Abstract

Abstract This study examines the marketing strategies employed by the TikTok account @kafani.id to strengthen its brand identity and build brand awareness within Indonesia’s rapidly growing TikTok user base. Using Kapferer’s Hexagonal Identity Prism framework, the research explores how @kafani.id creatively integrates elements like visual identity, brand personality, cultural values, and audience engagement to promote niche products such as burial shrouds and funeral supplies. Through a qualitative case study approach involving content analysis of TikTok activities, including live streaming sessions and audience interactions, the findings reveal that @kafani.id effectively leverages TikTok’s algorithm-driven promotion, viral marketing through electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), and entertaining yet respectful communication. By combining educational and humorous content with active engagement, the brand creates a unique identity while fostering strong emotional connections with its audience. The study concludes that creativity, authenticity, and culturally driven narratives can transform unconventional products into appealing digital brands, emphasizing TikTok's potential as a powerful marketing platform.

Abstract

Dance is a national identity that reflects a culture that must be preserved, but one of the Sundanese dances, namely jaipong, currently requires a strategy in maintaining its existence. This study aims to examine the role of government communication in efforts to preserve the art of Jaipong dance in the city of Bandung. The problem is focused on the effectiveness of government programs in maintaining sustainability and developing Jaipong dance in the midst of globalization. This research uses the theory of government communication in the promotion of culture. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that government communication through programs such as training, performance facilitation, coaching, and international promotion has made a significant contribution to the preservation of Jaipong dance. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as the lack of optimal quality of certification and the expansion of community participation. The results of this study provide important recommendations for the government, art actors, and the community in a joint effort to preserve the nation's cultural heritage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT During the toddler years, it will greatly influence and determine the child's subsequent growth and development, to maintain the continuity of life while improving the quality of life of the child in order to achieve optimal growth and development both physically, mentally, emotionally and socially, therefore during the toddler years it is very important to pay attention so that toddlers do not experience delays in growth and development. To determine the differences in growth and development of toddler age children among working mothers in Sukamanah Village and Karang Anyar Village in 2024. This type of research is observational analytic, with a cross sectional design, which is a study to study the correlation between risk factors (independent) in this study "working mothers and non-working mothers" with the consequences or effects (dependent) if in this study "growth and development of toddler age children (1-3 years)", with data collection carried out simultaneously and simultaneously between risk factors and their effects (point time approach), meaning that all variables are observed at the same time. The results of this study based on univariate analysis that in the variable of child growth in working mothers, most of the growth was good as many as 39 people (39%) and 6 people (6%) were not good. Whereas in the variable of child growth in non-working mothers, most of the growth was good as many as 38 people (38%) and those that were not achieved were 17 people (17%). The results of the study known statistical test p value 0.039 means the value of p < 0.05 with this can be concluded that Ha accepted Ho rejected. This means that there is a very strong and unidirectional significant relationship between the growth of toddler age children (1-3 years) in working and non-working mothers. While research based on univariate and bivariate analysis on growth variables shows that the age distribution of toddler age children in working mothers is mostly 2 years old as many as 20 people around 40% while the age of children in mothers who do not work the most is 21 people (42%) at the age of 1 year. While the gender of toddler-age children in working mothers is mostly female around 68% as many as 34 people, while the gender of toddler-age children in mothers who do not work is mostly male, totaling 43 people (86%). appropriate child development as many as 81 people (81%), doubtful as many as 14 people (14%) and deviations as many as 5 people (55). There are differences in toddler age child development (1-3 years) in working mothers and non-working mothers. (p value 0.000 <0,017) There are differences in the growth and development of toddler-age children (1-3 years old) among working and non-working mothers in Sukamanah Village and Karang Anyar Village in 2024.  Keywords: Child Growth, Child Development, Working Mothers, Non-Working Mothers  ABSTRAK Pada masa balita akan sangat mempengaruhi dan menentukan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak selanjutnya, untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak agar mencapai tumbuh kembang yang optimal baik fisik, mental, emosional maupun sosial, karena itu masa balita sangat penting untuk diperhatikan agar balita tidak mengalami keterlambatan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan anak usia toddler pada ibu bekerja di Desa Sukamanah dan Desa Karang Anyar tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional, dengan desain Cross Sectional, merupakan suatu penelitian untuk mempelajari korelasi antara faktor resiko (independen) dalam penelitian ini “ibu bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja” dengan akibat atau efek (dependen) jika dalam penelitian ini “pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun)”, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara bersamaan dan serentak dalam satu waktu antara faktor resiko dengan efeknya (point time approach), artinya semua variabel diobservasi pada waktu yang sama. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis univariat bahwa pada variabel pertumbuhan anak pada ibu bekerja sebagian besar pertumbuhan baik sebanyak 39 orang (39%) dan yang kurang baik sebanyak 6 orang (6%). Sedangkan pada variabel pertumbuhan anak pada ibu tidak bekerja sebagian besar pertumbuhan baik sebanyak 38 orang (38%) dan yang tidak tercapai sebanyak 17 orang (17%). Hasil penelitian diketahui uji statistic p value 0,039 berarti nilai p < 0,05 dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan yang sangat kuat dan searah antara pertumbuhan anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun) pada ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja. Sedangkan penelitian berdasarkan analisis univariat dan bivariat pada variabel pertumbuha menunjukan bahwa distribusi umur anak usia Toodler pada ibu yang bekerja paling banyak umur 2 tahun sebanyak 20 orang sekitar 40 % sedangkan umur anak pada ibu yang tidak bekerja yang paling banyak sebanyak 21 orang (42%) pada umur 1 tahun. Sedangkan jenis kelamin anak usia Toodler pada ibu yang bekerja paling banyak perempuan sekitar 68 % sebanyak 34 orang, sedangkan pada jenis kelamin anak usia toddler pada ibu yang tidak bekerja sebagian beaar berjenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 43 orang (86%). perkembangan anak yang sesuai sebanyak 81 orang (81%), meragukan sebanyak 14 orang (14%) dan penyimpangan sebanyak 5 orang (55). Ada perbedaan perkembangan anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun) pada ibu yang bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja. (p value 0,000 < 0,017). Ada perbedaan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun) pada ibu yang bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja Desa Sukamanah dan Desa Karang Anyar  tahun 2024. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Anak,  Perkembangan Anak, Ibu Bekerja, Ibu Tidak Bekerja

Abstract

Kemampuan numerasi pelajar sangat penting untuk menangani masalah matematika yang muncul dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil PISA dan penelitian ahli menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan numerasi siswa Indonesia sangat rendah. Dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi dalam pendidikan matematika sangat penting. Teknologi dalam pendidikan tidak semata-mata bergantung pada alat dan aplikasinya, tetapi juga pada bagaimana guru menggunakannya. PkM ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dan calon guru matematika memperkuat numerasi dan literasi digital. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi adalah tahapan kegiatan PkM ini. PkM ini dilaksanakan secara online melalui pertemuan Zoom. Materi yang disampaikan adalah numerasi dan literasi digital matematika. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui pretest, posttest, angket literais digital, dan angket kepuasan kegiatan, diperoleh dampak pelatihan bagi peserta yaitu (1) Penguatan materi numerasi memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemahaman konsep numerasi peserta PkM. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase dari jumlah peserta yang menjawab benar pada posttest lebih banyak daripada persentase jumlah peserta yang menjawab benar pada pretest; (2) Penguatan materi literasi digital memiliki dampak positif terhadap keterampilan digital (digital skill) peserta. Hal ini terlihat dari angket literasi digital yang menunjukkan indikator digital skill mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dibandingkan dengan tiga indikator literasi digital lainnya; (3) Pelatihan memberikan motivasi bagi guru dan calon guru untuk merancang pembelajaran yang mendukung kemampuan numerasi siswa dan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Product photography training for MSMEs in Baros Village, Central Cimahi, aims to improve the visual and digital skills of business owners in marketing their products. This activity was carried out through three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, material preparation, consultation with MSME players, and provision of tools were carried out. The production stage includes theory delivery, hands-on practice, and evaluation of photography skills. Meanwhile, the post-production stage focused on documentation, publication of results, and assessment to ensure the sustainability impact of the training. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' ability to take quality product photos, which supported product branding and promotion through digital platforms. The program also helped reduce MSMEs' dependence on external services, thus optimizing their operational budget. With improved digital literacy, MSME players are able to reach a wider market, strengthen competitiveness, and support local economic inclusion.

Abstract

This training aims to provide practical knowledge and skills in managing social media as a tool to develop a business. For Warung Tegal (Warteg) business actors in Bandung City, the ability to utilize social media as a business platform is a very important skill. Through social media, warteg products and services can be promoted widely without geographical limitations. The Sisi Lain Community of Tegal Bandung Raya Regency (SLKT Baraya) has great potential to be empowered. Its potential lies not only in the individual abilities of its members but also in the collective strength of the community in creating social and economic impacts for the people. The training stages are specifically designed for members of the Sisi Lain Community of Tegal Bandung Raya Regency (SLKT Baraya) including the preparation stage, implementation stage, practice stage, and closing stage. This training is expected to help members of the SLKT Baraya community understand how to utilize various social media platforms to reach a wider target market.

Abstract

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Namun, banyak siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengungkapkan ide matematis dan kurang percaya diri dalam pembelajaran. Diperlukan model pembelajaran inovatif seperti Inquiry Learning dan Discovery Learning yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Inquiry dan Discovery Learning, serta mengkaji hubungan antara kedua kemampuan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan Independent Sample t-test dan uji t’ untuk membandingkan peningkatan, serta uji korelasi Pearson untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence antara kedua model pembelajaran. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara peningkatan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence dalam masing-masing model. Mathematical communication skills and self-confidence are two important aspects in learning mathematics. However, many students still have difficulty expressing mathematical ideas and lack confidence in learning. Therefore, innovative learning models such as Inquiry Learning and Discovery Learning are needed that actively involve students. This study aims to analyze the differences in the improvement of mathematical communication skills and self-confidence between students who are taught with the Inquiry and Discovery Learning models, and to examine the relationship between the two abilities. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through tests and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Independent Sample t-test and t' test to compare improvements, and the Pearson correlation test to see the relationship between variables. The results showed differences in the improvement of mathematical communication skills and self-confidence between the two learning models. However, no relationship was found between the improvement of mathematical communication and self-confidence in each model.

Abstract

The mathematical literacy ability of students is still relatively low, and they have not been trained optimally. This study aims to analyze the level of mathematical literacy of prospective mathematics teacher students in the Selected Capita of Elementary Mathematics Education II course. The material includes the Pythagorean Theorem, Quadrilaterals and Triangles, Curved Side Spaces, and Comparison. The subjects of the study involved 25 students who were taking the Selected Capita of Elementary Mathematics Education II course. The research method used was qualitative with the Phenomenology Hermeneutic approach. The stages of the Phenomenology Hermeneutic approach are deciding on research questions, identifying pre-understanding, gaining understanding through dialogue with participants, gaining knowledge through dialogue with text, and building trust. Data were collected through descriptions of student answers and selected interviews. The data analysis technique follows the steps of Miles & Huberman. Question number 3 has a literacy indicator, namely interpreting solutions in problem-solving (interpret). The focus of the analysis is on students' answers to question number 3. Three students answered correctly, while one student answered with a few errors. While answers from 20 students contain significant errors, 1 student did not provide an answer. 3 students, who correctly answered question number 3, belong to moderate-ability students. Nevertheless, none of the students from the high-ability group were able to answer perfectly. This shows that students with moderate ability are better at answering question number 3 than students with high ability. Of the 20 student answers with the criteria of many errors, two answer patterns were found, errors in process skills and errors in writing the final answer. Efforts are needed to improve literacy skills through the presentation of literacy questions and learning that supports the development of students' mathematical literacy.    Keywords: capita selecta course, mathematical literacy skills, prospective mathematics teacher, hermeneutic phenomenology.

Kemampuan numerasi pelajar sangat penting untuk menangani masalah matematika yang muncul dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil PISA dan penelitian ahli menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan numerasi siswa Indonesia sangat rendah. Dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi dalam pendidikan matematika sangat penting. Teknologi dalam pendidikan tidak semata-mata bergantung pada alat dan aplikasinya, tetapi juga pada bagaimana guru menggunakannya. PkM ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dan calon guru matematika memperkuat numerasi dan literasi digital. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi adalah tahapan kegiatan PkM ini. PkM ini dilaksanakan secara online melalui pertemuan Zoom. Materi yang disampaikan adalah numerasi dan literasi digital matematika. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui pretest, posttest, angket literais digital, dan angket kepuasan kegiatan, diperoleh dampak pelatihan bagi peserta yaitu (1) Penguatan materi numerasi memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemahaman konsep numerasi peserta PkM. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase dari jumlah peserta yang menjawab benar pada posttest lebih banyak daripada persentase jumlah peserta yang menjawab benar pada pretest; (2) Penguatan materi literasi digital memiliki dampak positif terhadap keterampilan digital (digital skill) peserta. Hal ini terlihat dari angket literasi digital yang menunjukkan indikator digital skill mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dibandingkan dengan tiga indikator literasi digital lainnya; (3) Pelatihan memberikan motivasi bagi guru dan calon guru untuk merancang pembelajaran yang mendukung kemampuan numerasi siswa dan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran.
