Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth, estetika produk, dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang tenun Donggala di Jagad Tenun Kota Palu. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan di Jagad Tenun Kota Palu, dengan sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth, estetika produk, dan kualitas produk secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang tenun Donggala. Hal ini berarti semakin positif word of mouth, semakin menarik estetika produk, dan semakin tinggi kualitas produk, maka semakin tinggi pula minat konsumen untuk membeli ulang produk tenun Donggala. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Jagad Tenun Kota Palu perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta terus melakukan upaya promosi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan word of mouth yang positif. Selain itu, perusahaan/pelaku usaha juga perlu memperhatikan aspek estetika produk agar lebih menarik minat konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku usaha tenun Donggala, khususnya dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat beli ulang konsumen. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi minat beli ulang, seperti harga, merek, dan pengalaman berbelanja.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan termasuk di tingkat sekolah dasar (SD), dengan adanya media pembelajaran mutakhir proses pengajaran bagi guru maupun proses pembelajaran bagi siswa lebih dimudah kan dari sebelumnya(manual). Teknologi digital di era sekarang guru dan siswa mampu melawan tantangan masa depan dengan algoritma kurikulum yang sudah ditentukan, tentunya dengan adanya pengembangan ini kevalitan kurikulm dengan yang terjadi di lapangan lebih efektif dan tidak blunder. di sini penulis tidak membangkang terhadap pembelajaran yang berbasis manual pasti ada ples minesnya metode tersebut tetapi dengan adanya itu penulis bisa mengembangkan dan menemukan perbedaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas metode pengajaran manual (tradisional) dan modern dalam pengembangan kurikulum SD. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa (kuantitatif).

Abstract

In the study of employee performance management, this is an issue that requires important attention, where the performance of individual employees in the organization is part of organizational performance and can determine organizational performance. The increasing use of the internet among employees in various companies and agencies in Indonesia will certainly affect employee performance, both positively and negatively. This study aims to determine the effect of browsing and e-mail on employee work productivity at the Plantation and Animal Husbandry Service of Central Sulawesi Province. This study used a sample of 73 respondents and quantitative research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that variables browsing activities (X1) do not have a significant effect on employee performance and activity of sending emails (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance. If these two activities are examined simultaneously, it turns out that they have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of using social media, especially Instagram as a medium for exhibitions of work by ISI Surakarta students during the pandemic. The data collection process was carried out by observing the behavior of the community during the pandemic and also interviewing several art activists who often publish their work on Instagram. The material obtained from observations and interviews was transcribed and analyzed. The results of the analysis raise 3 themes that are discussed here, namely: the use of social media Instagram in everyday life, Utilizing social media Instagram as a place to show off the work of ISI Surakarta students, stages, and parties who have a big influence to participate so that this event takes place. The study of the three themes is very useful to understand how to optimally improve the ability to work and utilize various social media as a forum to publish the results of his works during the pandemic period, where you cannot do real activities, you have to go through virtual ones.

Abstract

Analysis of change policies is carried out to improve systems that are running less effectively in an organization. The aim of this research is to describe the management process of changing a college into a case study university at University of Muhammadiyah Sampit. Qualitative research methods using case studies, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, data processing techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, as well as data validity techniques using source triangulation. The research results show that; The termination stage is the stage of abandoning changing old policies in the organization. The change initiation stage is the stage of assessing organizational performance and determining the aspects of change that will be carried out. The stage of initiating change is the stage of planning, establishing and implementing new policies as a result of the change. The conclusion is that the policy analysis of changing universities into universities at Muhammadiyah Sampit University can work well if it is carried out effectively, organized and planned.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing session between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universitas Syiah Kuala was aimed to exchange knowledge about creating future entrepreneur. The event was held on 21-22 November 2022 at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with 30 people in attendance. It used the public lecture method where both universities share their ideas about the issues and the students also share their involvement in universities entrepreneurship program. The following recommendations were made in response to the issues raised by this activity: student activity units on entrepreneurship should not only teach students about business but also help them develop their entrepreneurial personalities, enhance instructional strategies that inspire students to think creatively, and design events that connect them with students from different universities.

Abstract

The holistic and balanced education implemented by Thursina IIBS Malang develops all basic human potential maximally and in balance, including spiritual, emotional, social, emotional, aesthetic, intellectual and physical potential. The aim of the research is to describe the evaluation of holistic and balanced education at Thursina IIBS Malang. Qualitative research method with case study type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. data processing techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique using source triangulation. The educational evaluation process in Thursina is not only focused on the academic aspect but the student's life experience as a whole. The research results show that the evaluation of holistic and balanced education at Thursina IIBS Malang does not only assess aspects cognitive but also includes affective and psychomotor aspects. The evaluation carried out by Thursina IIBS focused on transformation of consciousness, assessment of spiritual values ​​and development of all human potential maximally and in balance, including spiritual potential (spiritual, emotional, social, aesthetic), aqliyah (intellectual and creativity) and jasadiyah (physical). The implications of this research are as study material in developing educational evaluations in realizing graduate profiles with Islamic personalities, broad insight and leadership qualities.

Abstract

Penguatan kelompok tani merupakan langkah awal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kelompok tani memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pembangunan pertanian. Meskipun banyak kelompok tani telah dibentuk, saat ini cukup sulit menemukan kelompok tani yang aktif, di mana anggotanya memanfaatkan lembaga tersebut untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha tani dan kesejahteraan mereka. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengetahuan anggota kelompok tani mengenai kelembagaan kelompok yang ada di Desa Bahomante, Kecamatan Bungku Tengah, Kabupaten Morowali. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan observasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Kontribusi unik dari pelatihan ini adalah penggunaan pendekatan pendidikan orang dewasa (Andragogi) yang disertai dengan simulasi berbasis kasus nyata di Desa Bahomante, yang mendorong partisipasi aktif peserta dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan kelembagaan kelompok tani. Hasil kegiatan PkM menunjukan tingkat keberhasilan yang signifikan dengan perolehan persentase pemahaman setelah kegiatan yakni 6% peserta sangat memahami materi kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan, 85% paham, 7% cukup paham dan hanya ada 2% yang tidak paham. Data ini mengindikasikan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan kelompok tani, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung keberlanjutan usaha tani dan kesejahteraan petani di wilayah tersebut. Institutional Strengthening of Farmer Groups in Supporting the Achievement of Economic Activities in Bahomante Village, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency Abstract Strengthening farmer groups is the first step in improving farmers' welfare. Farmer groups play an important role in promoting agricultural development. Although many farmer groups have been formed, it is currently quite difficult to find an active farmer group, where members utilise the institution to improve the performance of their farming business and welfare. This Community Service activity aims to increase insight, understanding, and knowledge of farmer group members regarding group institutions in Bahomante Village, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency. To achieve this goal, this activity was carried out through the stages of observation, training, and evaluation. The unique contribution of this training is the use of an adult education approach (Andragogy) accompanied by real case-based simulations in Bahomante Village, which encourages active participation of participants in understanding and implementing farmer group institutions. The results of the PkM activities showed a significant level of success with the acquisition of the percentage of understanding after the activity, namely 6% of participants really understood the material of the training activities provided, 85% understood, 7% understood enough and there were only 2% who did not understand. This data indicates the effectiveness of the training in increasing the institutional capacity of farmer groups, which in turn can support the sustainability of farming businesses and the welfare of farmers in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meanings of the letter waw in Surah Al-Kahf and to explore the benefits of these meanings in comprehending the stylistic aspects of the Noble Quran. Regarding the methodology of this humble research, the researcher employed a qualitative approach. The study is classified as library research, with data collection tools consisting of documents and observations. As for data analysis, the researcher utilized a qualitative analysis method by referring to both classical and contemporary references and sources related to the Arabic language and its grammatical rules.One of the findings of this research is that the researcher identified four types of meanings associated with the letter waw in Surah Al-Kahf: circumstantial (ḥāliyyah), coordinating (‘āṭifah), resuming (isti’nāfiyyah), and parenthetical (i‘tirāḍiyyah). The opinions of esteemed grammarians show slight differences regarding the parsing of certain words in the Noble Quran. An example of this can be seen in the verse: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ الْكِتَابَ وَلَـمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ عِوَجًا}, where the phrase {وَلَـمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ عِوَجًا}  demonstrates that the letter waw has multiple possible grammatical interpretations: some classify it as coordinating (‘āṭifah), others as parenthetical (i‘tirāḍiyyah), and others as circumstantial (ḥāliyyah).The reason for these variations lies in the nature of the Arabic language, which allows for multiple syntactic interpretations, as well as in the different perspectives from which expert grammarians analyze context and meaning. This highlights the richness of the eloquent Arabic language and the depth of grammatical thought that has been dedicated to serving the Quranic text with the highest level of precision and care.
