Abstract

This study aims to examine inclusive entrepreneurship education as a strategy for fostering entrepreneurial spirit among vulnerable and marginalised groups, such as female heads of households, people with disabilities, young unemployed people, and urban poor communities. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analysing 23 carefully selected scientific articles from a total of 50 initial sources obtained through Google Scholar and other credible websites during the period 1984–2025. The analysis results indicate that contextual, participatory, and community-based entrepreneurship education can enhance the competencies, motivation, and economic opportunities of the target groups. This study also integrates several theoretical frameworks, such as the Capability Approach, Transformative Learning, and Inclusive Innovation, to explain how education can promote structural empowerment and economic independence. Additionally, case studies from community-based programmes in Indonesia provide concrete evidence of the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration in supporting entrepreneurial inclusion. This research concludes that inclusive entrepreneurship education has great potential to drive social transformation and poverty alleviation, despite facing structural and institutional challenges.

The humanistic approach in education places humans as active subjects in the learning process and social empowerment, so that values such as empathy, respect for individual dignity, and dialogue become the main foundation in designing social intervention programs. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from Google Scholar and other credible scientific sites in the period 1951-2025. Of the 30 articles reviewed, 18 were selected through a rigorous selection based on the relevance and quality of the sources. The results showed that educational management based on humanistic principles has been proven to increase the effectiveness, sustainability, and community acceptance of social interventions conducted by universities. This study recommends the importance of integrating humanistic values into the management system of community service programmes in order to produce more meaningful and transformative social impacts.

Abstract

The ongoing transformation of education, which demands collaboration, innovation, and rapid adaptation, presents significant challenges to the effectiveness of educational human resources, particularly when interpersonal and organizational conflicts emerge as structural and psychological barriers within school environments. This study is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to analyze the dynamics of conflict management in schools and its contribution to strengthening human resources in the context of educational transformation. Data were collected from 40 scholarly articles published between 1967 and 2025 via Google Scholar and other credible academic sources, then strictly selected down to 22 relevant articles. The review findings indicate that conflict management based on collaborative approaches, transformative leadership, and organizational culture reinforcement plays a crucial role in improving the performance effectiveness of educators and school staff. Analyzed case studies show that schools successfully managing conflicts constructively are able to create a more productive, adaptive work environment that supports the success of school-based community engagement programs. These findings affirm that conflict management must become an integral part of educational human resource development strategies to fully support the national education reform agenda.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of teachers in overcoming conflicts that occur in new students, especially grade 7 students at Zamzam Integrated Islamic School (ZIIS). Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this study reveals various types of conflicts experienced by students, such as individual conflicts, between individuals, and between individuals and groups. Factors that trigger conflict include emotional immaturity and family background (broken home). The research shows that teachers play an important role as mediators, non-judgmental companions, teachers of problem-solving skills, and communicators between schools and parents. These strategies are strengthened by the synergy between teachers, the support of the principal, and the involvement of parents through the “parent teaching” program. The results confirm that effective conflict management contributes to the creation of a comfortable, conducive learning environment that supports students' character development. Abstract

The leadership of the kyai in Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) plays a vital role in fostering alumni harmony and solidarity. This study explores how the halaqah approach (regular spiritual gatherings) serves as a medium through which kyai maintain deep emotional and spiritual ties with alumni. Using a qualitative ethnographic method at Pondok Pesantren Kutasari, Purbalingga, this research reveals that the kyai acts as a unifying figure through participatory and inclusive leadership, encouraging alumni engagement across generations. The findings show that the kyai’s charismatic and spiritual leadership fosters a strong collective identity among alumni, enabling continued collaboration in religious, social, and educational fields. The halaqah is not merely a learning forum but a cultural space for renewing values and reinforcing brotherhood. This highlights how traditional leadership rooted in Islamic values ensures alumni cohesion amid a changing society.
