Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company operating in the field of Electrical Contractor, Service and Maintenance, Electrical Equipment and Supplies. Grinding and welding carry the risk of work accidents that may occur during work. The aim of this research is to identify the risk of work accidents during grinding at PT. XYZ using the Job Safety Analysis method. The method used in this research is to carry out direct observations to control work safety in order to reduce the impact of the risk of work accidents. The results obtained are the results of the risk assessment in each job, there is a risk of work accidents in the griding section with likelihood and severity values. From the results of risk control in the cutting process, it can be done by means of technical control (repairing or adding technical facilities or equipment such as adding K3 signs).

Abstract

Interaksi lingkungan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari praktek berbahasanya. Kajian ini melibatkan dua pendekatan, yaitu sosio-linguitik dan psikolinguistik dalam mengkaji pemerolehan satu bahasa atau lebih di Pesantren Dar alLughah, Pamekasan, Madura. Pemerolehan bahasa kedua mempunyai kedentikan dengan pemerolehan bahasa pertama, tidak ada perbedaan langkah-langkah dalam praktek pemerolehannya. Dari hal itu, tentunya praktek dalam pemerolehan bahasa ibu juga dapat diperaktekkan dalam pemerolehan bahasa kedua. Adapun pemerolehan kemampuan bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa kedua, yaitu kemampuan medengar, kemampuan berbicara, kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulis, dimana kemampuantersebut dapat diperoleh dalam proses pemerolehan bahasa pertama.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan produk berupa lembar kerja siswa (LKS)berbasis contextual teaching and leraning (CTL) pada materi tekanan untuk peserta didik kelas VIII SMP.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desainproduk awal, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk. Subjek dalam penelitian iniadalah peserta didik kelas VIII K SMPN 20 Bandar Lampung. Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah datakualitatif dan data kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan pedoman kriteria kategori penilaian untukmenentukan kualitas produk. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 90% dengankategori sangat layak dari guru dan hasil nilai oleh ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar87% dengan kategori sangat layak, ahli media memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 96% dengankategori sangat layak.; Sehingga dapat disimpulkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) Berbasis contextualteaching and leraning(CTL)dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar fisika khususnya pokok bahasan tekanan.

Abstract

CV Boudy Motor is one of the automotive businesses engaged in manufacturing, production of variations of motorcycle accessories. Demand, inventory and production processes constitute a package system in the productivity of industrial profits. This study aims to determine optimal production and profit using the simplex linear program method with POM-QM software. The calculation results, the optimal production for footstep products is 1,000 pcs and a variation ruler is 2,600 pcs. The total overall profit obtained by CV Boudy Motor from footstep products and variation rulers for per day is Rp. 6,900,000 and for per month with 26 days of active period is Rp. 179,000,000 assuming the profit is in accordance with the goal function and fixed constraint function.

Abstract

customer satisfaction process relates to the quality of service products in the CV. X company. More and more customers are on a CV. X then the company is required to provide a quality service to increase customer satisfaction, of course, a method is needed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the value of the customer satisfaction index and service quality on a CV. X to improve the level of service quality according to the will of consumers. The results of this study include providing a customer satisfaction index and service quality value of 74%. In the five dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, all these dimensions have negative gap values (-). The average tangible gap is 0.608; the staff was very quick in setting up the facility (-0.23); quick and easy ordering process (-0.20); and the staff is very responsive in taking care of all the needs of the guests (-0.17) with an average gap of -0.597 then the responsiveness of the attribute statement is that the WO team can reprimand the mistakes of the guests (-0.20), the WO team can accept criticism from the customer (-0.23), the WO team serves wholeheartedly so that the customer feels commensurate with the price paid (-0.06).

Abstract

Purpose — The aim of this study is to examine the influence of financial technology, financial literacy, and financial attitudes on the financial behavior of Generation Z  within the framework of Society 4.0.Method — This quantitative descriptive research utilizes a questionnaire-based data collection approach distributed online through Google Forms to university students in Sidoarjo. A total of 94 responses were gathered from the questionnaire distribution. Subsequently, to discern the individual impacts, the data from the questionnaire were subjected to analysis employing t-tests and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 2.1.Result — This study reveals that financial technology has an influence on the financial behavior of college students, while financial literacy affects their financial behavior. Additionally, financial attitudes also impact their financial behavior.Practical implications  — This study suggests a pressing need for educational institutions to enhance financial education programs, integrating concepts from behavioral finance and emphasizing practical application, to improve students' understanding of financial behavior and decision-making for effective personal financial management.

Abstract

Maraknya praktek penipuan online dengan modus investasi di DKI Jakarta dipengaruhi 2 (dua) faktor yaitu faktor ketidaktahuan masyarakat perihal investasi melalui platform online. Faktor lainnya belum optimalnya penegak hukum untuk melakukan langkah pencegahan dengan mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat mengenai bahayanya investasi online. Tujuan penelitian ingin lebih memahami penafsiran hukum perkara penipuan online dengan modus investasi. Tujuan lainnya agar masyarakat lebih berhati-hati dengan penawaran investasi online yang menjanjikan keuntungan berlipat ganda. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan Sosiologi hukum. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum oleh Polri terhadap tersangka penipuan investasi online, belum berlangsung optimal karena penyidik hanya menggunakan pasal-pasal KUHP dan Undang-Undang ITE. Namun tidak menggunakan Undang-Undang Nomor 42/2009, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 25/2007, penyidik juga harus segera memutus mata rantai praktek penipuan online tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan pertanian dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya di perkebunan kelapa sawit adalah dengan membuat Program Sawit Rakyat (PSR). Dalam pelaksanaan dan penerapan PSR akan mengutamakan ketentuan ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil). Tuntutan pencapaian PSR perlu diimbangi dengan perkembangan sumberdaya pekebun melalui pendekatan kemampuan literasi media. Tuntutan ini sejalan dengan upaya dilakukan oleh Desa Lubuk Bendahara Timur dalam mendapatkan dana PSR. Tujuan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan keterampilan pekebun tentang pembuatan media siber. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan, diskusi, dan pendampingan monitoring maupun kontroling. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah pemerintah desa dan 13 kelompok tani dengan partisipasi 50 peserta di Desa Lubuk Bendahara Timur. Sistem evaluasi dilakukan dua bentuk, yaitu melalui pre dan posttest selama kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, terbentuknya website Desa Lubuk Bendahara Timur dengan nama luben.id, kemudian mayoritas 90% pekebun tahu teknis, pengetahuan penggunaan website dan 10% paham mengelola website.Abstract: The government carries out agricultural development to improve community welfare, especially in oil palm plantations, by creating the People's Palm Oil Program (PSR). In the implementation and application of PSR, the provisions of ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) will be prioritized. The demand for achieving PSR needs to be balanced with the development of planter resources through a media literacy skills approach. This demand is in line with the efforts made by Lubuk Bendahara Timur Village to obtain PSR funds. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of planters regarding creating cyber media. The methods used are training, discussion, and monitoring and controlling assistance. The service partners are the village government and 13 farmer groups with the participation of 50 participants in Lubuk Bendahara Timur Village. The evaluation system is carried out in two forms, namely through pre and posttests during service activities. As a result of this activity, the Lubuk Bendahara Timur Village website was formed with the name luben.id, then the majority of 90% of the planters had technical knowledge, knowledge of using websites and 10% understood managing websites.

Abstract

Damage to the electrical system of the Aciera F3 milling machine caused the main motor to fail to operate, disrupting practical activities at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic. This study aims to identify the root cause of the failure and carry out repairs using the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) approach with the 5 Why technique. The research stages include data collection through technician interviews, visual inspections, and functional testing of the electrical system. The analysis revealed that the damage resulted from a short circuit in the C2 contactor, caused by component aging and the absence of routine inspections. Corrective action was taken by replacing the damaged contactor and auxiliary contact components. As a preventive measure, an electrical inspection checklist was developed to support scheduled maintenance. Post-repair testing showed that the electrical system functioned normally and the machine could operate according to standard specifications. The application of the RCFA method proved effective in resolving the problem comprehensively and laying the foundation for a reliability-based maintenance system.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, khususnya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS), semakin penting dalam rangka mendukung keberlanjutan energi dan penghematan biaya listrik, khususnya bagi fasilitas sosial keagamaan seperti masjid. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan perencanaan dan instalasi sistem PLTS berdaya 450 Watt kepada takmir Masjid Al-Huda Mashurin di Kelurahan Dampyak, Kecamatan Kramat, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi alat, serta praktik perancangan sistem tenaga surya skala kecil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap komponen utama PLTS, cara perhitungan kebutuhan daya, serta prosedur instalasi sederhana. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap potensi penerapan energi surya sebagai solusi penghematan biaya listrik masjid. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal bagi implementasi energi terbarukan di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar.
