Abstract

The main urgency of this activity is that low literacy is a complex problem and requires movement efforts as a form of attention to Indonesia. Therefore, Indonesia needs to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program with the aim of improving and advancing human welfare. The Al-Quran Education Park (TPA) is used as a partner in the implementation of community service. The selection of partners is due to several problems faced by partners in current conditions, including a) the lack of reading book materials as literacy media; b) There is no program that can be used as a medium to foster a literacy culture to realize sustainable quality education. The solution offered is in the form of procurement of reading books that are tailored to the needs of partners, the second solution is to create an activity program that can later foster a literacy culture in the partner environment through storytelling. As a result of the overall activities, partners felt the benefits of the proposed program and from the results of the percentage evaluation questionnaire that was achieved 100%.

Abstract

This study examines the existence and role of Customary Law in the recognition and protection of collective rights of Betawi Batik motifs as Traditional Cultural Expressions (TCE) and Traditional Knowledge (PK). Betawi Batik motifs have communal values ​​that are vulnerable to exploitation, and literature analysis shows that the formal Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) regime (Copyright and Industrial Design) is inadequate due to its individualistic nature and time constraints. This creates a protection gap against the collective rights of the Betawi community. This normative legal research uses a literature review, focusing on the synchronization of Customary Law norms and positive IPR. The results indicate that the principle of communal ownership and control functions through the Betawi Cultural Institution (LKB) still exist and are relevant. Therefore, this study constructs an integrative sui generis legal protection model. This model rests on three pillars: Communal Registration in the TCE database, Customary Control Mechanisms through BCIapproval, and Strengthening Ex-Officio Protection by the government. This model is expected to realize cultural justice and provide legal certainty for the preservation and commercialization of Betawi Batik in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata alam di Indonesia sering kali memicu ketegangan antara ambisi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan perlindungan hak-hak tradisional masyarakat adat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap hak masyarakat adat dalam kerangka pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (Community Based Tourism/CBT) serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yuridis yang menghalangi implementasinya secara efektif. Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur, studi ini menelaah berbagai regulasi, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen hukum dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir untuk memetakan dinamika hukum yang terjadi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya diskoneksi regulasi yang signifikan antara pengakuan konstitusional terhadap masyarakat adat dengan aturan teknis dalam undang-undang sektoral, khususnya di bidang pariwisata dan kehutanan. Marginalisasi hak ulayat terus terjadi akibat dominasi sistem perizinan yang bersifat top-down serta mekanisme pengakuan subjek hukum adat yang bersifat administratif-bersyarat. Kondisi ini menciptakan kerentanan bagi masyarakat lokal untuk tereksklusi dari pengelolaan sumber daya mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep CBT tidak akan mencapai efektivitasnya tanpa adanya instrumen hukum yang mewajibkan prinsip Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) dalam setiap proses perizinan wisata alam. Formulasi perlindungan hukum yang ideal memerlukan sinkronisasi kebijakan melalui Peraturan Daerah yang secara tegas mengakui kedaulatan masyarakat adat atas ruang kelolanya. Penguatan kedudukan hukum masyarakat adat bukan sekadar upaya memenuhi keadilan distributif, melainkan merupakan kunci krusial bagi keberlanjutan ekosistem pariwisata alam di Indonesia di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening products in Wanasari Village. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 140 respondents who had used Scarlett Whitening products, selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The findings suggest that strengthening brand image, improving product quality, and setting appropriate prices can enhance consumer purchasing decisions. This study provides insights for future research to include other relevant variables.

Abstract

Artikel ilmiah ini merupakan studi pustaka dalam ranah ilmu manajemen pemasaran yang membahas upaya peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, dengan menitikberatkan pada aspek kemudahan transaksi dan konsistensi kualitas produk pada Toko Frozen Food XYZ. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk merumuskan dan membangun hipotesis mengenai hubungan serta pengaruh antarvariabel yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar pada penelitian empiris selanjutnya. Objek kajian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber pustaka daring, seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, serta media akademik online lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dengan sumber data berupa e-book dan jurnal ilmiah. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemudahan transaksi memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; 2) konsistensi kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; serta 3) kepuasan pelanggan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
