government, Support from Local Government and Cooperation and communication between managers. While the inhibiting factors in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) are as follows; At the time of disbursement, the BOS funds could not be used for major repairs, and the BOS funds had not been able to finance all school programs.

Abstract

In educational institutions, schools must have a facility and infrastructure managementsystem so that activities become effective and efficient. Facilities management andInfrastructure is one of several systems to improve the quality of students. Each schoolhas good facilities and infrastructure for the benefitslearning process. However, simply meeting existing needs can only run well if the management is correct. That way, leadership is needed to regulate existing facilities and infrastructure to achieve the stated goalswill be completed. This article aims to understand the management of educational facilities and school infrastructure.Based on the research results, it can be understood that implementing educational facilities and infrastructure management includes. First, planning facilitiesand infrastructure is always carried out, starting from needs analysis, determining funds and selecting needed goods. Both procurement activities have been running sincedropping government and foundations, procurement by buying. Third, using facilities and infrastructure is always carried out to support learning. Fourth, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out periodically by involving the school community. The five inventories are always carried out as proof of procurement of goods. Sixth, in the activity of writing off goods, the seven responsibilities are carried out by making an accountability report.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) merupakan jenis pendidikan yang masih baru dan belum banyak dikenal masyarakat. pengembangan kurikulum perlu dilakukan di satuan pendidikan PDF. Santri PDF dituntut tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang kitab kuning dan ahli agama (mutafaqquh fiddin), tapi dalam rangka menghadapi kehidupan masyarakat yang terus berubah, mereka dituntut untuk punya kompetensi dalam lifes-skill atau keterampilan- keterampilan yang lain.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengembangan kurikulum seperti apa yang dikembangkan Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Wustha Pondok Pesantren Az Zakiyah Shahabiyah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan penelusuran dokumen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa PDF) Wustha Pondok Pesantren Az Zakiyah Shahabiyah berhasil mengembangkan kurikulumnya tidak hanya dalam penguasaan kitab kuning dan ahli agama (mutafaqquh fiddin), tapi diorientasikan pada pengembangan life skills. Beberapa kegiatan life skills yang dikembangkan diantaranya teknik komputer, trainingpengurusan jenazah, koperasi, pencak silat, marawis dan seni hadrah. Selain itu juga dikembangkan beberapa kegiatanekstrakurikuler antara lain kelompok bahsul masail, bimbingan bahasa arab, bimbingan khitobah, dan pelatihan manasik haji. Kurikulum PDF Wustha Pondok Pesantren Az Zakiyah Shahabiyah relevan dengan perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan dunia pekerjaan saat ini.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF), Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pendidikan anak dalam keluarga ditinjau dari perspektif Al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 13-19. Metode pendidikan yang diterapkan Luqman kepada anaknya adalah menggunakan metode-metode keagamaan yang berbasis pada tauhid. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka (library reasearch). Komponen yang terdapat dalam surat Luqman ini adalah pendidik, peserta didik, metode pendidikan anak, materi pendidikan serta tujuan pendidikan. Luqman sebagai pendidik sedangkan anaknya sebagai peserta didik. Metode pendidikan anak yang diterapkan Luqman adalah metode nasihat (maw’idah), keteladanan (qudwah hasanah) dialog (al-hiwar), pembiasaan (tadriib) dan kisah-kisah (qissoh). Tujuan pendidikan Luqman terhadap anaknya adalah ketaqwaan, keimanan serta aklaq yang mulia.   Kata Kunci: Metode Pendidikan Anak, Surat Luqman ayat 13-19.

Abstract

Manajemen adalah suatu proses khas yang melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengaturan tindakan untuk menetapkan dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan dengan memanfaatkan manusia dan sumber daya lainnya. Sedangkan program merupakan serangkaian rencana aksi yang akan dilaksanakan oleh satu individu atau sekelompok orang, organisasi, lembaga, atau bahkan pemerintah. Maka, program Mujahadah dan Pembibitan (MABIT) Al-Ittifaqiah adalah sebuah program persiapan untuk studi di Timur Tengah maupun Eropa dengan berbagai model atau kelas program. Sehingga Manajemen program MABIT Al-Ittifaqiah merupakan wadah/lembaga pengelolaan program pendidikan yang terdapat di Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya dan berdasarkan manajemen yang profesional, mulai dari perencanaan program, pengorganisasian program, pelaksanaan program, dan pengawasan program.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Program, Mujahadah dan Pembibitan (MABIT)

Abstract

Background: With the demand for good budget management, the role of the Cilegon City KPU (General Election Commission) budget manager requires competence in managing it, and requires an understanding of the duties, functions, and position of each budget manager official called as payment instrument official. Aim: This research aims to examine the implementation of budget management principles at the Cilegon City KPU, the constraints and the efforts to overcome the constraints. Methods: This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through interviews, observations and document reviews. Findings: The information on budget management was still limited and in the form of a written report. The budget implementation was not efficient because the realization of some activities was not in accordance with their objectives and did not state any priority to be accomplished. The budget setting procedures were still top-down and determined directly by the National Election Commission. Some changes in the budget and activities were not revised in the final report on election activities and the budget did not fully accommodate the needs of all polling stations (TPS). Some procurement of goods and services and other facilities did not have clear evidence of transactions and some of them were unrealistic and did not correspond to the market price. Not all stakeholders (Local Representatives, DPPKD, PPK, PPS and community leaders) were involved in the preparation, implementation and discussion on the electoral budget accountability report.

Abstract

The cylinder liner block is part of the cylinder block which functions as a place for the engine working process to take place. Where in this section the suction, compression, work and exhaust processes occur. Cylinder blocks have two types, some can be repaired and cannot be repaired, to utilize cylinder blocks that cannot be repaired by recycling them by casting metal with copper (Cu) with variations in the addition of 5%, 10%, 15% with a casting temperature of 1150⁰C using metal molds using the press technique method. Data collection was carried out by wear testing, impact testing, and microstructure testing. By increasing the percentage of copper (Cu) in the cylinder block casting, the highest wear was obtained with the addition of 15% Cu of 2,87×10-9 m3. The highest impact strength of 15% Cu is 0.12 Joule/mm2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem sosial pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Nurul Huda Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada interaksi sosial antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan lingkungan akademik dalam membentuk nilai-nilai keislaman dan karakter sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem sosial pendidikan Islam di fakultas tersebut berjalan secara integratif, di mana nilai-nilai keagamaan, budaya lokal, dan etika akademik saling mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran. Interaksi sosial yang terbangun mencerminkan prinsip ukhuwah Islamiyah, tanggung jawab kolektif, dan pembinaan moral yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem sosial yang kuat dapat memperkuat efektivitas pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk insan akademik yang berakhlak dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Discipline culture is a reflection of the quality of educational institutions. The low level of discipline is the main problem of every educational institution. The role of leadership is very much needed in overcoming this problem. This paper aims to describe the leadership role of madrasah principals in improving the disciplinary culture of students at MAS Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic study method. Data were collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the headmaster of MAS Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang has played its role and function in improving the disciplinary culture of students in a fairly good category. This is supported by 2 factors, namely (1) the role models of madrasah principals in complying with school regulations; and (2) socialization of school discipline rules and sanctions for violations. The obstacles faced by madrasah principals are (1) there are still some teachers who do not exemplify student attitudes; and (2) there are still students who are not "deterred" to be given disciplinary violations.
