Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, information and communication technology is growing rapidly. So rapidly, almost all lines of human life use the internet, including the world of education. The presence of technology in the field of education makes learning more effective and varied and makes students more creative and innovative. One of the products of information and communication technology innovation is e-journal. This innovation develops online-based journals. This is of course very helpful and facilitates students in completing their studies. In other words, e-journals are needed as a learning resource for students. This article discusses the use of e-journals for students as a source of learning. The method of preparation in this article is a literature review. Furthermore, the final result of this article presents the concepts, types, benefits and barriers as well as the advantages and disadvantages of e-journals as a learning resource for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada SMP St. Klaus Kuwu Ruteng, Flores-NTT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat berkaitan dengan seberapa besar tanggapan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yaitu secara umum mayoritas siswa SMP St. Klaus Ruteng, memiliki respon yang positif terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Adapun hasil analisis angket respon siswa sebagai berikut: (1) minat mengikuti pembelajaran sebesar 87,78 %, (2) respon siswa berkaitan dengan tujuan pembelajaran sebesar 82,02 %, (3) respon siswa terkait kemampuan mencerna materi sebesar 96,62 %, (4) respon siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran sebesar 76,33 %, dan (5) respon siswa terkait dengan umpan balik sebesar 96,67 %. Meskipun secara umum respon siswa berada pada kategori baik, namun perlu terus dilakukan berbagai upaya peningkatan motivasi siswa supaya dapat mencapai respon dalam kategori sangat baik untuk semua aspek. Semoga hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan informasi bagi Lembaga Pendidikan terutama sekolah-sekolah terpencil yang ada di Flores untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are developing Teaching Materials for the Vocational Teacher Professional Education Program Using M-Learning-Based Flip Book Maker Educational Media. In detail, the objectives of this study are to 1) analyse the need for developing teaching materials for the professional teacher education program Vocational using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media; 2) Develop teaching materials for the Vocational PPG Program using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media; 3) Implementation of PPG Vocational Program teaching materials using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media and 4) Knowing student responses to the use of Vocational PPG Program teaching materials using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media. Developing teaching materials that are technological developments is very important to increase the learning effectiveness of Vocational Professional Teacher Education. One of the efforts is Developing Teaching Materials for the Teacher Professional Education Program vocational Using M-Learning-Based Flip Book Maker Educational Media. The research results are expected to solve the learning problems faced by Vocational Professional Teacher Education in presenting learning media in the form of a flipbook maker based on mobile learning to improve the quality of the Vocational Professional Teacher Education learning process and outcomes. In this study, the development of mobile learning-based flip book maker educational media is used to facilitate the teaching and learning process and increase student motivation so that the teaching and learning process is more lively and vibrant.

Abstract

One of the components that support and determine the success of implementing the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools is the role and competence of teachers. The problem that is often encountered in schools is the understanding and awareness of teachers about the role and competence in implementing the 2001 curriculum. This study aims to explain the learning process of the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools, the role of teacher competence in the implementation of learning in elementary schools. This study uses the library method as a research method. Content analysis was used to analyze the research data. The results of this study indicate that (1) the characteristics of the learning process in the 2013 curriculum are integrated thematic learning activities, applying learning steps (introduction, core, closing) according to the 2013 curriculum format, integrating scientific approaches, applying authentic assessment and character education; (2) the role of teacher pedagogic competence in 2013 curriculum learning is to implement integrated thematic learning, apply a scientific approach, utilize media and learning resources, utilize information and communication technology, integrate 21st century skills in the learning process, carry out character education, and carry out authentic assessments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 55 guru SMP di Jakarta yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, mereka menghadapi tiga macam kendala yaitu kendala dari diri sendiri, latar belakang siswa, dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia. Faktor motivasi dan efikasi diri guru berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Penyusunan RPP merupakan langkah awal dalam mengembangkan HOTS siswa. Hal itu menjadi kunci implementasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character values that are instilled through literacy programs implemented at the elementary school level. This analysis is based on a critical pedagogic approach. This study uses content analysis research methods on the literacy program documents of the ministry of education, especially those implemented at the elementary school level. The research findings show that there is integration of instilling character values in students through literacy activities so that students become individual lifelong learners, character values instilled through literacy programs are one way to achieve real educational goals. In addition, based on an analysis with a critical pedagogic approach, the integration of character values in literacy programs is an educational process to make humans become fully human in dealing with the problems they face. It can be concluded that the integration of character values in the literacy program is one of the efforts of the government to strive for humanization of education. Through the integration of these character values, the government can develop the character and manners of students so that they become lifelong learners who have good character.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengedepankan agar lulusannya dapat langsung diterima pada dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Agar para lulusan SMK dapat langsung diterima kerja pada sebuah lembaga diharuskan memiliki keterampilan yang memang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lembaga tempat mereka bekerja nanti. Keterampilan para lulusan itu pun tidak hanya sebatas yang dilatihkan di sekolah saja, akan tetapi keterampilan tersebut harus sudah teruji di dunia kerja sebenarnya. Agar keterampilan peserta didik SMK tersebut dapat teruji di dunia kerja maka diperlukan support dari sekolah untuk dapat memfasilitasinya dengan cara melakukan kerjasama antara sekolah dan dunia kerja dengan mengsinkronkan kurikulum sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. Permulaan kerjasama antara industri dengan sekolah adalah dengan melakukan kemitraan dengan menyesuaikan kurikulum sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. Melakukan kemitraan ini dimaksudkan agar kesenjang antara pendidikan di sekolah dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia industri teratasi. Jika kesenjangan tersebut telah dapat teratasi maka diharapkan penyerapan lulusan SMK akan semakin tinggi

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan perubahan pada pola pengajaran yang dilakukan di sejumlah lembaga pendidikan. E-learning sebagai moda pembelajaran yang dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan meningkatkan keterampilan digital pendidik dan juga peserta didik. Namun, saat ini manfaat dari mengadopsi sistem e-learning dalam pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi masih belum terealisasi sepenuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur berupa artikel jurnal dan prosiding yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2011-2021 mengenai model evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis e-learning pada perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mencari fakta mengenai kerangka instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas e-learning pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen penting dalam menyusun kerangka instrumen evaluasi e-learning mencakup: (1) keterlibatan berbagai pihak dalam pengembangan alat, (2) hakikat pedagogik pada pembelajaran elektronik, (3) ketersediaan sistem dukungan atau tenaga ahli teknis yang memiliki kemampuan khusus dalam mengelola platform e-learning, (2) keterampilan khusus dalam penggunaan e-learning, (5) pengaruh efikasi pengguna e-learning terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran.   Technological developments have led to changes in the pattern of teaching carried out in several educational institutions. E-learning is a learning tool that is considered an effective system to improve the quality of learning and improve educators' and students' digital skills. However, currently, the benefits of adopting an e-learning system in learning in higher education are still not fully realized. This study aims to analyze the literature in journal articles and proceedings published in the 2011-2021 range regarding the evaluation model of e-learning-based learning in universities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to find facts about the framework of the evaluation instrument used to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning in higher education institutions. The results of the study indicate that the essential components in developing the framework of the e-learning evaluation instrument include: (1) the involvement of various parties in the development of the tool, (2) the pedagogic nature of electronic learning, (3) the availability of a support system or technical experts who have special abilities in managing the e-learning platform, (2) specific skills in the use of e-learning, (5) the effect of e-learning user efficacy on the successful implementation of learning.
