Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Kelurahan Penatih adalah permasalahan ekonomi terkait potensi jangkauan pemasaran UMKM yang belum optimal. Di samping permasalahan tersebut, di Kelurahan Penatih terdapat anak-anak yang mengalami stunting. Permasalahan yang tak kalah penting adalah mengenai destinasi ekowisata yang belum maksimal pengelolaannya. Dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi Kelurahan Penatih tersebut maka solusi yang diberikan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai pentingnya pemasaran digital bagi UMKM. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan observasi ke beberapa UMKM, mengedukasi pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya promosi produk/usaha secara digital seperti melalui media sosial. Sebagai solusi permasalahan stunting, tim pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting bagi seluruh kader posyandu di Kelurahan Penatih. Metode pelaksanaan program ini yaitu edukasi pencegahan stunting dengan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya dengan materi ciri-ciri anak stunting, faktor penyebab, dampak, serta pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Sementara itu, untuk permasalahan pengelolaan potensi ekowisata, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada warga mengenai pelestarian serta promosi ekowisata. Tim Pengabmas membantu merancang dan memasang papan nama, denah, sekaligus membuatkan video promosi Ekowisata Subak Anggabaya. Keberhasilan kegiatan dapat dilihat dari terlaksananya semua kegiatan dengan baik dan menghasilkan luaran yang jelas. Kegiatan pelatihan perlu dilanjutkan ke depannya dengan materi lanjutan untuk semakin meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

Bali’s leading destination status leads to intense competition in the tourism industry, especially accommodation. This situation calls for a study that could provide marketing insight to accommodation business management on critical factors that shape tourists’ booking intention, as understanding the buyer’s decision behavior is one of the essential prerequisites of creating a successful marketing strategy. A survey was conducted to collect data. Respondents were prospective tourists who planned to book accommodation in Bali. The study received 167 valid samples. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Square. The results showed that eWOM and experiential marketing significantly affect brand image and booking intention. Brand image mediates the eWOM-booking intention relationship and experiential marketing-booking intention relationship. To encourage tourists’ booking intention, it is recommended to improve communication strategies through eWOM by encouraging tourists to share their experiences through electronic media and develop communication containing complete information. Brand image must also be strengthened by ensuring the hotel’s quality, attractiveness, and reputation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on repurchase intention with trust as a mediating variable among e-marketplace users in Bali Province. The method used in the research is quantitative with a questionnaire carried out systematically in accordance with the research objectives. The population in this research is the people of Bali Province who have used e-marketplaces for online shopping with a total of 130 respondents. This research uses 5 Likert scales to measure variables when testing the validity and reliability of variables. This research was analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The research results show that (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (4) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust (5) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on trust (6) Service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust (7) Brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust. It is recommended that future researchers add alternative constructs that influence repurchase intention such as customer satisfaction, e-WOM, price, promotions, etc. as well as increasing references related to research.

Abstract

Peken Belayu merupakan sebuah desa di Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Sebagian besar penduduknya terampil dalam bidang kerajinan tangan, seni ukir dan pahat, diwariskan turun temurun hingga sekarang. Dari hasil observasi, terdapat sejumlah permasalahan yang dialami, pertama adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mendukung BUMDES. Kedua, pemahaman warga desa setempat masih kurang mengenai cara berternak sapi yang baik dan benar. Ketiga, penanganan sampah yang belum maksimal. Dari permasalahan yang dihadapi maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi mengenai upaya promosi BUMDES melalui media sosial. Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada seluruh peternak sapi agar memahami cara berternak sapi yang baik dan benar. Program bank sampah diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif warga dalam menangani masalah sampah. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur menggunakan indikator: ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan, ketercapaian target yang telah direncanakan, dan keberlanjutan program. Tingkat ketercapaian ketiga indikator ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata di atas 75 persen sehingga kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berjalan baik. Program-program dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dijaga keberlanjutannya melalui kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas program pengembangan BUMDES, wawasan mengenai teknik berternak yang baik dan benar perlu semakin disebarluaskan termasuk kepada generasi penerus, serta penanggulangan sampah yang berkelanjutan perlu dipertahankan.

Abstract

Nusa Lembongan telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam sektor pariwisata. Namun, di balik perkembangan dunia teknologi dan akomodasi wisata yang terdapat di Nusa Lembongan, mitra masih belum mampu memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan revenue mereka. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya promosi melalui platform digital. Masalah kedua adalah kurangnya kesadaran mengenai pentingnya strategi promosi. Ketiga, kurangnya skill dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. Keempat, kurangnya ide dalam membuat konten yang menarik. Masalah terakhir yaitu kurangnya update terhadap perkembangan media sosial jaman sekarang. Solusi yang kami berikan untuk masalah pertama adalah dengan sosialisasi pentingnya digital marketing. Solusi masalah kedua melakukan sosialisasi serta pendampingan pembuatan konten. Untuk masalah ketiga melakukan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi informasi berupa digital marketing model berbasis aplikasi dan website sebagai portofolio. Solusi masalah keempat adalah melakukan pendampingan dalam membuat konten sekaligus memberikan pelatihan dalam membuat konten yang dapat menjadi iklan yang menarik konsumen. Untuk masalah terakhir memberikan pelatihan bahasa iklan dalam menarik target pasar yang tepat sasaran. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur menggunakan indikator: ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan, ketercapaian target yang telah direncanakan, dan keberlanjutan program. Tingkat ketercapaian ketiga indikator ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata di atas 75 persen sehingga kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berjalan baik. Program-program dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dijaga keberlanjutannya dengan meningkatkan kualitas promosi yang aktif di internet serta media sosial, memfokuskan target pasar, mempertahankan engagement konten produk di media sosial Instagram, mengembangkan kembali ide-ide caption dengan bahasa iklan yang baik, menambah skill pembuatan konten visual dan audiovisual yang menarik pada media sosial lainnya.

Abstract

Getasan Village is one of the seven villages in Petang District. In addition to plantations, Getasan Village also has potential in the livestock sector. From the observation results, there are a number of problems faced by Getasan Village, the first is the lack of public awareness in utilizing plastic bottle waste. Second, the lack of water infiltration in the area of Village Temple and Dalem Temple, Getasan Village. Finally, many small MSMEs still cannot use social media to promote their businesses. The solution we provide for the first problem is to provide early education to elementary school children. The solution to the second problem is the installation of biopores around the Village Temple and Dalem Temple areas of Getasan Village. The solution to the last problem is the socialization of marketing strategies using social media, specifically Instagram. The success of activities is measured using indicators: the achievement of training objectives, the achievement of planned targets, and the sustainability of the program. The level of achievement of these three indicators shows an average value of above 75 percent so that this service activity has been running well. Programs in these community service activities need to be maintained in sustainability with cooperation between the government and the community so that they can increase awareness in recycling plastic bottle waste to provide more benefits, pay attention to the biopores that have been installed so that they are properly maintained, socialization about strategies in marketing products online must also be emphasized periodically so that MSME actors can continue to maintain their social media always update.

Abstract

Saat ini persaingan antar pasar industri farmasi semakin kompetitif sehingga membutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Apotekku di Tabanan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Apotekku di Tabanan, jumlah sampel valid yang diperoleh sebanyak 105 orang. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga dan kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, Apotekku perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayan dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, meningkatkan kepekaan karyawan akan kebutuhan konsumen, meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan serta meningkatkan kesigapan karyawan dalam membantu konsumen mendapatkan apa yang dibutuhkan. Pada aspek harga, Apotekku perlu memastikan keterjangkauan harga, kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas produk, daya saing harga, dan kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat. Pada aspek harga, Apotekku perlu menyediakan berbagai jenis merek atau tipe produk, dan memastikan tersedia pilihan produk dengan berbagai tingkatan kualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product design on the purchase decision of e-marketplace fashion products with brand image mediation in Bali Province. This study obtained 200 valid samples. This study used PLS-based SEM as an analytical tool. The results showed that price, product design, and brand image have a positive and significant influence on brand image and purchase decision. Brand image mediates the influence of price and product design on purchase decision. Aspects that need to be considered to increase purchase intention through prices are ensuring prices are affordable by the target market, prices in accordance with product quality, competitive prices with similar competitors' offers, prices following the benefits obtained by consumers, and providing regular discounts. In the product design aspect, namely up-to-date clothing models, varied product design choices, materials with long durability, comfortable products to wear, and stylish. In brand image, marketers need to ensure the brand is known to consumers, has a good reputation, and builds a good emotional connection with consumers.

Abstract

The construction sector plays an important role in the economic growth of a country including Indonesia. In the construction sector, there are very complex operational activities, so it is important to consider factors that can encourage employees to be willing to work optimally for the company. This study analyzes the effect of work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. The object of this research is PT Tunas Jaya Sanur Group, which is one of the largest industrial sectors in Bali, and its projects have spread throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken proportionally to employees especially staff at PT Tunas Jaya Sanur Group. The data collection method is a survey method with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is inferential analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results found that work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work discipline and employee performance and, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. This can confirm the two-factor theory that two factors influence a person's motivation in doing something, namely motivational factors and maintenance factors.

Abstract

Loyalty is crucial for sustainable business relationships and long-term company success. In competitive business environments, companies must enhance loyalty by focusing on key factors. This research aims to examine how satisfaction and trust mediate the impact of payment on vendor loyalty at PT. Wijaya Karya. Using a quantitative method and questionnaire, the study targets 120 vendors who have contracts with PT. Wijaya Karya Infrastructure Division I. This research uses 5 Likert scales to measure variables when testing the validity and reliability of variables. This research was analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The research results show that (1) Payment has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, (2) Payment has a positive and significant effect on trust, (3) Payment has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (4) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (5) Trust positive and significant effect on loyalty (6) Payment has a significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction (7) Payment significantly influences loyalty through trust. Theoretically, this research develops a model linking payment, satisfaction, trust, and vendor loyalty, enhancing our understanding of vendor loyalty in business relationships. Practically, PT. Wijaya Karya should focus on improving payment, satisfaction, and trust to boost vendor loyalty. The study contributes to business relationship management literature and offers practical recommendations for PT. Wijaya Karya. Future research should consider additional factors like experience, relationship quality, and communication quality to further explore vendor loyalty.
