Abstract

Abstrak Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19, maka lembaga pendidikan diliburkan untuk proses pembelajaran secara langsung guna mendukung program social distancing. Salah satu mekanisme yang diterapkan adalah pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian meta-analisis ini adalah menganalisis kembali hasil-hasil publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa selama pandemic COVID-19. Data dikumpulkan dari database pengindeks seperti Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, dan Portal Garuda. Data yang difilter adalah hasil penelitian yang memuat nilai uji fisher (F), uji student (t), uji korelasi (r), dan jumlah peserta didik (N), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan meta-analisis melalui nilai effect size dan standart error untuk melihat summary effect size. Hasil simulasi menggunakan software JASP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55%. Nilai ini tentunya tidak terlalu tinggi, hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya beberapa factor kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pembelajaran daring baik oleh peserta didik, guru, maupun dosen. Abstract In order to support government policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19, educational institutions are disbursed for the learning process directly to support social distancing programs. One of the mechanisms implemented is online learning. The purpose of this meta-analysis research is to reanalyse the results of scientific publications related to students' motivation and learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data is collected from indexing databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, and Garuda Portal. Filtered data is the results of research that contains fisher test values (F), student test (t), correlation test (r), and number of learners (N), then analyzed using meta-analysis through effect size and standart error values to see summary effect size. Simulation results using JASP software showed that there is a significant influence of online learning in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of learners by 55%. This value is certainly not too high, this is due to several factors of obstacles faced during the online learning process by both students, teachers, and lecturers.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk minimalisasi tingkat plagiat di kalangan mahasiswa dalam menyusun tugas akhir adalah optimalisasi studi literatur dan melakukan pengecekan tingkat plagiat menggunakan aplikasi standar seperti Plagiarism CheckerX. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyusun tugas akhir dengan tingkat plagiasi tidak lebih dari 30%. Oleh sebab itu, sebanyak 83 mahasiswa telah mengikuti kegiatan workshop penggunaan software Plagiarism CheckerX serta dijelaskan teknik memperbaiki hasil plagiat jika lebih dari 30%. Angket merupakan alat evaluasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 89% mahasiswa memahami materi yang disampaikan dan memahami teknik mengecek plagiat serta memperbaiki hasil plagiat tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa software pembelajaran matematika aljabar di tingkat SMP/MTs berbasis solutif menggunakan Borland Delphi. Pengembangan software ini dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yang disebut 4-D yakni: Define, Design, Develop, and Disemination. Hasil akhir produk yang kembangkan berupa software media pembelajaran matematika SMP/MTs di bidang aljabar yang terdiri dari grafik fungsi, persamaan garis lurus, sistem persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linier, dan persamaan dan fungsi kuadrat. Pada tahap validasi diperoleh tingkat kevalidan rata-rata sebesar 3,75 yang berarti “cukup valid”. Kemudian pada uji coba terbatas respon guru/mahasiswa terhadap software rata-rata sebesar 58,22% yang berarti “cukup solutif”. Sedangkan pada uji coba lapangan, rata-rata siswa memberikan respon 56,94% yang berarti “cukup praktis”.

Abstract

Banyaknya siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika pada jenjang sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah atas menjadi perhatian khusus dalam proses pembelajran. Pentingnya menganalisis kembali hasil-hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kesalahan siswa khususnya menurut kriteria Newman menjadi dasar untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode meta-analisis dengan cara menganalisis data dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang bersumber database pengindek baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil analisis data menggunakan software JASP berdasarkan dari 58 data yang sesuai kriteria kelayakan diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa paling banyak melakukan kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir (encoding errors) dengan persentase sebesar 46% (artinya: 54% sudah menjawab benar). Dari lima indikator tersebut terlihat bahwa menulis jawaban akhir (encoding errors) merupakan paling sering dilakukan seperti di jenjang SD sebesar 44%, SMP sebesar 56%, dan SMA sebesar 34%. Kemudian berdasarkan bidang fokus aljabar dan statistika, siswa paling banyak melakukan kesalahan menulis jawaban akhir (encoding errors) yakni sebesar 50% dan 35%, sedangkan pada bidang geometri siswa paling banyak melakukan kesalahan pada indikator transformasi (transformation) dan melakukan perhitungan (process skill error) dengan persentase sebesar 49%.

Abstract

Learning independence is very influential in improving student learning outcomes. But at this time, many students still need an independent attitude in learning, which impacts low student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the level of learning independence towards improving mathematics learning outcomes based on educational level. This type of research is meta-analysis. This study uses a meta-analysis method, where data is collected from relevant research results, including the Fisher's test, t-test, correlation test, number of participants, and classical completeness. Data collection and research instruments were taken from relevant journals in this study. The data collection technique that can be carried out in this study is by looking for articles that match the predetermined criteria. Data were analyzed using JASP software with each data's input effect size and standard error values. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes at all levels of SD, SMP, SMA, and PT by 20% (sufficient category), besides that at the SD level by 17% (low category), at the SMP level by 22% (enough category), at the high school level by 25% (good category) and PT level by 11% (low class). So the effect of independent learning on student learning outcomes at the SMA level is higher than at the SD, SMP, and PT levels.

Abstract

The regression test is one of the hypothesis tests that must be understood by students when analyzing research data. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to increase students' understanding of the regression test process to make it easier for students to analyze research data. Participants were a research class group of 29 students. The speaker delivered an introduction to the material, then followed by direct practice by students including how to install JASP software, understand every feature that exists, input data, and perform data analysis. Activities were evaluated using a Likert scale questionnaire. Evaluation of activities showed that 76.01% of students understood regression test analysis techniques and how to use JASP software. In the future, we hope that students can develop their skills in data analysis even more in-depth.

Abstract

Banyaknya peneliti yang telah melakukan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan modul matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kembali hasil-hasil penelitian pada perbandingan tingkat hasil belajar siswa terhadap pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan modul matematika, berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Meta-analisis. Hasil penelusuran ditemukan sebanyak 61 data yang  memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan dari database Geogle Scolar, DOAJ, dan Scopus dari jumlah peserta didik (N), nilai uji fisher (F), nilai uji student (t), nilai uji korelasi (r) dan ketuntasan klasikal yang diambil bersdasarkan dengan  kata kunci. Dan hasil data akan dianalisis menggunakan sofware JASP dengan menginput nilai Effect Size (ES) dan standart Error (SE) dari tiap data. Dari hasil analis data dapat terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tingkat  perbandingan hasil pemecahan masalah menggunakan modul matematika pada semua jenjang, pada jenjang SD sebesar 96% (kategori tinggi), tingkat SMP sebesar 99% (kategori tinggi), tingkat SMA 101% (kategori tinggi) dan PT sebesar 86% (kategori tinggi). Disimpulkan tingkat perbandingan pada jenjang SMA lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenjang SD, SMP, dan PT. Many researchers have conducted research related to improving mathematical problem-solving skills using mathematical modules. The purpose of this study is to re-analyze the research on the level of comparison of studies learning outcomes to problem-solving skills with mathematics modules, based on the level of education, namely elementary, junior high, high school, and higher education. The method used in this study is Meta-analysis.The search results found as much as 61 data that met the terms and conditions  from the Geogle scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus databases  fisher test value (F), student test value (t), correlation test value (r), and classical completeness taken based on keywords. And the data results next analyzed using JASP software by inputting the Effect Size (ES) and Standard Error (SE) values from each data. From the results of the data analysis, a significant increase can be seen. Improving problem-solving skills using mathematics modules is more widely used at the high school level compared to the elementary, junior high, and tertiary levels. The results  of the data analysis showed that there was a comparative level of problem solving results using mathematics modules at all levels, at the SD level of 96% (high category), SMP level of 99% high (category), SMA level of 101% (high category), and PT level by 86% (high category). It can be concluded that the comparison level at the SMA level is the higher than at the SD, SMP, SMA and PT levels.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of modules based on investigative strategies based on valid, practical, and effective categories. The research method used is Research and Development. This research uses the ADDIE research development model with stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and evaluation. the instrument in the study is questionnaires. The results of the study were modules based on the investigative approach developed were declared valid with a score of 89.5, practical with a score of 70.7 and effective with a score of 75.4% so that the modules developed could improve student learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul berbasis stategi investigasi berdasarkan kategori valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan penelitian ADDIE dengan tahapan yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan evaluasi. instrument dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Hasil penelitian yaitu Modul berbasis pendekatan investigasi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan skor 89,5, praktis dengan skor 70,7 dan efektif dengan skor 75,4% sehingga modul yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Delphi XE8 software combined with Microsoft Access into a new application of the type of Setup Compiler called DASS. This application development uses 4-D development methods (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). This application was developed based on Setup Compiler is an application with a small memory and easy in the process of deployment and is designed with two types of files Installer and Portable so easy in the distribution of files to users, especially students and lecturers. Validator gives an average response of 4.28 which means "valid". While on field trial average respondents give very good response with value 88.20%. The end result obtained 24 Delphi Form / GUI which has been developed with the use of Alpha Skins very interesting.

Abstract

Forecasting data does not have to be static, there are also data with high fluctuations with up and down trends. Therefore, data normalization techniques are very important before training and testing data. This paper aims to test eight types of Min-Max backpropagation algorithms with several types of data, namely static data, seational data, monotonically fluctuating data up and down. A backpropagation network architecture with three hidden layers is used to test these data. The test results show that the 6th Min-Max algorithm has a high level of accuracy. Furthermore, the results of the 6th Min-Max modification found that changes in the multiplier variable can reduce the MSE value in the training process to a maximum value of 35.25% and in the testing process to 27.39%. The results of this study can be used as a reference in the future in performing the data nornalization process before the forecasting process is carried out.
