Abstract

This consider points to portray the usage of the application of the understudy dynamic learning demonstrate and analyze understudy learning results in topical learning (PTK Course III SD N 02 Bengkulu City). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap jalur pedestrian di Koridor Jalan Sumatera, yang berfungsi sebagai akses utama ke Kampus 1 Universitas Bung Hatta. Berdasarkan observasi, kondisi jalur pedestrian menunjukkan berbagai masalah, seperti kerusakan fisik, keberadaan rumput liar, okupansi oleh pedagang kaki lima (PKL), serta penggunaan jalur oleh kendaraan bermotor yang parkir di area tersebut. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada penurunan kenyamanan dan keselamatan bagi pejalan kaki. Dari analisis dengan pendekatan Level of Service (LOS), Level of Service (LOS) atau Tingkat Pelayanan merupakan suatu metode yang dikembangkan oleh Transportation Research Board (TRB) yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan suatu fasilitas pejalan kaki. Metode ini memberikan ukuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang menggambarkan kondisi operasional dalam suatu aliran lalu lintas pejalan kaki, yang mencakup okasi-faktor seperti kecepatan, waktu tempuh, kebebasan bermanuver, gangguan, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan. Didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas jalur pedestrian berada pada tingkat pelayanan yang rendah. Untuk itu, langkah-langkah perbaikan yang direkomendasikan meliputi pembenahan infrastruktur, pembersihan rutin, pengelolaan PKL, penambahan fasilitas pendukung seperti lampu penerangan dan tempat sampah, serta penegakan aturan terkait pemanfaatan jalur pedestrian. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan jalur pedestrian yang lebih aman, nyaman, dan ramah bagi semua pengguna, sekaligus mendukung mobilitas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal cultural literacy of students in dance learning, so it is necessary to develop a dance learning model based on creative workshops and the principles of Freedom to Learn as an effort to overcome this problem and improve students' cultural literacy. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The research design used is the Matching Only Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were students of the Elementary School Teacher Training and Education Study Program, FKIP, Bengkulu University who took the Dance Arts Education course in elementary school. The findings of this study are that the learning model developed is effective in developing students' cultural literacy. This is indicated by the results of the t-test of the posttest value of the experimental class and the control class with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001, which is smaller than the significance level of 5% (0.05), so there is a significant difference between the values of the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

L’enseignement précoce du français langue étrangère (FLE) pose la question de l’adaptation des outils pédagogiques aux besoins des jeunes apprenants. Cet article examine la mise en œuvre des worksheets collaboratifs pour renforcer l’apprentissage du FLE chez les enfants. L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser comment ces supports favorisent l’interaction, la motivation et la construction des compétences linguistiques en contexte précoce. La méthode utilisée dans cette étude est descriptive et qualitative, reposant sur l’implémentation des worksheets collaboratifs et l’enquête auprès des enseignants. La mise en œuvre des worksheets est menée auprès des élèves de 6-7 ans à l’école primaire SD IT Ar Raudhah, Bekasi, Indonésie. Les worksheets portaient sur le thème des chiffres. Les résultats indiquent que les worksheets collaboratifs encouragent la coopération, l’autonomie et rendent l’apprentissage plus ludique. En conclusion, ces outils facilitent un apprentissage actif et engageant, adaptés aux spécificités des enfants. L’intégration en classe du FLE améliore non seulement les compétences linguistiques mais aussi les compétences sociales des apprenants.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the role of multinational employees in improving service quality at Breezbay Hotel. The issue is focused on how the contributions of multinational employees are implemented in service practices, the dynamics of cross-cultural interactions in the workplace, and their implications for guest experience. To address this issue, the study draws on theories of service quality, workforce diversity, and cross-cultural human resource management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation involving management, supervisors, local employees, multinational employees, and hotel guests, and were analyzed qualitatively using a case study approach. The findings indicate that multinational employees play an important role in enhancing service quality, particularly in terms of cross-cultural communication, empathy, and service assurance, especially when serving international guests. Although challenges such as differences in communication styles and potential miscommunication were identified, effective leadership, the implementation of standard operating procedures, and open internal communication were found to minimize these obstacles. This study concludes that multinational workforce diversity is a strategic asset that, when managed adaptively and inclusively, can improve service quality, enrich guest experience, and strengthen hotel competitiveness in the global hospitality industry.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mathematical critical thinking skills have become an essential competency in 21st-century learning, particularly in statistics, which requires in-depth analysis and reasoning. However, various findings indicate that students’ critical thinking skills have not yet developed optimally and still show imbalances across different aspects of thinking. This study aims to describe the profile of eleventh-grade students’ mathematical critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 4 Medan based on critical thinking indicators. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The participants consisted of 14 students selected through purposive sampling in accordance with the context of statistics learning. Data were collected using an essay-based test and analyzed through descriptive techniques to illustrate students’ achievement across each indicator. The results show that students’ mathematical critical thinking skills are at a moderate level, with an average achievement of 57.1%. Students tend to perform better in understanding and analyzing problems, while their abilities in evaluating, drawing conclusions, and explaining reasoning remain relatively low. These findings indicate that students’ critical thinking skills have not yet developed comprehensively across all stages of thinking. Therefore, learning should be designed to systematically promote reasoning, reflection, and mathematical communication to support a more balanced and sustainable development of critical thinking skills. ABSTRAK Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis menjadi kompetensi esensial dalam pembelajaran abad ke-21, terutama pada materi statistika yang menuntut analisis dan penalaran yang mendalam. Namun, berbagai temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan tersebut pada siswa belum berkembang secara optimal dan masih menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan antar aspek berpikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 4 Medan berdasarkan indikator berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 14 siswa yang dipilih secara purposif sesuai dengan konteks pembelajaran statistika. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes esai dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan capaian kemampuan siswa pada setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata capaian sebesar 57,1%. Kemampuan siswa cenderung lebih baik pada tahap memahami dan menganalisis masalah, sedangkan pada tahap mengevaluasi, menarik kesimpulan, dan menjelaskan alasan masih tergolong rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa belum berkembang secara menyeluruh pada seluruh tahapan berpikir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembelajaran yang secara terarah mendorong aktivitas penalaran, refleksi, dan komunikasi matematis agar pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat berlangsung secara lebih seimbang dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Village financial management is inseparable from the principle of accountability. Accountable village financial management is a system that can be accounted for, from the planning stage, implementation, administration, to village financial reporting. Village fund management is expected to encourage equitable development and provide real benefits to the community. To realize effective village fund management, competent government officials are needed and supported by adequate facilities, so that implementation can run in a directed manner and in accordance with the principles of good governance. This study discusses the accountability of fund management in Wonorejo Village, Lawang District, Malang Regency, East Java. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that accountability in village fund management in Wonorejo Village has been implemented well. Village finances are managed based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and participation, and are carried out in an orderly and disciplined budget. The principle of accountability can be seen through the reporting prepared for each fiscal year and the existence of village deliberations involving all components of the community. As a follow-up, it is recommended to use online systems and application-based financial management to improve accountability and transparency of reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of ethnomathematics-based e-comic media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 3 Bengkulu City. The type of research used is quantitative using an experimental method with the Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design design. The population in the study was fifth grade students of SDN 3 Bengkulu City, using a sampling technique, namely Cluster Random Sampling. The sample used in this study was class VA as the experimental group and class VB as the control group. The instrument used was a learning outcome test with aspects of knowledge in the form of multiple choice questions in the form of pretest-posttest. The type of research analysis technique is quantitative descriptive analysis, prerequisite test analysis, and hypothesis testing. With an average posttest value in mathematics learning in the experimental class of 75.36 and the control class 56.57. Hypothesis testing using the t-test, based on the results of the study obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 <0.005 with a significance level of 4%. So there is a significant average difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental group and the control group and the experimental group using ethnomathematics-based e-comic media can affect student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of ethnomathematics-based e-comic media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 3 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Big Book media on the reading comprehension ability of fourth graders at the Tenth State Elementary School in Bengkulu City. This study is a type of quantitative research with a research method, namely the Quasi Experimental Design method with the Matching Only Pretest- Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were fourth grade students of the Tenth State Elementary School in Bengkulu City which were accredited B. The research sample was taken using the cluster random sampling technique, obtained fourth grade students of the 58th State Elementary School in Bengkulu City as the experimental group and fourth grade students of the 15th State Elementary School in Bengkulu City as the control group. The experimental group was given treatment using the Big Book media while the control group used conventional learning. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test sheet totaling 10 questions. The test was carried out twice, namely before and after learning took place in the experimental class and the control class. From the results of the t-test calculation of the students' post-test values, sig (2-tailed) 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This shows that there is a difference in the post-test results between the experimental class and the control class which is caused by the different treatments of the two classes. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Big Book media on the reading comprehension skills of fourth graders at the Tenth Cluster of State Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Elementary school students' numeracy skills are still low, influenced by the abstract nature of mathematics and the use of less interesting learning media. This study aims to design and develop a mathematics learning media called ROMAKU (Roda Massa dan Quantitas), and evaluate its level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' numeracy skills. The study used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 4D model, including the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages; but limited to the develop stage. Participants were fifth-grade elementary school students. Data were obtained through validation sheets, questionnaires, observations, and numeracy tests (pre-test and post-test). The results showed that ROMAKU media had a validity score of 89.75% (very valid), practicality of 90% (very practical), and effectiveness with 80% of students achieving learning mastery. Thus, ROMAKU media is feasible and effective for improving students' numeracy skills, especially in the concept of mass and quantity.
