Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers and students. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this analysis include several components, including the planning of facilities and infrastructure, organizing facilities and infrastructure, implementing management and controlling of facilities and infrastructure. This analysis of constraints and solutions at school is related to cost or funding problems and is related to students

Abstract

The aims of the study are to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and work commitment together on the quality of learning. The location of this research was carried out in all public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers of public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 143 teachers. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regressions. The results of this study state that [1] there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the quality of learning; [2] there is an effect of teachers professional competence on the quality of learning; [3] there is a joint effect of principal academic supervision and teacher professional competence on the quality of learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of certification allowances and work motivation on the discipline of public high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of testing the first hypothesis can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the certification allowance on teacher discipline. The teacher certification allowance relationship model is significant, this is indicated by the value of the t-test = 3,539 or 35.39% greater than the t-table alpha 0.05 of 1.69552, then the results of testing the second hypothesis can be concluded that there is an influence between work motivation on teacher discipline. The teacher work motivation relationship model is significant, this is indicated by the value of the t-test = 3.539 or 35.39% greater than the t-table alpha of 1.69552. and the results of testing the third hypothesis, it can be concluded that the certification allowance and work motivation together have a positive influence on teacher discipline, with a significant value, namely the F test results obtained are 11, 339 greater than the distribution of F alpha 0.05 = 4.00 or Sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement; 2) the influence of the School Environment on Student Learning Achievement; and 3) the influence of teacher competence and school environment together on student learning achievement. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study state that: 1) there is an effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement; 2) there is an influence of the school environment on student achievement; and 3) there is an influence between Teacher Competence and School Environment together on Student Learning Achievement.

Abstract

One of the implementations of learning that requires discipline is academic supervision. The goal of academic supervision is creating conducive and better learning through coaching and enhancing the teaching profession so that there is an assumption that academic supervision affects teacher work discipline. The study aimed to determine and describe whether there was an effect of academic surveillance on teacher work discipline, especially in MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin . The hypothesis in this study was that there was an effect of academic supervision towards teachers' work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire data analysis were strengthed by documents proving the effect of academic supervision on teacher work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

UKS is a unit that provides students with health services to improve their health. Research findings at SMP Negeri 34 Palembang showed that: UKS management began from: (a) preparation (b) execution, (c) control was not optimal. Obstacles to the introduction of the UKS program are due, among other things, to insufficient clean and safe living practices, issues with human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient documentation. Coordination was not maximal between related agencies, the UKS program was insufficient, The UKS VISION is not clear, the preparation is not yet strategic in order to achieve the VISION, limited funds in the process of implementing the UKS Program, there is still inadequate, insufficient time for Puskesmas employees to concentrate on supporting UKS, as well as clean and safe conduct

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and the motivation of teachers to work partially or collectively on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in the OKU Selatan District. This research is based on quantitative methods. The research population consisted of all State Senior High School teachers in South OKU Regency, with a total of 703 staff. The sample was collected using arandom sampling technique of 137 respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. This study led to the conclusion (1) that teaching competence has an effect on the student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency. (2) The effect of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency (3) is the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and motivation The work of teachers together on learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency means that learning outcomes SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency can be improved by improving and increasing the quality of teaching competence and motivation of teaching staff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in Junior High School Number 1 of Sembawa. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Samples in the study were 63 respondents wits data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a siginificant influence of motivation on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there was a significant effect between motivation and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of the principal on the learning achievement of the students of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher performance on student achievement in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 3) there is a significant influence jointly between principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes, 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, 3) the effect of fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive analysis method, while the population studied was Class XII students at Tri Bhakti At-taq'wa Health Vocational School Ogan Komering Ilir district, totaling 101 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test and the F test with SPSS version 20.0 as supporting instrument. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes 2) there is a significant impact between learning motivation on student learning outcomes 3) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes
