Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) how the role of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum , 2) what are the determinants of the 2013 curriculum implementation , 3) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can optimize the role of teachers . The results showed that the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely teachers as implementers , teachers as adapters , teachers as curriculum developers and teachers as curriculum researchers. The teacher is not only the implementer of the curriculum, but also as the alignment of the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students and regional needs. The supporting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang include the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as syllabus, lesson plans, teacher handbooks and student textbooks. Inhibiting factor, namely the unpreparedness of the 2013 Curriculum. This is because there are still many obstacles and obstacles. However, SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang itself is ready or not ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum can optimize the role of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang . This is the use of methods in learning that must be adapted to the material to be taught and the conditions of the students themselves when participating in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of classroom management and teacher work ethic partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Population of the study were 703 teachers of SMA Negeri OKU Selatan Regency. Sample of the study was 137 teachers. Technique collecting data used was by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. This study resulted in the conclusions (1) There was an effect of classroom management on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process; (2) There was an effect of the work ethic of the teacher on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process; and (3) There was an effect of classroom management and the work ethic of teachers simultaneously on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Student Learning Outcomes, 2) the relationship between Learning Interest and Student Learning Outcomes, 3) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes. The results stated: 1) there is a relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes; and 3) there is a relationship between learning strategies and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study to determine the form of Principal Planning in Implementing School-Based Management at SMP Negeri 10 OKU. This study used a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, documentation. From this research, it can be concluded that the form of the principal planning process in implementing SBM at SMP Negeri 10 OKU has been implemented well. This is evidenced by the implementation of deliberations by teachers, staff, committees in planning activity programs to be implemented, along with the necessary budget funds. The principal in implementing SBM at SMPN 10 OKU, is as follows: the principal tries to apply a democratic leadership pattern, to achieve this, the principal implements work discipline, togetherness, loyalty, high commitment in carrying out tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work commitment to teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 70 state junior high school teachers in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques used with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant effect of principal leadership on teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI), 2) There was a significant effect of work commitment on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. (OKI), and 3) There is a significant effect of school principal leadership and work commitment to the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri Kayuagung Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of principal leadership, work motivation on teacher performance at SMP PGRI 1 Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research, with quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, documents, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed: 1) There is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance at SMP PGRI 1 Palembang, 2) There is a significant influence between principal motivation on teacher performance at SMP PGRI 1 Palembang, 3) There is a climate of leadership and motivation. the performance of the principal teachers at SMP PGRI 1 Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of school based management in proving the quality of teachers In State Senior High School No.4 OKU. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The informants as sources in this study were the principal. Deputy principal, teachers, administrative staff and guardian of students. In collecting the data the researcher used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research result it can be concluded that First, the principal in State Senior High School No.4 OKU is capable of implementing school based management well. Second, there is an increase in teacher quality as seen from teacher completence. Third, school principals is able to improve teacher quality through planned and gradual programs. Fourth, the principal is able to improve the quality of the school.
