KRI Fatahillah merupakan kapal perang jenis perusak kapal berpeluru kendali milik TNI AL. Kapal tersebut yang dibuat oleh galangan kapal Wilton- Fijenoord, Schiedam, Belanda pada tahun 1979. KRI Fatahillah 361 bertugas sebagai armada pemukul dengan kemampuan melumpuhkan kan permukaan, kapal selam dan pesawat udara. Instalasi penerangan navigasi KRI Fatahillah menggunakan dua power supply sebagai sumber tegangan. Tegangan pertama yaitu tegangan AC 115 Volt yang dirubah menjadi tegangan DC 24 Volt menggunakan trafo step-down dan tegangan kedua adalah DC 24 Volt sebagai tegangan darurat apabila tegangan utama mengalami blackout/gangguan. Instalasi sistem pengendali penerangan navigasi mengalami kerusakan pada bebarapa komponen yaitu trafo, lampu navigasi, kabel, fuse dan fiting lampu sehingga dilakukan perbaikan dengan cara menggulung/melilit kembali trafo yang terbakar, mengganti lampu dan fuse yang putus, mengganti kabel dan fiting lampu yang rusak, cara mengatasi masalah/gangguan pada instalasi sistem pengendali penerangan navigasi KRI Fatahillah 361 dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyelesaian masalah, observasi/pengamatan dan eksperimen. Kata Kunci : Gangguan, Komponen, Lampu Navigasi, Sistem pengendali, Power Supply.

Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has significant characteristics and these characteristics are the pride of the community. One of the most distinctive in the life of the Acehnese people is a lifestyle that has the nuances of Islamic religion. Moreover, in Lhokseumawe City, which has the origins of the Islamic kingdom of Samudera Pasai, it still upholds religious values. This Community Service uses a direct approach method to the village head and the community. The activities carried out are; (1) guidance of Tahsinul Qur'an, (2) practical guidance a dzan to children, (3) m engadakan recitation of the Qur'an, Iqra', tajwid science, and other religious sciences to children in meunasah, (4) g otong royong in the geuchik office environment, ronda and meunasah posts, also in the street area of Gampong Blang Teue, (5) organizing religious competitions for children. After implementing the Community Service program from mid-January to the end of February 2022, it is hoped that the community in Blang Teueuu Village, especially children, will be more enthusiastic in maintaining socio-cultural values in the frame of routine religious activities. To maintain the socio-cultural values of society, comprehensive efforts are needed so that citizens can wisely filter out new cultures that have the potential to undermine socio-cultural values. Likewise, the public must still be open to new information and technology so as not to be left behind in the development process in general.

Good governance is always related to a job, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide quality work and good quality, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data source) and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the effect of good governance on employee performance at the Majuleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of the analysis of research data on Good Governance and Work Performance, that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise with the Job Performance variable which is in the good category. The influence of the good governance variable on work performance is in the very strong and positive category with significant data. It can be concluded from the results of the study entitled the influence of Good Governance on work performance as follows: Good Governance at the Majuleng District Office, Wajo Regency, is in the good category. The work performance of the employees of the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency, is in the very good category. The results of the data analysis show that the influence given is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship

Financial literacy ic very important. Financial management literacy is closey related to improving welfare. Knowledge of financial management literacy can be developed into a digital business. The purpose of this Community Service is to. These two things have been conveyed to manufacturing worlers in Selangor, Malaysia. The number of workers participating in thus program is 15 people. The purpose of thus PkM is to make the workers ‘knowledge better in financial management and to know the use of the income earned for useful things, especially after workers return to the country, one of which is with digital business. The implementastion method carried out is the Planning Stage, including communicating with related parties carried out online, the Preparation Stage which consists of the preparation Stage with introduction dissemination of The Pre-Test, sosializzation and lectures, question and answer, Post-Test and ended with filling out and evaluation of the activity assessment. The results of the program show that there has been an increase in knowledge among workers. The evaluation of the workers given in the form of a review of the PkM team was good, where 2 out of statement given showed that the workers ‘strongly agreed; as much as 100% that the event was in accordance with the theme and material provided. The workers participated in this program with enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the socialization statement was in accordance with the theme, the socialization was useful and the workers satisfaction 66,3% assessment

Bencana alam hanya dikatakan sebagai masalah selama tidak disadari akan adanya suatu manfaat atau hal positif yang bisa dikembangkan dari bencana alam tersebut. Dengan adanya peristiwa erupsi gunung dimana mengeluarkan berbagai macam material sehingga mengganggu aktivitas kesehatan masyarakat sekitarnya. Salah satu material yang disemburkan ialah abu vulkanik. Abu vulkanik yang dikeluarkan oleh gunung mengakibatkan pendangkalan pada sungai-sungai yang berada di hulu dan hilir gunung. Sebagai usaha untuk mencari manfaat dari bencana tersebut maka diupayakan untuk memanfaatkan abu vulkanink tersebut sebagai bahan yang berguna. Salah satunya sebagai bahan pembuatan keramik yang di harapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengganti sebagian semen serta pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku mekanik yaitu kuat tekan dan kuat geser keramik. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan penelitian sebagai bahan alternatif penambah sebagian semen yaitu abu vulkanik yang bertujuan membandingkan kuat tekan dan kuat geser keramik normal dengan kuat tekan dan kuat geser keramik yang ditambahkna abu vulkanik.Tujuan dari penelitian untuk pengaruh penambahan abu vulkanik dalam pembuatan keramik dan pengujian kuat tekan dan kuat geser pada keramik yang telah dibuat. Jenis metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Adapun benda uji 5% adalah benda uji yang mengalami pergerakan yang fluktuatif (naik turun) dalam mencapai usia keramik 28 hari maupun setelah usia keramik 28 hari maupun penurunannya setelah 28 hari. Akan tetapi pada uji kuat tekan keramik ini abu vulkanik tidak dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan keramik yang maksimal melebihi kuat tekan keramik normal. Benda uji 15% dan 20% memiliki kuat tekan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan benda uji 10% dan benda uji normal.Kata kunci: Abu Vulkanik, Keramik

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital di media sosial TikTok untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan metode tanya jawab. Strategi pemasaran digital di media sosial TikTok untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar adalah penggunaan hashtag yang tepat untuk brand, menyediakan konten video yang menarik perhatian atau sedang tren, serta rutin melakukan posting video di TikTok.

This study aims to analyze the functions of language in the lyrics of the Rejang regional song titled "Anak Kunang" by Idil/Widison, focusing on two perspectives: the language function theory of Chaer and Agustina and Jakobson's theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, where data are obtained from the song lyrics and then analyzed based on relevant language functions. The research findings reveal that the lyrics contain various language functions, such as personal, directive, phatic, referential, and metalingual functions according to Chaer and Agustina, as well as referential, emotive, conative, metalingual, and phatic functions according to Jakobson. In conclusion, the song "Anak Kunang" serves not only as a source of entertainment but also as a medium rich in meaning that conveys the social and cultural values of the Rejang community. This study emphasizes the importance of language as a communication tool that can strengthen social bonds and reflect cultural identity.

Hybrid working models have become an increasing phenomenon, triggered by developments in information technology and the changing needs of organisations. The concept combines in-office and remote working, offering flexibility that is expected to improve employee well-being and productivity. While there is a wealth of research on hybrid working models, there is a lack of understanding about the experiences of Human Resources (HR) in this context, particularly in relation to the impact on their behaviour and performance. This is important to study given the challenges and opportunities that arise in this transition. This research offers a new perspective by focusing on the direct experiences of employees in a hybrid working model, providing deep insights into how this approach affects their daily behaviour and performance. This research aims to explore and analyse HR experiences in hybrid working models and their impact on employee behaviour and performance across different industry sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group techniques. Data was collected from 30 participants from various industry backgrounds and analysed using thematic analysis techniques. Results show that hybrid working models provide significant benefits in improving work-life balance, but also present challenges in terms of communication and collaboration. Employees who adapted well to this model showed improvements in individual performance and job satisfaction. The findings of this study have important implications for HR management and organisational policy development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas restrukturisasi dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada Bank Sumut Syariah Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini diperoleh atas asumsi bahwa restrukturisasi sangat efektif dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah, dimana faktor internal yaitu ketidaktelitian bank dalam menganalisis kelayakan nasabah, kurangnya pengawasan terhadap kondisi usaha nasabah, dan nasabah menggunakan dana pembiayaan untuk keperluan lain. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu usaha nasabah tidak berjalan lancar, dan berasal dari perekonomian yang tidak stabil. Berdasarkan data analisis kesehatan bank APYD sebesar 12,07% berada pada kategori cukup sehat. RR sebesar 86,19%, hal ini menunjukkan kesehatan pembiayaan bank berada pada kategori baik, sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat kemacetan. Restrukturisasi pembiayaan sangat efektif untuk pembiayaan bermasalah karena dengan keringanan yang diberikan oleh bank, nasabah akan bisa kembali membayar tagihan sesuai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo yang disepakati. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of restructuring in solving problematic financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Pematangsiantar. This research was obtained on the assumption that restructuring is very effective in solving problem financing. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it was concluded that there were two factors causing problematic financing, where internal factors were the bank's inaccuracy in analyzing customer eligibility, lack of supervision of customer business conditions, and customers using financing funds for other purposes. While external factors, namely the customer's business is not running smoothly, and come from an unstable economy. Based on data on the health analysis of APYD banks, 12.07% were in the fairly healthy category. RR of 86.19%, this indicates the health of the bank's financing is in the good category, so that it can reduce the level of congestion. Financing restructuring is very effective for troubled financing because with the relief provided by the bank, the customer will be able to return to paying bills according to the agreed maturity date
