Abstract

ABSTRAK Taman nasional merupakan salah satu kawasan konservasi terbaik untuk menyaksikan keindahan fenomena alam terutama untuk flora dan fauna endemik, langka dan dilindungi (Kementerian Kehutanan, 2003) sehingga keberadaan taman nasional memiliki arti yang sangat strategis dan penting dalam keanekaragaman hayati tari peles. Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan memiliki keanekaragaman hayati yang sangat kaya. Oleh UNESCO, taman nasional ini ditetapkan sebagai Klaster Situs Warisan. Pegunungan Hutan Hujan Tropis Sumatera (Pegunungan Hutan Hujan Tropis Warisan Situs Klaster Sumatera) bersama dengan Taman Nasional Kerinci Seblat dan Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2020 di Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan (TNBBS), Kabupaten Bintuhan, Kabupaten Kaur, Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang keanekaragaman hayati flora dan fauna Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan, khususnya di kawasan taman nasional yang memiliki keanekaragaman flora dan fauna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak jenis flora dan fauna yang memiliki keanekaragaman jenis, ditemukan jenis mamalia dan jenis burung, serta tumbuhan di kawasan TNBBS. Kata Kunci: Keanekaragaman Hayati, Flora dan Fauna, Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan. ABSTRACT The national park is one of the best conservation areas to witness the beauty of natural phenomena, especially to witness endemic, rare and protected flora and fauna (Ministry of Forestry, 2003), so that the existence of a national park has a very strategic meaning. and important in the biodiversity peles dance. Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park has a very rich biodiversity. By UNESCO, this national park was designated a Cluster Heritage Site. Sumatra Tropical Rainforest Mountains (Mountainous Tropical Rainforest Herritage of Sumatra Cluster Site) along with Kerinci Seblat National Park and Gunung Leuser National Park. This study was conducted in April to May 2020 in the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park (TNBBS), Bintuhan District, Kaur District, Bengkulu Province. This study aims to obtain information about the biodiversity of flora and fauna of the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, especially in the national park area which has a variety of flora and fauna. The results showed that there were many species of flora and fauna that had a diversity of species, found species of mammals and species of birds, and plants in the TNBBS area. Keywords: Biodiversity, Flora and Fauna, Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the student learning process in science subjects at SMPN 5 Bengkulu online based during the pandemic. The method used is a data analysis method with a descriptive qualitative approach to the sources obtained through interviews and filling in the Google Form wich is distributed to students of class VII and IX of SMPN 5 Bengkulu. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that online learning was quite fun for students with a percentage of 67.6% and boring for other 32.4% students. And the Whatsapp application is more effectively used in online learning with a percentage of 91.2%, besides that handphone can also be useful for students in the learning process because they are easy to use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulty level of the IPA UTS items for Class VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. The instrument used in this study was the text of the Middle Semester Test (UTS) for the Middle School Science Subject for the in Junior High School. The data collected were analyzed using the Difficulty Index formulation. The results showed that the analysis of the difficulty level of the IPA UTS items for Class VII and VII at SMP Negeri 5 Bengkulu City for the academic year 2018/2019 had a difficult question category in grade VII of only 10%, easy question category 15%, and question category which is being 75%. Likewise, Class VIII has only 5% difficult question categories, 10% easy question categories, and 85% medium question categories. This indicates that the quality of the UTS questions is very good.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis etnosains yang memiliki kelayakan untuk dipakai setelah divalidasi, dan melihat kepraktisan modul dalam melatih literasi sains siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan  Borg dan Gall yang terdiri dari 8 tahap yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, mengembangkan desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain produk, uji coba produk kelompok kecil,  revisi produk, dan produk akhir. Data hasil analisis angket dengan menghitung persentase pencapaian pada setiap komponen persentase pencapaian kriteria kelayakan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis etnosains yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 72% (layak), 96,25% (sangat layak), dan 93% (sangat layak). Kepraktisan modul pembelajaran IPA berdasarkan data hasil sebanyak 15 orang respon siswa dan 1 orang respon guru IPA yang dilakukan pada uji coba skala kecil/terbatas menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis etnosains materi pemanasan global termasuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis dengan persentase secara berurutan sebesar 87% dan 88%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah modul yang dikembangkan telah layak, dan praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar pada materi Pemanasan Global dalam melatih kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMP untuk kelas VII.  Abstract:  This study aims to develop an ethnoscience-based science learning module that has the feasibility to be used after being validated, and to see the practicality of the module in training students' scientific literacy. The research method uses the Borg and Gall development model which consists of 8 stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design development, product design validation, product design revision, small group product trials, product revisions, and final products. The data from the questionnaire analysis by calculating the percentage of achievement in each component of the percentage of achievement of the eligibility criteria of the ethnoscience-based learning module that was developed was feasible to use with a percentage of 72%, 96.25%, and 93% with (category eligible, very feasible, and very feasible). ). The practicality of the science learning module based on data from student responses and the response of science teachers conducted on a small/limited scale trial showed that the ethnoscience-based science learning module on global warming material was included in very practical criteria with percentages of 87% and 88% respectively. The conclusion of this study is that the module developed has been feasible, and is practically used as teaching material in supporting the teaching and learning process on Global Warming material in training the science literacy skills of junior high school students for class VII.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan assessmen untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains pada materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang teridiri dari 8 langkah, yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, perencanaan, pengembangan format produk awal, uji coba skala kecil, revisi produk, uji coba awal, dan produk akhir. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah subjek ahli, yaitu ahli assessmen, ahli materi dan ahli bahasa, serta subjek siswa kelas VII SMPN se-Kota Bengkulu sebagai pengguna produk. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kelayakan assessmen oleh tiga ahli validator yang dikembangkan pada aspek assessmen sebesar 89%, aspek materi sebesar 92%, dan aspek bahasa 92%, secara keseluruhan dinyatakan sangat layak dengan ratarata sebesar 91%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa assessmen literasi sains untuk mengkur kemampuan literasi sains dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop an assessment to measure scientific literacy skills in the interaction of living things with their environment. The research method used is a research and development method consisting of 8 steps, namely research and initial information collection, planning, initial product format development, small-scale trials, product revisions, initial trials, and final products. The trial subjects in this research and development are expert subjects, namely assessment experts, material experts and linguists, as well as the subjects of class VII SMPN students in Bengkulu City as product users. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The feasibility of the assessment by three validator experts developed in the assessment aspect of 89%, material aspect of 92%, and language aspect of 92%, all of which were declared very feasible with an average of 91%. This shows that the scientific literacy assessment to measure scientific literacy ability is stated to be very suitable to be used to measure the level of students' scientific literacy ability.

Abstract

Assessment can be interpreted as the process to obtain information in any form that can be used for the basis of decision making about students, whether it concerns the curriculum, learning programs, school climate or school policies. This research aims to know how the form and feasibility of assessment to measure the ability of problem solving in the material interaction of living beings with the environment in junior high school in Bengkulu. The type of research used is Research and Development. The development model used is the Borg and Gall models adapted by Sugiyono with 8 stages. Based on the results of expert validation obtained expert assessment score of 88.20%, material expert score of 86.14, linguist score of 88.25%. Based on the results of research in junior high schools in Bengkulu, there are 13 valid questions, SMP B has 13 valid questions, SMP C has 14 valid questions, while the reliability of junior high schools in Bengkulu get good criteria, while the different power of junior high schools in Bengkulu gets 4 groups of items, with categories very difficult, difficult, easy and very easy. while the difficulty level of SMP A item category problem is very difficult there is 1 item, difficult 9 items, easy 3 items, and very easy 2 items. While SMP B category item problem is very difficult there is 1 item, difficult 9 items, easy 1 item and very easy 3 items, while SMP C category item problem is very difficult there is 1 item, difficult there are 8 items, easy there are 4 items and very easy 2 items. While the person fit order from SMP A fit, SMP B there is 1 misfit and SMP C 3 there is misfit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical properties of Kikim River water in Kikim Timur Subdistrict, Lahat Regency and find out the right way to solve water problems as an effort to treat water from physical parameters that exceed the quality standards according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2018 concerning requirements for drinking water quality. The parameters tested in this study included temperature, total suspended solid (TSS) and degree of acidity (pH). Sampling was carried out at three points, namely Point 01 in Gunung Kembang Village or Kikim Hulu River, Point 02 in Bungamas Village or Kikim Tengah River, and Point 03 in Lubuk Tampang Village or Kikim Hilir River. The results of the test analysis of the Kikim Timur River water samples carried out at the Environmental Service Unit of the Environmental Service Laboratory (DLH) of Lahat Regency at points 01, 02 and 03 indicate that the parameters tested, namely temperature, (TSS) and pH values still meet the standards according to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2018.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami serta mengetahui pengelompokan Ranah Kognitif Taksonomi Bloom dan Tingkat Kesukaran Ulangan Harian IPA Kelas VII SMPN 05 Kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini tentunya menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu metode Deskriptif Kualitatif .pada penelitian ini instrument yang digunakan berupa soal Ulangan Harian  Mata Pelajaran IPA Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Dari data yang terkumpul kemudian data tersebut di analisis Ranah Kognitif berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom dari tabel masing-masing telah dikelompokkan kedalam tiga tingkat kognitif dari 6 tingkat kognitif yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, dari tabel tersebut dihasilkan pada Ulangan Harian mata pelajaran IPA SMPN 05 Kota Bengkulu berturut-turut adalah : C1 : 32 %, C2 : 40 %, C3 : 28 %. Dari analisis tingkat kesukaran butis soal Ulangan Harian IPA Kelas VII SMPN 05 memiliki kategori soal mudah 44% sedangkan katogori soal sedang 36 % dan kategori soal susah 20 %. Hal ini menandakan bahwasannya kualitas soal Ulangan Harian cukup baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai tujuan belajar dalam pembelajaran IPA serta mengetahui peran dan minat siswa terhadap pelajaran IPA disekolahnya.. penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskritif, dari hasil menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah SMPN 3 Tanjung Sakti Pumi Lahat Sumatra Selatan berdasarkan observasi awal yang didapat 75% siswa sudah mampu mencapai standar rata-rata belajar dan ada juga beberapa siswa yang belum mencapai standar rata-ratanya.

Abstract

High-level thinking skills are not only established in the cognitive aspect but are able to improve the skills and effective aspects of students. One of the things that is applied to improve the ability to think at a high level is to submit tests for HOTS ( Higher Order Thinking Skills) problem, Given to students to know how much students are able to do and solve problems not only completing but students are required to understand the problems given. This research used quantitative deriftive research design. The data was analyzed using descriptive percentages. Calculate the individual grade of each student of grade VIII A Junior High School 05 Bengkulu City. The results showed that the ability of students of class VIII A Junior High School 05 Kota Bengkulu in working on HOTS problem items on vibration and wave material was in a very low category with a total average of 24.90 of the HOTS issues given. This means that students of class VIII A Junior High School 05 Bengkulu City have not been able to work on HOTS problems on vibration and wave material.
