The focus in this article is the development of a hydroponic vegetable business. The hydroponic system is well known by the public, in addition to the relatively easy system and application of this system, the grower does not interact with the soil, the hydroponic system is also one of the implementations of the agricultural intensification system. Because the planting rack can be made with a multilevel system, so that with a small area, it can produce quite a lot of plants. The problem faced by hydroponic farmers is the marketing system. Often hydroponic farmers with home scales still have difficulty in marketing their products, the problems are more or less as follows; 1) The operational cost of hydroponic plants is relatively expensive, this affects the selling price. While the general public at the vegetable craftsman only knows conventional vegetables, where the operational costs are relatively cheap and are sold at low prices. So often hydroponic vegetable products cannot compete in price. 2) The market for hydroponic vegetables is in supermarkets, but hydroponic farmers on a home scale with small and relatively unstable production capacity find it difficult to enter supermarkets. These two things are the basis of this writing, which is expected to be a reference for hydroponic farmers in order to optimize existing market opportunities.

A small industry has a close relationship with the existence of human resources as the driving force of the small industry itself. SME "Kayu Kreatif" is engaged in wood processing which so far has only been limited to door and window frame products. The rest of the wood that is not used is finally just wasted without being used. Aspects of problems with partners related to production aspects and aspects of logo and brand management. The problems and solutions that will be raised are: 1). Wood waste has not been utilized which then only becomes waste and causes further problems so that the solution that will be given is assistance in making cellphone holder craft products with wood waste materials and 2). Products that have been made need to be branded and patented so that in marketing they will have a strong product. The solution that will be given is to create a logo and brand to prepare the product to be marketed.

This study aims to develop a clothing line online business strategy in Bekasi; Aspects of Marketing, Human Resources and Finance. The study involved 27 online and domiciled fashion clothing line entrepreneurs who are members of the Setu – Cilengsi MSME community. Data was collected through structured interviews related to aspects of marketing, Human Resources (HRD) and Finance and analyzed using EFAS IFAS and Grand Matrix. Based on the results of data analysis, the Clothing Line business in Bekasi is in the Matching Stage stage, the strategies chosen are market penetration strategy, product development strategy, backward integration strategy and horizontal integration.

Laksa Tangerang is one exclusive culinary of Tangerang which has potential to be developed as culinary tourism product. Tangerang considering that tourism sector is one of sector that has large enough of foreign exchange earninge even for regional development level or national development level. This research use IF/EF and SWOT Analisys by using primary data obtained from interviews and observations on culinary entrepreneurs and craftsmen and secondary data from related institutions. Through the analisys a marketing strategy in developing laksa Tangerang and is expected to make recommendations in the development of culinary tourism in Tangerang Melalui analisis tersebut diharapkan penelitian dapat menghasilkan sebuah strategi pemasaran dalam mengembangkan laksa Tangerang dan diharapkanju dapat menjadikan rekomendasi dalam pengembangan wisata kuliner di Tangerang.

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

PPengembangan Ekowisata semaksimal mungkin melibatkan masyarkat dalam pengelolaanya. Konsep Community base Tourism (CBT) digunakan oleh para perancang, pegiat pembangunan pariwisata, strategi untuk memobilisasi komunitas untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pembangunan pariwisata. Pulau Onrust adalah salah satu destinasi ekowisata berbasis tangiable heritage, yang memiliki nilai historis yang cukup tinggi. Pada tata kelolanya saat ini, Pulau Onrust belum memaksimalkan peranan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat sekitar Pulau Seribu dan masyarakat DKI Jakarta untuk ikut serta dalam pengelolaan wisata. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka secara khusus penelitian ini secara oprasional bertujuan untuk memetakan kekuatan dan kelemahan serta pelung dan hambatan dalam mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat di Pulau Onrust Kepulauan Seribu. Sedangkan secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamankan sumberdaya wisata yang ada agar semaksimal mungkin dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahetraan masyarakat. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah serangkaian alternatif strategi dalam mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat di Pulau Onrust Kepulauan Seribu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis IFAS IFAS dan Analisis Grand Matrix. Untuk menguji reliablititas dan validitas dari data – data yang dihasilkan, peneliti akan melibatkan pendapat para ahli terkait yang terdiri dari para ahli wisata, pengusaha sector wisata dan ahli pemasaran. Penelitian melibatkan seluruh komponen stakeholder; pengelola usaha wisata, wisatawan, akademisi dan dinas pariwisata DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan pada matrik grand strategy maka Pulau Onrust berada pada Kuadran I. Untuk usaha yang berada dalam kuadran satu lebih berkonsentrasi berkelanjutan pada pasar saat ini dimasuki. Strategi dalam mengembangkan ekowisata bahari di Pulau Onrust adalah Strategi yang tepat yaitu strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk.

Quality research will not be separated from controlling systems that require a review mechanism. This demand considers it necessary to form an assessment committee or reviewer that ensures that all processes proceed towards the target target. The internal reviewer selection process is carried out by looking at several requirements of each prospective reviewer. The selection process is carried out by looking at the requirements files one by one. For this reason, it is necessary to optimize the method that is able to manage the assessment data of prospective reviewers who have the highest rating value from the results of weight calculations. Decision making in determining internal reviewers requires a method that can provide optimal decision results in terms of relatively fast processing time. The decision support method applied in determining internal reviewers is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The reason for choosing the SAW method in this study, the method has a basic concept that is used to find weight values on the performance rating of each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method is commonly known as the weighted summation method. There are six criteria used and fifty-five records for alternatives used. The results of the SAW method ranking obtained by A20 have the highest preference value of 0.77. This study shows the optimality of the SAW method in providing decision results based on an accuracy test value of 80%.

Based on the results of initial observations conducted by the team in the PKK community in Pantai Mekar Village, there are at least 3 aspects of problems related to women's empowerment, namely: the majority of families in Pantai Mekar Village depend only on their husband's income, so it can be said that women in Pantai Mekar Village are less empowered Economically, Pantai Mekar Village is an area in Bekasi which has a fairly extensive mangrove forest. At present, mangrove products such as dodol mangrove, mangrove syrup and crispy crab have been created. It's just that currently the packaging is still very simple, so it can't compete with similar products on the market. Products that are very innovative at this time do not have a massive marketing system. The current marketing pattern is still very simple, it only includes bazaars which are sometimes held by the local government. On the other hand, a more modern marketing system is needed for the introduction and market penetration process. PKK Desa Pantai Mekar has tried to make culinary delights made from mangroves to be processed into syrup, dodol and jam. Currently, the Ubhara Jaya PKM Team and the Pantai Mekar Village PKK are also carrying out improvements in the production, marketing and licensing processes related to brands. It is hoped that Mangrove-based culinary can be a source of economic improvement for women in Pantai Mekar Village

One of the efforts to support the availability of food, especially vegetables as a provider of healthy family nutrition during a pandemic, is to use yards for the cultivation of various types of plants. One of the activities that can be done is to carry out vegetable cultivation activities. The partner of this activity is South Tambun village RT 04. The location of the partner has a yard but is felt to be less than optimal related to its utilization. The condition of the yard so far has not contributed to the fulfillment or support of daily needs. Furthermore, the yard so far, in addition to not contributing added value to the fulfillment of daily needs, also does not provide comfort and beauty. If the yard is arranged and empowered, it is expected to add aesthetic value and contribute to the needs of the community, especially vegetables for daily consumption. So that the arrangement and utilization of the yard as one solution that can contribute to daily needs, especially vegetables. The implementation of activities starts from counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. Training begins with spreading vegetable seeds, followed by care and harvesting. Evaluation of activities related to enthusiasm and satisfaction from service activities that have been carried out reaches 92%.

Industri tahu dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, tetapi juga dapat memberi dampak negatif karena limbah yang dihasilkan dapat mencemari lingkungan. Penyebab diantaranya industri tahu yang ada di Indonesia sebagian besar masih dilakukan dalam skala kecil dan masih minimnya teknologi, sehingga pengelolaan sumber daya air yang sangat rendah sehingga berpotensi mengakibatkan tingkat produksi limbah yang tinggi. Melihat beberapa potensi yang mungkin dapat dilakukan dalam meminimalisir dampak negatif dari limbah yang dihasilkan pada industri tahu, maka dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tim pelaksana berupaya untuk memberikan solusi terkait penanganan limbah tahu yang dihasilkan pada salah satu industri tahu di daerah Mangunjaya agar menghasilkan sesuatu yang dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi warga sekitar, yakni mengolah limbah cair menjadi sebuah kerajinan berbentuk dompet. Dari hasil pengolahan limbah ini dapat dikembangkan lagi menjadi peluang usaha baru bagi warga. Terdapat tahapan dalam pelaksanaan yakni observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini warga memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan bahwa limbah cair yang dihasilkan dalam produksi tahu bisa menjadi suatu hal yang memberikan nilai positif, salah satunya berupa dompet yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini.
