Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pendekatan STREAM pada pembelajaran IPA untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Mlandi sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes uraian keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan angket karakter religius sebagai data utama, serta lembar observasi sebagai data pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penumbuhan yang signifikan pada keterampilan berpikir kreatif dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,613 (kategori sedang) dan karakter religius dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,714 (kategori tinggi). Hasil observasi menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 73,21%. Dampak penerapan pendekatan STREAM terlihat pada perkembangan keterlibatan aktif siswa, kemampuan menghasilkan ide kreatif, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai religius dalam proses pembelajaran IPA. Dengan demikian, pendekatan STREAM efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program pencak silat Tapak Suci di TPQ Al Mujahidin Tlodas, untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai moral yang dapat ditanamkan melalui pencak silat, khususnya perguruan tapak suci. Untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja dampak dari program pencak silat Tapak Suci yang mempengaruhi perilaku anak di kehidupan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif (lapangan), yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan secara alami untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Subjek diperoleh dari kepala TPQ, pelatih pencak silat dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data (Data Reduction), data display (Display data) dan analisis kompensial. Penerapan pencak silat Tapak Suci di TPQ Al Mujahidin Tlodas dilaksanakan dengan latihan yang konsisten. Program ini juga membentuk sikap sosial, kedisiplinan, serta penanaman nilai keagamaan dan filosofi Tapak Suci secara efektif, membentuk karakter, moral, dan spiritual peserta didik melalui kegiatan yang terstruktur dan bernilai edukatif. Program Tapak Suci mampu mengembangkan kemampuan bela diri, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai kedisiplinan, keberanian, kepercayaan diri, kesopanan, dan rasa hormat, serta prinsip amar makruf nahi munkar.  pembiasaan spiritual, dan pemahaman filosofi Tapak Suci, peserta didik dibimbing menjadi pribadi yang berakhlak mulia, percaya diri, dan bertanggung jawab, Nilai-nilai moral yang ditanamkan melalui pencak silat adalah bertanggung jawab, pepercayaan diri, berani, mandiri, tidak mudah minder, serta mampu bersikap positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan rumah, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Adapun dampak program pencak silat Tapak Suci terhadap prilaku anak dalam kehidupan sehari hari adalah kedisiplinan anak meningkat,lebih berani,mandiri, kepercayaan diri anak juga meningkat, lebih semangat dalam mengaji dan lebih semangat dalam beribadah kepada Allah SWT, serta memiliki ketahanan fisik yang prima.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve teacher competence in writing scientific articles according to Sinta-accredited journal standards. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this program involves a partnership with the Wonosobo Science MGMP in intensive training and mentoring. The focus of activities includes improving understanding of the structure of scientific articles, from writing abstracts to compiling bibliographies using Mendeley. The program results showed a significant increase in teachers' motivation and writing competence, as evidenced by producing five articles successfully submitted to Sinta 2 and 3 accredited journals. Participant satisfaction surveys showed overwhelmingly positive assessments, with most responses in the excellent and sound categories. The success of this program highlights the importance of intensive mentoring in teacher professional development, particularly in the aspects of research and scientific publications. Recommendations for future program development include expanding coverage, strengthening institutional collaboration, and developing a digital platform to support program sustainability. This program has the potential to have a long-term impact on the quality of education through improving teachers' research and publication capacity, instilling confidence and optimism in the audience.

Abstract

The scientific article writing training program implemented at SMA N 1 Wadaslintang aims to improve the skills of teachers and students in writing quality scientific articles. This program is designed to equip teachers and students with technical skills in scientific writing as well as develop systematic research abilities. This research uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which places teachers and students as active participants in every stage of the program, from planning, and implementation, to evaluation. With this approach, teachers and students are not only the objects of training but also participate in the process of reflection and improvement of the program. Through the PAR approach, it is hoped that students can understand more deeply the scientific writing process and make a direct contribution to improving the quality of learning. The results of this training show a positive impact on scientific article writing skills. This is proven by the participants who got a perfect score of 100 on the competency test. They can write more structured and follow correct scientific principles. This program also succeeded in increasing motivation to continue developing writing and research skills.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology requires parents and education administrators to be more creative in managing children's education. Technological sophistication in various brands and types of cell phones has captured the world of children so that they no longer play games involving their peers. The effect is low emotional maturity, children tend to be selfish, don't socialize easily, are addicted to games, decreased achievement, promiscuity, and decreased achievement. Capturing and observing this, the UNSIQ team carried out activities to assist children's education in the digital era. This service activity was carried out by PKK women from Krumpakan Village, Kajoran subdistrict, Magelang Regency, totaling 40 members. Seeing the positive response and enthusiasm of the participants in taking part in this training, shown by the attendance percentage of 90%, it is hoped that it will become a routine village program. The impact of this activity is that participants understand how education should be implemented in the family, how to respond to children who are addicted to gadgets, and its influence on children's emotional maturity, so that juvenile delinquency, brawls, drug abuse, promiscuity, and the impact of the digital era can be prevented and controlled early on.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a physics E-Module of the material "Energy and Its Changes" based on local potential that is integrated with Qur'an verses in order to improve the critical thinking skills of vocational school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model consisting of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, as well as pretest and posttest tests. Validation is carried out by media and material experts, while practicality is assessed by students, and effectiveness is analyzed through the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and N-Gain calculation. The results of the study showed that the E-Modules developed had a very high level of validity with an average validation score of 93%. The practicality of the E-Module is also considered very practical with an average score of 88.7%. The use of E-Modules has been proven to be effective in improving students' critical thinking skills, as evidenced by the Wilcoxon test which shows that H₁ is accepted, as well as an N-Gain value of 0.603 which is in the medium category. This e-Module successfully integrates physics material with local contexts and religious values, and provides a contextual, independent, and meaningful learning experience for students. Thus, this E-Module is suitable for use as a physics learning medium at vocational schools.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize and analyze various strategies for enhancing Science Process Skills (SPS) in physics education based on a literature review of several previous research findings. Science process skills are a key element in physics learning that views science not only as a product of facts and theories but also as a research process through observation and experimentation. The method used in this article is a systematic literature review by analyzing 15 research articles covering the use of learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), guided inquiry, STEAM, and the utilization of digital media such as e-modules. According to Rachmat Rizaldi, the results of the analysis indicate that the application of active learning models significantly improves students' SPS with varying effectiveness scores, where the use of PBL-based e-modules recorded an effectiveness score of 75.41. Furthermore, a positive correlation was found between school accreditation status and students' SPS achievement levels, with A-accredited schools showing higher performance compared to B and C-accredited schools. This study concludes that the integration of innovative learning models, digital media, and the development of scientific attitudes is the most effective strategy to optimize SPS. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a reference for educational practitioners in designing more adaptive and comprehensive physics learning tools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural yang terdapat dalam buku teks Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Kelas VIII SMP karya Tatik Pudjiani dan Bagus Mustakim cetakan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi. Data primer yang digunakan adalah isi buku teks, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari artikel jurnal yang relevan. Fokus kajian meliputi nilai-nilai multikultural seperti toleransi, kesetaraan, keadilan, dan humanis yang terintegrasi dalam materi pelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ini secara konsisten mengangkat nilai-nilai multikultural melalui pendekatan tematik, historis, dan kontekstual. Nilai toleransi ditemukan dalam Bab 2, 5, 6, dan 8; nilai kesetaraan dan keadilan muncul dalam Bab 5 dan 9; sementara nilai humanis tampak dalam Bab 1 dan 3. Buku ini juga mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa melalui rubrik reflektif seperti Aku Pelajar Pancasila, Inspirasiku, dan Mari Bertafakur. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan seperti kurangnya eksplorasi nilai-nilai lokal dan isu kontemporer yang relevan dengan realitas generasi Z. Kesimpulannya, buku ini merupakan sarana potensial dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berwawasan multikultural, toleran, dan berkarakter inklusif sesuai semangat Kurikulum Merdeka dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

Improving student learning outcomes and engagement in science remains a challenge in Indonesian elementary schools, highlighting the need for effective teaching methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the experimental method on student learning achievement in the subject of science for grade IV at MI Ma'arif Gondang Watumalang Wonosobo, as well as to analyze the improvement in learning outcomes and student responses to learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of the study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class with a total of 32 students each. Data collection techniques include tests (pretest and posttest) and student response questionnaires. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student learning achievement in the experimental class after the application of the experimental method. The average pretest score of the experimental class was 45.81, increasing to 82.47 in the posttest, while the control class increased from 39.81 to 67.90. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect of the experimental method on student learning achievement. In addition, the results of the N-Gain analysis showed that the increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class was in the medium to high category (68.77), higher than the control class (50.61). Student responses to experimental learning also showed positive results, where students were more active, enthusiastic, and easily understood the material.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Investigate the application of visual media in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono. 2) To determine the difference in learning outcomes in IPAS between sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono who use visual media and those who do not. 3) To determine the improvement in learning outcomes in IPAS among sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono after the application of visual media. This study uses a quantitative research approach, specifically an experimental study. Data collection techniques include pretest and posttest methods, observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data (references related to vectors, previous studies, articles, journals, and websites). The results of the study show that: 1) the teaching and learning process has often used conventional models, so that during teaching and learning activities, students often feel bored and tired. Pictorial media is not a new medium, but it has rarely been used for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono. By using this medium, learning will become more interesting and students will be more enthusiastic in carrying out their learning. 2) IPAS learning of continental material using pictorial media for sixth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Leksono can improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the gain test data showing that the N-gain score in the experimental class was 0.87955 with a very good criterion and an interpretation percentage of 87.95, which means it was effective. 3) There is a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. This is evidenced by the higher average posttest score of 93.8 for the class using visual media compared to 83.9 for the control class. This is in accordance with the t-test results, which show that tcount > ttable or 2.3 > 2.021 with a significance level of 5%. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
