Abstract

Pesantren which is the oldest institution in Indonesia, has various uniqueness to be researched. The pattern of education also tends to be the same from time to time, namely through approaches based on local wisdom of the community. Likewise, the Al-Amin People's Islamic Boarding School in Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency, which is able to develop formulations in governance based on the values of usefulness for the surrounding community. Therefore, this study is intended to explain the management of Islamic boarding schools based on local wisdom which is focused on the education governance system of Islamic Boarding Schools based on local wisdom. The method in the study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that the Islamic Boarding School Management System is based on Local Wisdom at the stage of planning activities based on community potential while involving all elements of society through a poll that is conducted with the principle of anywhere, anytime and with anyone. The activities that have been formulated target several aspects, namely (1) curriculum aspects, including the selection of teaching staff from community competencies and learning content oriented to the development of cultural arts, entrepreneurship development, agriculture and livestock; (2) economic aspects, including the establishment of Islamic boarding school barns, savings for students and the surrounding community; (3) institutional aspects that include the establishment of formal education as a support system for early childhood education

Abstract

MTsN in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is a school whose curriculum and learning process emphasizes the principle of Adiwiyata, which prioritizes educational values and the formation of students' character to love the environment. This is reflected in the many environmental literacy programs that aim to provide students with ecological care through the Adiwiyata program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the adiwiyata program, find out the supporting factors for the implementation of the adiwiyata program, and find out the factors that hinder the implementation of the adiwiyata program in MTsN Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, and the research design used is a phenomenon and multi-case research related to school environment management strategies, the implementation of adiwiyata program activities, and the involvement of students and teachers in implementing the adiwiyata program. The subjects of this research are all those involved in environmental planning programs, adiwiyata programs, and school principals. The data collection method is done through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study results in the conclusion that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in MTsN Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is by the Adiwiyata Guidebook, based on environmentally friendly policies, environment-based curriculum, participatory environmental activities, and management of environmentally friendly infrastructure, and supporting factors for the implementation of the Adiwiyata program majority of school residents, as well as the inhibiting factor for the implementation of the Adiwiyata program, is the lack of fund allocation,  lack of public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness, lack of socialization from the ecological agency about the adiwiyata program.Keywords: School Environment Arrangement, Adiwiyata Program.

Abstract

This study explores the management of the Love-Based Curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Palembang City, focusing on planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as identifying enabling and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved principals or vice principals for curriculum affairs, teachers, and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and document analysis, then analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that curriculum planning was conducted collaboratively by aligning instructional documents with the official format of the Ministry of Religious Affairs while retaining long-standing positive practices. Implementation emphasized persuasive communication, teachers’ exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah), and participatory methods such as discussions, storytelling, and role-playing to build empathy and cooperation among students. Evaluation combined cognitive and affective dimensions through continuous observation, attitude records, and non-material reinforcement. Enabling factors included strong synergy between family-based and school-based education and the deeply rooted religious culture of Palembang’s community. However, challenges emerged from teachers’ heavy administrative workload and unequal training opportunities, which hindered consistent practice. Overall, the Love-Based Curriculum was effectively applied, offering valuable insights for educators and policymakers in developing humanistic, Islamic value-based learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran Biologi dilakukan dengan pendekatan kurikulum yang berlandaskan cinta di SMK Kesehatan Athalla. Kurikulum berbasis cinta dipahami sebagai sebuah model pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan elemen kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor dengan seimbang, yang menekankan nilai kasih sayang, empati, serta perhatian terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari guru Biologi serta alat bantu pembelajaran yang ada. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran Biologi dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan: (1) Identifikasi kebutuhan siswa; (2) Penyertaan nilai-nilai cinta dalam tujuan belajar; (3) Pemilihan metode yang aktif dan relevan; (4) Penggunaan media yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional siswa; serta (5) Penilaian yang fokus pada keseimbangan antara pencapaian akademik dan pembentukan karakter. Sebagai kesimpulan, perencanaan pembelajaran Biologi yang berbasis cinta dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih manusiawi, berfokus pada penguasaan kompetensi dan sekaligus mengembangkan sikap peduli dan empati siswa, sehingga sangat sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam pendidikan vokasi di sektor kesehatan. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of Biology learning with a love-based curriculum approach at Athalla Health Vocational School. The love-based curriculum is interpreted as a learning model that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects harmoniously, emphasizing the values of love, empathy, and concern for oneself, others, and the environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies of Biology teachers and learning tools. The research results indicate that the planning of Biology learning is prepared with attention to: (1) Analysis of students' needs; (2) Integration of love values in learning objectives; (3) Selection of active and contextual learning methods; (4) Use of media that encourages students' emotional involvement; and (5) Assessment that emphasizes a balance between academic achievement and character formation. In conclusion, love-based biology learning planning is capable of creating a more humanistic learning climate, oriented towards mastery of competencies while also developing learners' caring attitudes and empathy, making it relevant to be applied in vocational education in the health sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan cara pengelolaan pembelajaran biologi menggunakan pendekatan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta di SMK Kesehatan Athallah Putra. Kurikulum ini berfokus pada nilai-nilai kasih, empati, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian dalam proses pendidikan, sehingga para siswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan kognitif, tetapi juga perkembangan pada aspek afektif dan psikomotor. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa pengorganisasian pembelajaran biologi berlangsung melalui tahapan perencanaan (penyusunan tujuan pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada nilai cinta dan empati), pelaksanaan (menerapkan nilai kepedulian dalam kegiatan praktikum dan diskusi), serta evaluasi (penilaian holistik yang mencakup domain kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis cinta dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih manusiawi, meningkatkan kepedulian sosial, serta memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta di SMK Kesehatan Athallah Putra sangat relevan untuk mendukung pengembangan karakter serta penguasaan kompetensi di bidang biologi. Kata Kunci: pengorganisasian pembelajaran, biologi, kurikulum berbasis cinta, SMK kesehatan Abstracts This study aims to describe how biology learning is managed using the Love-Based Curriculum approach at Athallah Putra Health Vocational School. This curriculum focuses on the values ​​of love, empathy, responsibility, and caring in the educational process, so that students not only acquire cognitive knowledge but also develop affective and psychomotor skills. The method applied in this study is descriptive qualitative, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings of this study show that the organization of biology learning occurs through the stages of planning (preparing learning objectives based on the values ​​of love and empathy), implementation (applying the values ​​of caring in practical activities and discussions), and evaluation (holistic assessments covering the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains). These results indicate that a love-based curriculum can create a more humane learning environment, increase social awareness, and motivate students to learn. Thus, the implementation of the Love-Based Curriculum at Athallah Putra Health Vocational School is highly relevant to supporting character development and mastery of competencies in biology. Abstract

Manajemen administrasi cinta merupakan pendekatan manajemen tata usaha yang mengedepankan nilai kasih sayang, empati dan kepedulian dalam pelaksanaan tugas administrasi di SMK Kesehatan Athallah. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan cinta management dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan bisnis dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen administrasi yang efektif meningkatkan motivasi pekerja, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih ramah, dan menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih ramah. Management of love administration is an approach in administrative management that prioritizes values of affection, empathy, and care in carrying out administrative tasks at SMK Kesehatan Athallah. The purpose of this study is to understand how implementing cinta management can improve the quality of business services and create a harmonious and productive work environment. The method used is deskriptif kualitatif pendekatan using data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and wawancara. The study's findings indicate that effective administrative management increases employee motivation, harmonious communication, and a more patient environment when carrying out daily tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dikelola berdasarkan kurikulum cinta di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kesehatan Athallah. Metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan untuk memahami perencanaan, cara mengajar, media pembelajaran, penilaian berbasis cinta, dan dampak dari pendekatan ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, pengamatan langsung, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum PAI berbasis cinta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang hangat, manusiawi, dan penuh emosi. Para guru berperan penting sebagai pembimbing yang menanamkan nilai kasih sayang, empati, dan toleransi melalui metode pengajaran yang aktif dan reflektif. Penilaian dilakukan secara menyeluruh, yang tidak hanya mengukur pencapaian kognitif tetapi juga mengevaluasi sikap religius dan perilaku sosial siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan kurikulum ini membantu mengembangkan karakter religius siswa, kesadaran sosial, dan kesadaran spiritual. Pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih dari sekadar proses transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga perubahan hati. Model manajemen pembelajaran berbasis cinta ini menawarkan alternatif strategis untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah. This study aims to explain how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning is managed based on a compassionate curriculum at Athallah Health Vocational School. A qualitative case study method was used to understand the planning, teaching methods, learning media, compassionate-based assessment, and the impact of this approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, then analyzed interactively. The results show that the compassionate-based PAI curriculum creates a warm, humane, and emotional learning environment. Teachers play a crucial role as guides, instilling the values of compassion, empathy, and tolerance through active and reflective teaching methods. Assessment is comprehensive, not only measuring cognitive achievement but also instilling students' religious attitudes and social behavior in their daily lives. The implementation of this curriculum helps develop students' religious character, social awareness, and spiritual awareness. PAI learning is more than just a process of transferring knowledge, but also a change of heart. This compassionate-based learning management model offers an alternative strategy to strengthen character education in secondary schools.

Abstract

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that can occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. This study aims to analyze the relationship between coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder after the eruption of Mount Semeru in early adults in Sumber Wuluh Village, Lumajang. Using a cross sectional study method, the subjects of this research were early adults (26-35 years old) with a sample of 138 respondents. Sampling uses Cluster Sampling. The results characteristics respondents in study were early adults aged 26-35 years, the gender group was mostly female, and the education level was mostly elementary and middle school. The coping skills in this study used adaptive coping (65.2%). Post traumatic stress disorder in this study, famale experienced more PTSD (28.3%), and male did not experience PTSD (25.4%). The relationship between coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder was obtained with a P-value of 0.000, less than ɑ <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the two variables, and has a correlation value of -.622. A negative correlation means that the lower the coping skills score, the higher the post-traumatic stress disorder score. It can be concluded that coping skills and post-traumatic stress disorder have a significant relationship with a negative direction.

Abstract

The study area is located in Mootilango Village Anggrek Sub-district, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. Geographically, the study area is located at coordinates 0° 46' 0" - 0° 46' 45” LU and 122° 48' 0” - 122° 48' 45" BT with an area of about 3.7 km². The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of tuff rocks through petrological, petrographic and geochemical analysis in the laboratory. The results of petrological identification show that the rock types are coarse tuff, fine tuff and pyroclastic breccia. The results of petrographic analysis show that the tuff in this area belongs to Vitric tuff according to the classification of Schmid (1981). The results of geochemical analysis show that the tuff in the study area belongs to the basalt-andesite type transition rock group according to the classification of Le Bas et al. (1986). Two classification approaches were used in the analysis to determine the magma series of the rock, namely according to Irvine and Baragar (1971), which shows that the rock belongs to the tholeiitic magma series.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the planning of mathematics learning based on a love-centered curriculum at Athalla Health Vocational School. The curriculum was developed in response to the low motivation and academic achievement of nursing and midwifery students, who often perceive mathematics as irrelevant to their future professions. The love-based curriculum emphasizes the integration of compassion, empathy, and care values into the teaching process to create a more supportive, enjoyable, and meaningful learning environment. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and analysis of lesson planning documents. Through the implementation of a love-centered curriculum, it is expected that students’ motivation, conceptual understanding, and learning outcomes will improve. Furthermore, this research aims to demonstrate how mathematics learning integrated with humanitarian values can foster positive character traits such as empathy, responsibility, and collaboration, which are essential qualities for future health professionals.
