Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the intensity of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and the digital skill index and 21st-century skills of students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This quantitative study uses a survey method with a questionnaire distributed to students. T-tests were used to examine the relationship between AI usage and both variables, while an F-test was used to examine the simultaneous relationship. The results of the T-test show a significant relationship between AI usage intensity and the digital skill index (t = 5.34, p < 0.01) and 21st-century skills (t = 4.78, p < 0.01). The F-test results show a significant simultaneous effect between AI usage intensity and both variables (F = 8.76, p < 0.01). Overall, the findings of this study indicate that AI usage can enhance students' digital skills and 21st-century skills, which are essential for academic and professional success in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of communication, employee achievement on employee career advancement with the population being employees of PNM Mekaar Pekanbaru Branch totaling 193 employees, the sampling technique used the slovin formula, with a sample of 130 employees. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that partially (t test) communication variables (X1) and employee achievement variables (X2) had an effect on employee career advancement (Y). While the simultas test (F test) shows that the communication variable (X1) and the employee achievement variable (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on improving employee careers (Y). The R Square value of 0.630 means that communication and employee achievement have an influence of 63% on improving employee careers while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative. In this study, the author narrows the population, namely the number of employees of PNM Mekar Cimahi Branch 100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of individual characteristics on employee work performance, as evidenced by the t-test value for the Individual Characteristics variable (X1) of 9,773 while the t-table value for N = 100 is 1,983. So 9.773 > 1.983, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Individual Characteristics (X1) have a significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y). 2) There is an influence of the Work Environment on Employee Work Performance, proven by the t-count value for the Work Environment variable (X2) of 10.755, while the t-table value for N = 100 is 1.983. 3) There is an influence of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Work Performance, as proven by the results of the ANOVA test, the Fcount value is 390,320. While Ftable (a 0.05) for N = 100 is 2.70. So Fcount> from Ftable (a 0.05) or 390,320> 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Individual Characteristics (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Work Performance (Y). The Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.889. This shows that 88.9% of Individual Characteristics (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Performance (Y) while the remaining 11.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Applied mathematics plays an important role in solving real-world problems, including in the agricultural product processing industry. This study aims to apply the Modified Ghadle-Munot method to solve employee assignment problems in a private company operating in chocolate production and to connect its implementation with applied mathematics learning. The core issue addressed is the imbalance between the number of employees and the number of production stages, which creates an unbalanced assignment problem. This study uses an applied quantitative research approach with assignment optimization as the main variable. Data were collected through interviews and documentation related to the production process and employee task distribution. The results showed that the Modified Ghadle-Munot method was able to reduce the total work time from an initial average of 970 minutes to 660 minutes. The application of this algorithm not only improves operational efficiency but also carries educational value. It can serve as a contextual case study in teaching applied mathematics, particularly in linear programming and optimization. Therefore, this research contributes both to practical problem-solving in small-scale industry settings and to strengthening real-world, problem-based learning in mathematics education.

Abstract

Hadith, as the second source of Islamic law, plays an important role in the lives of Muslims. However, not all hadiths are of equal standing, making hadith criticism essential. This research aims to analyze the hadith about a fly falling into a drink through the approach of 'Ilal al-Hadith criticism to find potential hidden defects ('illah qadīhah) and to analyze its relevance and meaning in the context of modern science. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. Data were analyzed through takhrij al-Hadis, dirasah al-Asanid, analysis al-Matn, and istinbat al-Ma'ani. The results of the study indicate that the sanad of the fly hadith is sahih and no 'illat qadīhah was found. Matan criticism shows the need for contextual interpretation. In the context of modern science, this hadith is relevant to scientific findings in the fields of microbiology and medicine, which indicate that flies carry disease-causing microorganisms but also have self-defense mechanisms that have the potential to produce neutralizing substances. This study concludes that the fly hadith can be understood as a signal about the importance of maintaining a balance between disease and antidote, as well as the hidden potential benefits in seemingly harmful organisms.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-learning berbasis mobile mendorong kebutuhan platform pembelajaran yang mudah diakses dan sesuai konteks institusi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi e?learning berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan Moodle untuk memenuhi kebutuhan khusus IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada: (1) penyesuaian konten dan antarmuka untuk program kesehatan (keperawatan), (2) fitur akses offline dan notifikasi real?time, serta (3) evaluasi performa dan kepuasan pengguna sebagai metrik keberhasilan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Metode Prototype dengan siklus iteratif yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna utama. Implementasi memanfaatkan REST API Moodle sebagai backend dan aplikasi Android (Kotlin/Java) sebagai client; integrasi mencakup sinkronisasi materi, pengumpulan tugas, notifikasi, dan caching untuk akses offline. Pengujian meliputi uji fungsional, uji kinerja (waktu muat/response) dan uji kegunaan (kuesioner kepuasan/usability). Hasil uji coba awal (sampel pengguna tercatat dalam Bab Metode) menunjukkan peningkatan aksesibilitas dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap proses pembelajaran mobile; rincian metrik terukur seperti waktu respon rata?rata, persentase fitur yang berfungsi, dan skor kepuasan pengguna disajikan pada Bab Hasil dan Pembahasan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi antarmuka dan fitur offline secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mobile di lingkungan IKesT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR), ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur di subsektor apparel dan barang mewah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan publik perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan profitabilitas memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sementara ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi manajemen dan investor dalam menyusun strategi yang berfokus pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pergerakan harga Bitcoin terhadap kinerja risiko-disesuaikan saham sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2024. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana digunakan, di mana harga Bitcoin berfungsi sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja saham, yang diukur menggunakan Sharpe ratio, sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan secara statistik dari harga Bitcoin terhadap kinerja risiko-disesuaikan saham sektor teknologi, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,052. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga Bitcoin hanya menjelaskan 5,2% variasi kinerja saham, sementara faktor lain di luar model mempengaruhi sisanya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun pergerakan harga Bitcoin terkait dengan kinerja saham, faktor ini tidak menjadi penentu dominan. Sebaliknya, harga Bitcoin dapat berfungsi sebagai indikator tambahan dalam analisis pasar modal, yang menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor makroekonomi yang lebih luas dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Konsep baru literasi yaitu literasi digital atau literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Puskesmas telah menerapkan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis TIK, antara lain: Sistem informasi Primary Care (P-Care) BPJS Kesehatan, selama masa pandemi penggunaan aplikasi P-Care Vaksinasi untuk pendataan riwayat Vaksin, Antigen dan Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) yang telah terintegrasi ke aplikasi PeduliLindungi, serta penggunaan media sosial (whatsapp, facebook, instagram dan website) sebagai media informasi, promosi, komunikasi dan himbauan kepada masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat Literasi TIK pada Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap aplikasi dan media sosial. Dengan mengumpulkan data kuesioner dari 125 responden yang disebarkan ke 18 Puskesmas di wilayah Kota Palembang, berdasarkan metode People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM), tingkat Literasi TIK pada tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di Kota Palembang terhadap aplikasi dan media sosial berada pada level 2 (Repeatable). Dengan rata-rata indeks maturity untuk aplikasi berada diantara 0.74 – 0.87, dan untuk media sosial berada diantara 0.78 – 0.85.

Abstract

Introduction: The Muhammadiyah SU.I Branch Leadership Organization is a structural level of Muhammadiyah at sub-district level in the Seberang Ulu I sub-district area. The Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership has a coordinating function for all Muhammadiyah Leadership in the sub-district area, as well as coordinating the Islamic da'wah movement throughout the sub-district area. through various forms, such as religious activities, education, social welfare, health, and so on. Management of cash receipts and disbursements data at the Muhammadiyah SU.I Branch Leadership Organization currently still uses spreadsheets. Disadvantages of using this spreadsheet include the possibility of high data redundancy, difficulty checking inputted data for errors, difficulty in searching for data and low file security. This causes the process of making reports by employees to be slow and the leadership not making decisions quickly. Purpose: The aim of the research is expected to make it easier for employees to manage data on cash receipts and disbursements quickly and accurately, so that it can help leaders in making decisions. Research Method: This research uses data collection techniques using qualitative methods. Namely by interviews and observations as well as a waterfall design. Results: The results of the research were to create a "Web-Based Design and Development of an Information System for Data Processing Cash Receipts and Disbursements at the Muhammadiyah SU.I Palembang Branch Leadership Organization". Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the Muhammadiyah SU.I Palembang Branch Leadership Organization needs an information system to manage web-based cash receipts and disbursements data quickly and precisely.
