Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak customer bonding terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk kosmetik MS Glow di UMKM Pusat Majalaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survei dengan 150 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk MS Glow di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer bonding memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan korelasi yang kuat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan mereka dengan memperkuat faktor customer bonding dalam hubungan dengan konsumen.

Abstract

Persit KCK Branch 3 Dispsiad Branch III PG MABESAD, is a Persit organization (Army Wives Association) which is under the Army Psychology Service located at Jalan Sangkuriang No. 53 in the city of Bandung, West Java. Her mission is to create harmony among all the soldiers' wives in the Dispsiad environment. In an organization, the diversity and differences that each individual brings will create the characteristics and personality of each individual to make it colorful in the interactions between fellow persit members so that each persit member is expected to be able to control herself. Problems that may occur can be caused by miscommunication between individuals which is a factor in the emergence of differences of opinion, disputes, and even disputes which is contrary to the purpose of establishing Persit KCK which is based on kinship. Based on this, there is a need for training for first mothers in cultivating a soul to lead themselves, especially in managing emotions so that they can minimize or even eliminate unexpected things. Emotional management training for Persit KCK Branch 3 Dispsiad has an impact on increasing Persit's ability to control himself, show trustworthiness, behave with sincerity,  have an adaptable attitude, and have a high ability to innovate so that he can be accepted in a social environment.

Abstract

SMEs play a crucial role in a country's economy, contributing significantly to GDP, job creation, and income distribution. However, SMEs often face significant challenges, particularly in competing with large corporations and adapting to changing consumer needs. This research focuses on the identification and analysis of innovative strategies that can help SMEs align themselves with community needs. The study adopts a qualitative literature review approach, gathering data from Google Scholar for the period 2018-2023. The results indicate that, in facing challenges and opportunities in the economic landscape, innovative strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become a fundamental foundation to ensure their relevance and sustainability. A profound understanding of societal needs, the implementation of technology, collaboration, and the enhancement of management skills are key elements in formulating an effective innovative strategy. Through these steps, SMEs can become agents of change, not only meeting consumer expectations but also contributing to sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The online market has become one of the primary battlegrounds for businesses in this digital era. With the increasing use of the internet and the adoption of digital technology, society at large has shifted to online platforms for various activities, including shopping. This research aims to analyze the strategies and factors influencing success in facing the fiercely competitive online market challenges through a digital entrepreneurship approach. The research method employed in this study is a qualitative literature review using Google Scholar as the data source. This study focuses on scholarly articles published between 2013 and 2024. The results of the study indicate that in confronting the fierce and dynamic challenges of the online market, a digital entrepreneurship approach is key to business success. Intense competition and complex consumer dynamics demand business operators to have a deep understanding of the market, as well as the ability to leverage technology and effective marketing strategies. Through in-depth market analysis, personalization, the use of cutting-edge technology, collaboration, consumer engagement, and sustainable innovation, business operators can build resilient and sustainable businesses in this digital era.

Abstract

Pelatihan sabun cuci piring dan detergen ini adalah salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan finansial annggota KOSTARI. KOSTARI adalah komuntas pengusaha tangguh dan mandiri, pada PKM ini anggota kostari yang hadir adalah sebanyak 50 orang yang aktif dalam berbagai sektor usaha. Metode yang dilakukan pada PKM ini adalah dengan observasi langsung kepada peserta sehingga terapan pemberian ilmunya dapat lebih baik. Dengan pemanfaatan bahan yang aman untuk kulit dan lingkungan merupakan salah satu langkah sukses dalam pembuatan sabun ini. Selain mengolah sabun pelatih ini juga dilakukan E-commerce karena hasil sabun yang diproduksi juga harus siap dan berani terjual dipasaran nantinya.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli produk mascara maybelline pada pengguna Shopee Mall Indonesia di Jakarta. Dengan objek penelitian salah satu produk dari Maybelline yaitu  mascara.  Penelitian  ini membahas  mengenai teori dari 3 variabel penelitian yaitu, harga, customer review, dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan Google Form kepada 152 responden yang  kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengambil data sample. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.558 < t tabel sebesar 1.976. hasil uji hipoteis (uji t) bahwa customer review berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9.425 > t tabel 1.976. implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli, terutama pada produk Maybelline.Kata Kunci: Harga, Customer Review, Minat Beli

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education, family experience, and students' entrepreneurial intentions, exploring the mediating role of the unemployment rate. Three theories were integrated into this study: Entrepreneurship Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Hidden Unemployment Theory. The study utilized a quantitative approach, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis, as well as correlation analysis to examine relationships between variables. Non-probability sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling to determine the research sample. The study participants consisted of 100 college students in Bandung City, Indonesia, selected to complete an online questionnaire. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education and family experience significantly and positively impact students' entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, the unemployment rate serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education empowers individuals to create self-employment opportunities, reduces the unemployment rate, motivates students to pursue entrepreneurial paths, and shapes the entrepreneurship education curriculum to meet evolving market demands.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed the marketing landscape, making social media one of the primary channels for product promotion. This study aims to determine the effect of optimizing Instagram social media promotion on the sales volume of Gallery Rajut Bandung. Using a quantitative associative descriptive method, data were collected through questionnaires from 75 people who are work with Gallery rajut bandung. The independent variable is Instagram social media promotion, measured by content creation, content sharing, connecting, and community building indicators, while the dependent variable is sales volume, measured through sales growth, profit, and the number of customers. The results of a simple linear regression analysis indicate that Instagram social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Optimizing digital promotion strategies, such as improving content quality, posting consistency, and collaborating with influencers, is recommended to support sustainable sales growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze of education for socialization and understanding of accounting science in business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The object of research at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Population in this study are 8,212 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in 2022 in Medan City. Using the slovin formula, the research sample are 100 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using partial test (t). The results of the study show that socialization has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Understanding of accounting science has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City.
