Abstract

The research objectives are 1) To determine the managerial influence of elementary school principals in West Aceh Regency on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency; 2); To determine the influence of school organizational culture on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency and 3). To determine the influence of school principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. According to Marwan, et al (2023) quantitative research involves and collects numerical data with control variables. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed to research samples. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques use parametric statistical methods and tools. Population 449 people, sample 82 people, determining the number of samples in this study using the Taro Yamane formula. using an error acceptance of 10%. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in West Aceh Regency. Almost half of them answered that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This can be seen in the results of the average percentage of respondents who agreed, which was 41% and the percentage who answered very influential was 34%. Furthermore, a small number of respondents said it had no influence with a percentage of 10% of answers, 10% said it had very no influence and 5% answered doubtfully that there was an influence of the principal's managerial, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District. in West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To determine the influence of the school principal's democratic leadership style on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Primary School Teachers in West Aceh Regency, (2) To determine the influence of school culture on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Aceh Regency. West, (3) To determine the influence of work motivation on the work commitment of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Samatiga in West Aceh Regency, and (4) To determine the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation on the work motivation of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers of Samatiga. in West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, a population of 75 people, a sample of 75 people, a simple random sampling technique using Sugiyono's sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire and multiple linear regression data processing techniques. The research findings were partially obtained, (1) the principal's democratic leadership style did not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.072 or 7.2% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produced a calculated T value of 1.828 which was smaller than the T value table 1,993. This shows that the principal's democratic leadership style variable has no effect on teacher work commitment. (2) School culture does not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.365 or 36.5% (in percentage). Hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 0.912 which is smaller than the T table value of 1.993. (3) work motivation has a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.009 or 0.9% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 2.706 which is greater than the T table value of 1.993. Meanwhile, simultaneously it was found that the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation had a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a constant value of 25,658. The findings in this research have practical implications, namely the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation have implications for the work commitment of Samatiga Primary 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency. Advice to all school principals is that the implementation of the principal's democratic leadership style should be given more attention and carried out with full responsibility, and the output is the realization of the work commitment of the Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency, in this way the teacher's work commitment will increase and be maximized. Motivation The work of a teacher must also be owned and maintained by every teacher, and school culture also needs to be preserved and implemented with a full sense of responsibility, so that it is hoped that it can form a disciplined teacher personality. so that the school's vision and mission targets can be easily achieved, and have an impact on improving the quality of education nationally.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought about new challenges for society, one of which is the widespread practice of online gambling. With unrestricted access across time and space, online gambling is easily accessible through mobile devices and the internet, making the public—especially those facing economic hardship, social influence, and easy access—highly vulnerable. Online gambling not only violates the law but also poses serious social and economic consequences, such as addiction, debt, family breakdowns, and a rise in criminal behavior. Through a Community Service (PkM) activity conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Sunan Bonang University, Tuban, in Panyuran Village, legal and social education regarding the dangers and sanctions of online gambling was provided. This activity used participatory and descriptive approaches through lectures and interactive discussions. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the mechanisms, impacts, and legal consequences of online gambling, while also fostering awareness to avoid engaging in such illegal practices. Preventive efforts such as continuous education and family-based supervision are expected to serve as strategic measures to minimize the spread of online gambling within society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

Abstract

A community service activity in the form of continuous development for teachers were carried out to improve teacher learning management in the 21st century. Continuous Professional Development (PKB) is the development of teacher competency which is carried out according to needs, in stages, on an ongoing basis. The benefit of this community service for teachers is that it provides provisions for scientific development, especially managing teacher learning in the classroom. Meanwhile, students will receive better quality learning management and be able to generate student motivation to learn effectively. The method for implementing the activities was carried out in the form of a workshop for preparing 21st century skills-oriented learning tools. The number of participants in the activity was 120 participants, divided into three groups which were held from 14-20 December 2022. From the results of implementing this activity, it was found that: 1) this activity can improve the quality of junior high school teachers' learning, as seen through the results of designing learning tools and media teach teachers, and 2) teachers are enthusiastic about participating in the activity and based on the response questionnaire, 98% of teachers hope that this activity will be sustainable. The obstacle faced in this activity was the implementation time when the school was actively studying which caused the teacher's concentration to be distracted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the career development and job satisfaction of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is This research uses the expost facto method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. This research will be conducted from January 2023 to August 2023.  The population of this study was all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar which amounted to 59 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 59 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey to SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by distributing questionnaires to teachers who were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results showed that improving the career development system would have an impact on increasing teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahu sebarapa besar pengaruh kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru pada sekolah dasar di kecamatan nisam antara dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26 dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisi regresi berganda. Puplasi keselurahan dari penelitian ini sebanyak 173 orang dengan sampel 118 orang yang didapatkan berdasarkan rumus Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan ukuran sampel tiap sekolah random proportional sampling dengan rumus: N= x/s.n sehingga dapatlah sampel sebanyak 118 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwanya varibel kepemimpinan sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel komitmen kerja sebesar 98,3%, variabel iklim sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel komitmen kerja sebesar 84,8%, variabel motivasi berprestasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel komitmen kerja sebesar 78,5%. Dan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklmi sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel komitmen kerja guru sebesar 99,9% Artinya semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima secara positif dan sigfinikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis supervise akademik kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri 7 kabupaten aceh utara, serta menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui ketika melakukan supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Adapun hassl dari penelitian ini adalah: 1.Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara meliputi: a) Tahap perencanaan supervisi. b) Tahap pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan dua kali di semester ganjil dan semester genap. c) Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik kepala sekolah. 2) Hambatan yang ditemukan di supervisi akademik kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara antara lain adalah; a.Tidak tepatnya waktu pelaksannan supervisi akademik karena kepala sekolah ada agenda yang mendadak; b) Berubahnya pola pembelajaran saat adanya jadwal supervisi; c) Ketidak mampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas; d) Guru butuh beradaptasi pada proses belajar dan mengajar karena adanya siswa heterogeny; e) Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, utamanya komputer dan proyektor serta faktor senioritas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan Pendidikan karakter islami di SDN 8 Syamtalira Aron, dimana ruang lingkup dari strategi yaitu Perumusan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitia ini yaitu: 1) Kepala Sekolah Melakukan Perumusan Strategi (Strategy Formulation) dengan sangat baik Adapun tahapan awal yang dilakukan pada proses strategi, yang meliputi: a. pengembangan visi dan misi b. identifikasi peluang eksternal organisasi dan ancaman c. menganalisa kekuatan dan kelemahan internal dengan cara; Evaluasi kurikulum dan materi pembelajaran, . d. merumuskan tujuan jangka panjang. e. menghasilkan strategi alternative. f. memilih strategi tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan. 2) Dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter Islami di SD Negeri 8 Syamtalira Arun kepala sekolah melakuakn melalui pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan konsisten di berbagai aspek kehidupan sekolah. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari, membiasakan adab Islami, memberikan teladan yang baik, dan melibatkan orang tua serta komunitas, sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter Islami yang kuat. Melalui implementasi yang terstruktur dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, tujuan pendidikan karakter Islami yang diinginkan akan lebih mudah tercapai. 3) Evaluasi pendidikan karakter Islami di SD Negeri 8 Syamtalira Arun dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah secara holistik dan melibatkan berbagai metode dan pemangku kepentingan. Melalui observasi langsung, refleksi, survei, penilaian rubrik, diskusi kelompok, umpan balik dari orang tua, dan data empiris, sekolah dapat memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif tentang efektivitas program yang dijalankan. Hasil evaluasi ini kemudian digunakan untuk melakukan penyesuaian yang diperlukan, memastikan bahwa pendidikan karakter Islami berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan, membentuk siswa yang berakhlak mulia, beriman, dan bertakwa.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru; (2) Menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru; (3) Menganalisi evaluasi yang dilakukan kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 19 Kuta Makmur, Aceh Utara. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan dan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di sekolah dasar SDN 19 Kuta Makmur serta melakukan evalusi terhadap kinerja guru. Dalam tahap perencanaan dilakukan dalam awal rapat sekolah yang jadwalkan pada awal semester dan akhhir tahun. Sedang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah dengan mengikutsertakan seluruh guru dalam program kerja kepala sekolah seperti pelatihan, seminar dan kerja kelompok guru. Setelah iru kepala sekolah akan melakukan tindakan evaluasi terhadap guru-guru tersebut guna untuk menindaklanjuti hasil dari perencanaan kepala sekolah sebelumnya.
