Abstract

This study examines the challenges and opportunities in managing inclusive education in the digital era within inclusive primary schools in Makassar City, focusing on three key dimensions: policy, human resources, and educational infrastructure. Inclusive education, as a strategic effort to ensure equitable learning opportunities for all children—including those with special needs—faces a range of implementation barriers such as the limited number of special education assistants, insufficient teacher training, and inadequate inclusive learning facilities. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this research collected primary data through questionnaires administered to eight inclusive primary schools, with analysis conducted using descriptive statistical methods. The results indicate that while school policies have generally supported inclusive education implementation, substantial gaps remain in teacher preparedness and infrastructural accessibility. The policy dimension received the highest score, followed by human resources and facilities, showing that although institutional commitments are present, operational practices are not yet fully effective. These findings highlight that the success of inclusive education depends on the synergy between adaptive policy frameworks, professional capacity-building for teachers, and the integration of educational technology to promote accessibility and participation. The main contribution of this study lies in integrating educational management theory and inclusive education principles to propose a responsive and sustainable management model for primary schools in the digital era—offering both theoretical and practical implications for the development of inclusive education policies and practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of marketing strategies for educational services at MAS As'adiyah No. 21 Kampiri, Wajo district with a 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Person, Physical Evidence, and Process) marketing mix approach. The focus of this research is a qualitative approach and a type of descriptive research. The data collection procedures used are interviews, observations and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation to conclusion drawn. The data sources in this study are the Principal and Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results of the study show that (1) Marketing Strategy for MAS As'adiyah Education Services No. 21 Kampiri, namely (a) Product: the madrasah has uploaded achievements on social media (b) Price: the madrasah implements free education without registration fees and monthly tuition as the main attraction, (c) Place, the location of the madrasah is strategic and easy to reach (d) Promotion, carried out through social media, distribution of brochures,  visits to other schools, and formal cooperation with universities, (e) Person, madrasah uses teacher testimonials as a marketing strategy (f) Process, madrasah routinely holds meetings with stakeholders for program evaluation, (2) Supporting Factors & Inhibitions (a) Supporting Factors: government support and commitment of school residents, (b) Inhibiting Factors: barriers include limited infrastructure, human resources, and public perception of madrasah education

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa kelas XII SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Sinjai mengenai strategi masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) melalui jalur Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP) dan Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya pemahaman siswa di daerah terhadap mekanisme, persyaratan, dan strategi seleksi masuk PTN yang terus mengalami perubahan kebijakan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2026 dengan melibatkan 100 siswa kelas XII dari berbagai SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian informasi secara langsung melalui sosialisasi edukatif dan diskusi interaktif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup perbedaan jalur SNBP dan SNBT, persyaratan eligibilitas, mekanisme pendaftaran, strategi pemilihan program studi, serta tips dan trik menghadapi seleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme peserta yang ditandai dengan keterlibatan aktif dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Berbagai pertanyaan yang diajukan peserta menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan informasi yang cukup tinggi terkait mekanisme SNBP dan SNBT. Kegiatan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih jelas mengenai jalur masuk perguruan tinggi serta strategi yang dapat dipersiapkan sejak dini dalam menghadapi proses seleksi masuk PTN. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal informasi yang bermanfaat bagi siswa dalam merancang strategi yang tepat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze community service from the perspective of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its contribution to community welfare and local economic development. The study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from various literature sources indexed in Google Scholar and other credible websites published between 2014 and 2026. In the initial stage, 50 articles were identified, and through a rigorous selection process, 34 main articles relevant to the research objectives were selected. The findings indicate that community service plays an important role in enhancing community capacity, strengthening MSMEs, improving financial literacy, and promoting participatory local economic development. The SDGs perspective positions community service as a strategic instrument in creating inclusive and sustainable development. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including low program sustainability, limited impact evaluation, and suboptimal cross-sector collaboration in the implementation of community service programs.
