Abstract

Islamic educational institutions must have excellent human resources, which are not only limited to human resources from their own country, but also must be able to compete with human resources from foreign countries. Improving the management of Islamic educational institutions is a must for the leaders of Islamic educational institutions to face more complex changes in the future. The purpose of writing this policy paper is to encourage the inception of a foundation for the management of Islamic education institutions based on religious moderation to create a moderation in students' religious attitudes. This policy paper is based on the results of research conducted by the Education Research Team in 2022. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The management of Islamic educational institutions at the tertiary level based on religious moderation needs to be directed to achieve the strategic plan of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The recommended alternative policies are first, the Ministry of Religious Affairs needs to formulate a new policy regarding operational guidelines for the management of Islamic education institutions at the elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels based on religious moderation in detail. Second, the Ministry of Religious Affairs needs to formulate a new policy in collaboration with related educational institutions in the framework of implementing religious moderation in institutional management.

Abstract

Surat Al-Sajdah from one of the chapters that was found in the twenty-fourth volume. It has ninety-six, and it is Makkah al-Nuzul, and it contains many prepositions that have different meanings, and they need to be researched to know the meanings of the guaranteed verse. Knowing the meanings of prepositions has a strong relationship with the meanings of profanity and the word. As for the research methodology, this research is some of the types of library research. What is meant by library research is the research in which the researcher works in or outside the library for all facts or data from the types of books. As for the result that the researcher found in this study about the verses that contain prepositions in Surat Al-Sajdah, they are the letter “from” and the letter “lam” and the letter “in” and the letter “baa” and the letter “to” and the letter “on” and the letter “a.” It has different meanings such as a statement of gender, superfluous, adverbial, substituting the beginning of the purpose in place, metaphorical spatial circumstance, circumstantial real time, circumstantial real spatial, supremacy, simile, causation, concomitant, transcendent metaphorical supremacy.

Abstract

:  Agriculture is a crucial sector in the Indonesian economy, especially in rural areas that rely on agricultural activities as a source of livelihood. One important agricultural commodity is rubber, which not only serves as a source of income for farmers but also contributes to both the local and national economy. In Nagari Batukambing, Ampek Nagari District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province, rubber farmers play a central role in rubber production, although they often face various economic and social challenges. This study aims to analyze the survival strategies of rubber farmers in Nagari Batukambing, Ampek Nagari District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. The research utilizes the livelihood strategy theory proposed by Ellis, which focuses on the utilization of livelihood assets, including human capital, natural capital, physical capital, financial capital, and social capital. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection methods include document study, non-participant observation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis involves several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings have significant implications for both farmers and agricultural policy. Farmers are encouraged to prioritize skill development and ongoing education to adapt to changing agricultural practices, while also diversifying their crops to reduce financial risks and enhance food security. Efficient use of tools and equipment should be emphasized to boost productivity, alongside robust financial management through savings and accessible loans to support investments and manage unexpected expenses. Strengthening social networks among farmers and landowners fosters mutual support and collaboration. For policymakers, there is a need to develop support programs that provide training, improve access to microcredit, invest in agricultural infrastructure, and encourage cooperative initiatives to enhance farmers' bargaining power. Overall, these strategies and policies can significantly contribute to the resilience and sustainability of farming communities in Nagari Batukambing.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba membaca fenomena krisis air yang urusannya dengan persoalan infrastruktur air, terutama yang terjadi di wilayah ini Inda dengan konsep keadilan. Dalam banyak hal, krisis air punya dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat rentan dan sering kali kebijakan negara tidak mampu menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut. Krisis air tidak hanya dipandang sebagai persoalan perpipaan dan ketersediaan air tanah, namun lebih jauh lagi melampaui persoalan teknis semata. Penelitian ini mencoba mengangkat hubungan air sebagai elemen material yang selalu bergerak dinamis mengikuti relasi kuasa yang terbangun. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan membaca hasil penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan dalam konteks India. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa krisis air selalu dekat dengan persoalan politik dan identitas, ada jaringan-jaringan sosial-politik yang mengatur siapa yang dapat siapa yang tidak. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya prinsip keadilan dalam proses pembangunan infrastruktur, khususnya terkait air. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan, kota, infrastruktur air, keadilan Abstract This research tries to read the phenomenon of water crisis that deals with water infrastructure issues, especially those that occur in the Inda region with the concept of justice. In many ways, the water crisis has a huge impact on vulnerable communities and often state policies are unable to solve the problem. The water crisis is not only seen as a problem of piping and groundwater availability, but goes beyond technical issues. This research tries to raise the relationship between water as a material element that always moves dynamically following the power relations that are built. This research method is a literature study by reading the results of research that has been done in the Indian context. The results of this study found that the water crisis is always close to political and identity issues, there are socio-political networks that regulate who gets who does not. This research emphasizes the importance of the principle of justice in the process of infrastructure development, especially related to water. Abstract

PT Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah merupakan salah satu perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan yang berada dalam naungan ponpes Darullughoh Wadda'wah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis cacat dan faktor-faktor penyebab cacat pada produksi AMDK botol 600 ml, kemudian mencari perbaikan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya cacat produksi. Untuk pengumpulan data laporan ini menggunakan : check sheet, histogram, diagram fishbone, metode kegagalan mode dan analisis efek (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis cacat yang terjadi yaitu cacat botol penyek mencapai 2.446, cacat tutup botol berlipat 4.038, cacat label miring 1.098, dan cacat karton rusak 51. Faktor-faktor penyebab cacat produksi adalah manusia, mesin, metode, bahan baku, dan lingkungan. Solusi yang di rekomendasikan untuk meminimalkan cacat produksi dengan mengendalikan semua faktor penyebab cacat terutama pada mesin capper yang mana salah satu mesin capper ada yang miring yang mempunyai RPN sebesar 224

Abstract

CV. Budidaya Jamur Sejati is one of the production industries of oyster mushrooms, which processes through planting and nurturing oyster mushrooms or (Pleurotus ostreatus) to grow and develop optimally for harvesting and selling. Oyster mushrooms are popular to cultivate because they have a delicious taste, high nutritional value, and the cultivation process is relatively easy and inexpensive. In every stage of oyster mushroom production, there are several risks of worker accidents that require further handling. Therefore, to identify the factors and causes of accidents and to assess the potential and risks involved, efforts are then made to control these using Job Safety Analysis methods to minimize workplace accidents at each stage. This results in accidents with extremely high risk during the sterilization stage of the growing medium, where hot steam from the sterilization process can cause burns to the workers' hands during heating.

Abstract

Since an early age, children need to be introduced to the basics of fiqh in order to understand and practice Islamic teachings in everyday life. It very important for children in Malaysia learning basic fiqh is as a basis for forming the basics of Islam from in early age. This community service activity is part of educating the lives of humanity in Malaysia. This report is a documentation of the activities of basic fiqh guidance using the JAKIM and JAIS curriculum teaching media in Malaysia, combined with various fiqh practice programs that can be applied directly in schools. Basic fiqh guidance for students of Sekolah Rendah Islam Anakku Imtiyaz Bandar Bukit Raja was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach basically focuses on the potential and assets that currently exist in the community, with the aim of developing and empowering these assets so that they can function optimally. Fiqh is included in Islamic religious knowledge that must be instilled from an early age, because fiqh is a science that discusses a Muslim's worship to his God. Guidance on the basics of fiqh science is one way to guide children in understanding the basics of fiqh science and practicing it consistently

Abstract

The Design Investigation Survey (SID) activity is a program by the Ministry of Agriculture aimed at utilizing swamp land to enhance food production through land optimization. The target location for land optimization in Rokan Hilir Regency is situated in Mukti Jaya Village, Rimba Melintang District. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and guidance regarding the SID land optimization program to rice farmers in Mukti Jaya Village. This activity is beneficial for aligning perceptions regarding the requirements that serve as a reference for the SID land optimization activities, the necessary data, and the forms of assistance provided to improve land productivity and rice planting indices. The methodology involves outreach and guidance directed at the target  farmer groups. Outreach will cover the requirements and supporting data necessary for SID land optimization. Guidance will consist of directions regarding the infrastructure to be developed for optimizing land and its budgeting. There is a priority scale and budget provisions that will serve as a reference for communicating urgent needs in the field. The results of this community service activity indicate that (a) participants understand the importance of the SID land optimization program and its benefits for farmers, and (b) participants are aware of the criteria, requirements, and implementation provisions of the SID OPLA program from the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the data that farmer groups need to provide.

Abstract

Kebanyakan produk daging olahan seperti nugget pada umumnya memiliki kelemahan pada kandungan serat yang rendah sehingga belum mencukupi serat pangan. Adanya penambahan labu kuning pada nugget akan meningkatkan kandungan serat, vitamin, dan karbohidrat yang tinggi. Serat makanan yang ada pada labu kuning banyak manfaatnya bagi kesehatan manusia, yakni untuk mencegah diabetes, obesitas, penyakit jantung koroner, kanker usus besar, divertikular dan konstipasi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan labu kuning terhadap sifat organoleptik (rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan warna) nugget. Study literatur ini menggunakan metode penggabungan inti sari atau meringkas serta menganalisis fakta dari beberapa sumber ilmiah yang akurat dan valid. Study literatur menyajikan ulang beberapa materi yang pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya. Hasil studi literatur ini, terdapat pengaruh yang nyata penambahan labu kuning terhadap kualitas organoleptik (warna, rasa, aroma dan tekstur) dari beberapa penelitian dalam study litaratur yang sudah dilakukan. Penambahan labu kuning pada rata-rata produk menambah cita rasa serta menghasilkan nugget yang hampir sama dengan yang beredar dipasaran. Oleh kerena itu , dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan labu kuning secara keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap sifat organoleptik produk diharapkan sebaiknya lebih dipertimbangkan penggunaan labu kuning pada pengolahan nugget dalam bentuk kukus, rebus, tepung atau pasta dikarenakan akan mempengaruhi nilai gizi dan sifat organoleptik nugget yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

PT. Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah's water production still relies on human power to carry out its production activities. At PT. Dalwa Anugrah Hasaniyah has a section for producing mineral water which is processed manually in a bending and standing position. Activities in the process of washing bottles into the machine are (1) inserting labels into bottles, (2) lifting bottles containing water into cartons, and (3) moving cartons containing mineral water to pallets. The activities carried out by workers have a high risk and cause complaints of pain. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out work posture analysis to assess and evaluate worker posture. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, workers experienced complaints in the waist, arms and back. The results of the RULA assessment show that the activity has a score of 7, meaning that the activity has a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders so that further investigation and changes need to be corrected as soon as possible.
