Abstract

Social media offers high accessibility and broad reach. With relatively low costs, MSMEs can reach a larger and more diverse audience compared to traditional media. This research aims to understand how social media can be strategically utilized by MSMEs as a marketing communication tool to enhance their competitiveness and sales. This research is a literature review study with a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study were obtained from scholarly articles accessed through Google Scholar from 2014-2024. The study results show that social media has proven to be an essential element in marketing strategies for MSMEs. By effectively utilizing social media, MSMEs can build a strong online presence, engage in two-way dialogues with customers, maintain close relationships with existing customers, reach global markets at affordable costs, and better measure their marketing performance. Thus, social media not only becomes a communication tool but also a key to success for MSMEs in this digital era.

Abstract

kelompok Usaha Bersama atau yang biasa disebut dengan adalah salah satu bentuk produktif pengusaha dalam sektor kuliner yang dapat meningkatkan usaha secara bersama-sama baik dari segi ilmu atau kualitas produksi kuliner nantinya. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini di mana dilakukan pada KUBE SEWAJAN kota Padang. Di mana SEWAJAN kota Padang dipilih karena melihat eksistensinya yang kreatif dan mampu memperluas akses pasar mereka. Pada pengabdian ini kita tim PKM melakukan transfer ilmu melalui pelatihan E-Commerce untuk KUBE serta melihat dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada KUBE SEWAJAN dalam proses pemasaran dan produksi kulinernya. Bagaimana KUBE dapat melakukan bazar. Serta KUBE ini juga mendapatkan dukungan yang lebih baik dari pemerintah nantinya. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya KUBE dapat membentuk usaha kuliner mampu berkembang dan mempertahankan usahanya pada era perekonomian yang cepat berkembang dan berubah saat sekarang ini.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how successful application use is and what factors influence the successful use of online shopping applications. This research uses quantitative methods. Users of online shopping applications in Jabodetabek were given a questionnaire via Google Form as part of the data collection method used in this study. Users of online shopping apps made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method used to choose the study's sample. In this study, a sample of one hundred respondents was used. The two types of data analysis are statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The results of the conducted research support the notion that the presence of online shopping applications is beneficial, and that user perceptions play a significant role in the success of an application's use. Respondents can shop online with convenience and utility thanks to the services offered by online shopping applications. User satisfaction with net benefits is the most significant factor, according to the path coefficient and t-test values. This indicates that consumers are happy with the online shopping app and are inclined to accept the advantages it provides. Consumers believe that an element that can raise the net benefit value of online shopping applications is user satisfaction. According to the path coefficient and t-test values, service quality is the factor that has the least impact on users' perceptions of its usefulness. This indicates that consumers believe the usefulness value they perceive from online shopping applications cannot be enhanced by the quality of those services. So, improvements need to be made so that the success of using the application increases.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how an employee performance appraisal system using the website-based SAW method can help managers carry out the employee performance appraisal process. The method used in developing a web-based decision-making system is the prototype method. For data collection, two techniques were used. First, obtain the necessary information through interviews. Second, by collecting performance assessment data previously carried out manually by managers. It can be observed that the system may function effectively by performing its functions as an employee performance assessment utilizing the simple additive weighting calculation technique after creating a prototype decision-making system using the website-based simple additive weighting method. After managers have completed an evaluation, website-based solutions can combine data to make it easier to access, preserve data security, and support decision-making. The results provided yield high accuracy based on the SAW formula. This system uses the SAW calculation method so that employee performance assessments are carried out based on the percentage weight of the criteria that the manager has determined. From the requirements and results of this assessment, SAW can produce a ranking of employees with the best to worst performance. From this ranking, the manager can determine the employee with the best and worst performance, and then managers can make decisions based on that data.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu penerimaaan negara terbesar yang dipergunakan untuk membiayai segala pengeluaran negara . Penerimaan pajak juga nantinya akan dikembalikan lagi kepada masyarakat dengan manfaat yang dapat diterima berupa pembangunan nasional seperti fasilitas transportasi, fasilitas pendidikan, fasilitas sarana dan pra sarana, dan fasilitas Kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, seorang wajib pajak diharuskan untuk menaati kepatuhan wajib pajak sesuai dengan regulasi perpajakan yang diberlakukan. Dengan adanya sistem e – filling diharapkan dapat memudahkan wajib pajak dalam menyampaikan SPT karena prosesnya dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Maka dari itu tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Aplikasi E – Filing Terhadap Kepatuhan Pelaporan SPT Tahunan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Pada Pegawai Honda Astra Motor Cabang Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 42 responden ialah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang merupakan pegawai Honda Astra Motor Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini alat ujinya menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis korelasi spearman rank, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward on employee performance and the effect of punishment on employee performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang City. With rewards and punishments, it can help the management of human resources that have the potential to improve their performance within the company. This research consists of the theory of human resource management, and the theory of reward, punishment, and employee performance, as well as previous research, frameworks, and hypotheses. This study uses causal associative with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 133 employees and the sample in this study was 52 employees based on the non-probability sampling technique using the Purposive Sampling Method. Data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research that the author has researched, it can be concluded that the hypothesis testing for reward and punishment variables on employee performance, based on the F test it was found that H3 was accepted = there was a positive and significant influence between reward and punishment on employee performance. Reward and punishment affect employee performance, this is based on the R2 value of the variation of reward and punishment can be explained by independent variables that can be influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Suggestions from the author to the leadership of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang City, to manage the rewards that have been given so far to be adjusted to the standard of work that has been completed by employees, so that employees feel more concerned about their welfare by the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sebagai pengaruh review produk terhadap minat beli handbody lotion Citra di Kota Bandung. Metode kuantitatif melibatkan populasi tidak diketahui dengan rumus lemeshow mendapatkan 384 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling dan teknik sampel pengambilannya dengan probability sampling. Kumpulan dalam mendatanya melalui kuesioner dianalisis regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa review produk berada dalam kategori setuju, dengan dimensi kesesuaian produk memiliki persentase tertinggi. Kategori sangat setuju berada pada variabel minat beli dengan dimensi minat eksploratif memiliki persentase tertinggi. Hasil uji normalitas dikatakan berdistribusi normal yaitu 0,200 > 0,05 dikatakan signifikan. Analisis regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 19,532 + 0,872 X, menunjukkan pengaruh positif review produk terhadap minat beli. Uji hipotesis membuktikan adanya pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai f hitung = 900.379 > F tabel = 3.87 bahwa review produk hand body lotion citra berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli signifikan 0,05. Koefisien determinism menunjukkan bahwa 70,2% variasi minat beli dapat dijelaskan oleh review produk. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa review produk berperan penting mempengaruhi minat beli terhadap handbody lotion Citra di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Transportation is a business or activity by carrying goods, passengers from one place to another. Efforts to market products, both goods or services, using planning and systematic methods so that they can increase the number of sales are called marketing. Net profit is the amount of difference between income exceeding expenses (expenses). The study aims to explain "The Effect of Transportation Costs and Marketing Costs on Net Profit at PT. Sinar Andesto Mandiri Logistik". This research was conducted using quantitative methods, secondary data types with associative hypothesis taking. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship. The population in this study was 264 monthly profit and loss financial reports from the period 2002-2023. This study used the Nonprobability Sampling sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, product moment analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (t), simultaneous test (F). The results of the t-test conducted using IBM Statistic SPSS Version 27, showed that transportation costs partially affected net profit and marketing costs partially did not affect net profit. The results of the F test show that transportation costs and marketing costs simultaneously or together have a significant effect on net profit.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli produk mascara maybelline pada pengguna Shopee Mall Indonesia di Jakarta. Dengan objek penelitian salah satu produk dari Maybelline yaitu  mascara.  Penelitian  ini membahas  mengenai teori dari 3 variabel penelitian yaitu, harga, customer review, dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan Google Form kepada 152 responden yang  kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengambil data sample. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.558 < t tabel sebesar 1.976. hasil uji hipoteis (uji t) bahwa customer review berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9.425 > t tabel 1.976. implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli, terutama pada produk Maybelline.Kata Kunci: Harga, Customer Review, Minat Beli
