Abstract

Researchers want to know if employee welfare initiatives affect how productive employees are at work. The population for this study, which has 300 executive workers working in one of the branches of one regional bank in Indonesia, was sampled using a combination of convenience sampling and quota sampling approaches. With the use of SPSS for Windows 25.0, questionnaires and scales were used to gather data, which was then processed using basic linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that there is a substantial relationship between employee welfare programs and employee productivity, with the t value being significantly higher than the t table value and the significance value of 0.00 being lower than 0.05. Employee welfare initiatives impact job productivity by 50%.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an important business approach in maintaining a strong relationship between a company and its customers. CRM strategies aim to increase customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and maximise customer value. This study aims to analyse the influence of social and psychological factors in the success of CRM strategies. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means that this research will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that in a competitive business world, CRM plays an important role in building strong relationships with customers. Social and psychological factors have a crucial influence on the success of CRM strategies. Strong interpersonal relationships with customers are key, and companies should pay special attention to training employees to interact well and empathetically.

Abstract

UMKM memainkan peran kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui akses ke platform digital. Dukungan pemerintah dan perkembangan teknologi membantu UMKM mencapai pasar yang lebih luas dan memperkuat ekonomi negara. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah untuk melakukan peningkatan melalui pendampingan UMKM melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing pada platform e-commerce dalam memajukan perekonomian di Kota Bandung. Kegiatan pendampingan UMKM di Kota Bandung dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2023 dengan 20 UMKM sebagai sasaran. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participation Action Research (PAR) melalui tahapan tertentu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu focus group discussion (FGD). FGD  dilakukan melalui sosialisasi teknis melalui presentasi, dan penyuluhan dengan pre-post test untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing. Hasil karya ini bahwa pendampingan UMKM di Kota Bandung dalam digital marketing sesuai dengan konsep segmentasi pasar Philip Kotler, dengan pelatihan dalam berbagai aspek pemasaran digital. Ini mencakup strategi pemasaran konten, media sosial, pemasaran melalui email, dan pemasaran mesin pencari. Implementasi praktik ini mendukung peningkatan visibilitas online dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia khususnya di Bandung, mengakibatkan adanya tingkat persaingan yangtinggi, baik Perguruan Tinggi Negeri maupun Swasta, khususnya dalam memperoleh calon mahasiswa. Permasalahanyang terjadi adalah semakin berkurangnya mahasiswa yang aktif, memungkinkan adanya bauran jasa pendidikan yangbermasalah dalam menyampaikan pada mahasiswa . Hal ini juga terjadi di Politeknik Pos Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengukur pengaruh Bauran Jasa Pendidikan terhadap KepuasanMahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dan Verifikatif, dengan responden yangmenggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 266 mahasiswa, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi untuk mengujihipotesisnya. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dansignifikan dari : (1) secara simultan bauran jasa pendidikan terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa, pengaruh yg terjadi adalahpengaruh yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

Because a country lacks the resources necessary to meet its own demands due to a lack of resources, international trade is today essential to a country's development. This fact cannot be disputed. To gain what is required to quicken the country's development operations, support or cooperation with other nations that have benefits or superior resources is therefore required. This study examines how foreign debt, imports, exports, and foreign direct investment (FDI) affect foreign exchange reserves. The Random Effect Model (REM) was used in this study's panel data analysis with research samples from ASEAN's emerging nations, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam, from 2017 to 2022. The study's findings indicate that while imports have a negative and major impact on the economy, exports and foreign debt have a partially positive and large impact. FDI, nevertheless, has a negligible and unimportant impact. Foreign debt, FDI, imports, and exports all have an impact on foreign exchange reserves simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resources and personnel management are crucial for businesses in managing, coordinating, and employing staff so that they can work efficiently to meet organizational goals. A company's human resources must be competently managed to strike a balance between employee needs and the requirements and capabilities of the organization. The key to the business's productive and equitable growth is this equilibrium. The productivity of a company's personnel has a significant impact on the growth of its operations and organizational structure. In this study, the impact of direct cash pays and the use of workplace rules on employee performance is examined. 100 individuals from each employee division's population made up the sample. The impact of direct financial support and the imposition of work discipline on employee performance levels is examined using the multiple regression method. The study's findings demonstrate that among the four independent variables salary, wages, incentives, and work discipline only incentive, with a t-value less than the t-table, has no bearing on the independent variable performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how customers’ decisions to save at religious banks are influenced by factors such as location, service quality, and brand image. Purposive sampling is the technique employed for sampling. There were one hundred respondents in this survey who hold savings accounts with Islamic banks. Multiple liner regression is the analysis technique employed in this study. The findings demonstrated that the customer’s decision to save at an religious bank was significantly influenced, both partially and simultaneously, by the factors of brand image, service quality, and location.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia menciptakan peluang bisnis berbasis online dan merubah perilaku konsumen dari berbelanja langsung konvensional menjadi lebih senang berbelanja online melalui marketplace yang lebih efisien dan terjamin keamanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh strategi promosi marketplace yang menggunakan brand ambassador dan viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey. Instrumen utama penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan 366 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama penelitian. Pengolahan data menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan IBM SPSS Versi 26. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif verifikatif, yaitu Analisis regresi linear sederhana dan dan Analsis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan Pertama, brand ambassador berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian; Kedua, viral marketing berpengaruh terhadap proses keputusan pembelian; Ketiga, brand ambasasador dan viral marketing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan ketiga menjadi novelty penelitian ini. Secara parsial, pengaruh viral marketing terhadap proses keputusan pembelian lebih besar daripada brand ambassador. Implikasinya, perusahaan-perusahaan khususnya marketplace disarankan mengimplementasikan strategi promosi dengan viral marketing yang bernilai positif bagi masyarakat sebagai bentuk adaptasi atas perubahan perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education, family experience, and students' entrepreneurial intentions, exploring the mediating role of the unemployment rate. Three theories were integrated into this study: Entrepreneurship Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Hidden Unemployment Theory. The study utilized a quantitative approach, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis, as well as correlation analysis to examine relationships between variables. Non-probability sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling to determine the research sample. The study participants consisted of 100 college students in Bandung City, Indonesia, selected to complete an online questionnaire. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education and family experience significantly and positively impact students' entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, the unemployment rate serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education empowers individuals to create self-employment opportunities, reduces the unemployment rate, motivates students to pursue entrepreneurial paths, and shapes the entrepreneurship education curriculum to meet evolving market demands.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan, harga dan diferensiasi produkterhadap minat beli Kanayam Harapan Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda,dan uji hipotesis baik parsial maupun simultan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan, harga dan diferensiasi produk terhadap minat beli Kanayam Harapan Indah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Diferensiasi Produk, Minat Beli
