Abstract

This research aims to provide evidence regarding the influence of organizational culture and competency on Soldier Performance in Mapuspalad. The variables measured are organizational culture (X1), competency (X2) and performance (Y). The sample used in this research was Soldiers in Mapuspalad. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Saturated sampling uses a relatively small population even though both use the entire population as a sample. (Sugiyono, 2017:122). The data used is primary data using a questionnaire, with a sample of 105 Soldiers in Mapuspalad as respondents. The analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and simple t-test. From the results of this research, it was found that the f-test was 11.006 > f-table 1.665 and the significance was 0.000 < 0.05, so organizational culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Soldiers in Mapuspalad. The calculated t-test results of the organizational culture variable (X1) are 4.074 > t-table 1.665 and sig 0.000 with the results having a positive and significant effect on the performance of Soldiers in Mapuspalad while the t-calculated competency (X2) is 2.832 > t-table 1.665 and significant 0.006, with the results having a positive and significant effect on the performance of Soldiers in Mapuspalad

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform includes the transformation of governance, which is an important part of the effort to realize an effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable government. Civil Servants (ASN) must be able to adapt to these changes and adjust to the evolving demands of public service and technological advancements. The purpose of this research is to study how the duties of ASN are carried out to assist in the transformation of governance. The research uses a qualitative approach employing descriptive literature study. This data was collected from various sources, including books, scientific journals, legislation, and other documents related to bureaucratic reform and the digital transformation of government. The research results show that the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), the use of information technology, and the application of flexible work patterns thru the Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH) mechanisms have changed the way civil servants (ASN) carry out their official duties. This transformation improves work efficiency, accelerates administrative processes, enhances coordination between work units, and increases accountability thru a digital monitoring system. However, to support the success of governance transformation, there is a need for improved digital competencies, the development of adaptive leadership, and the enhancement of technology-based monitoring and evaluation systems. These constraints include the limited digital competencies of ASN, resistance to changes in work culture, and variations in employes' ability to adapt to the new work system.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of green product, green brand image, and green advertising on purchase decisions at Photovoltaic Industry, with price and SERVQUAL as mediating variables. The objective is to understand how green marketing strategies determined purchase decision upon renewable energy sector.Research Methodology: The research was conducted at Photovoltaic Industry, using a quantitative approach. Collected 109 respondents Slovin’s formula. The statistic analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.2 software. Results: Green product, green brand image, and green advertising have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Price and SERVQUAL proven as mediators determined green marketing strategies on consumer purchasing behavior. Conclusions: The study concludes that integrating green marketing strategies with competitive pricing and high service quality can significantly enhance purchase decisions at Photovoltaic Industry. This highlights the importance of combining environmental values with practical business elements.|Limitations: The study is limited to one Photovoltaic company and a relatively small sample size of 109 respondents, which may restrict the generalization of findings to other industries or regions.|Contributions: This research contributes to the field of marketing management and sustainability studies by providing empirical evidence on the role of green marketing in consumer decision-making. It offers practical implications for business practitioners, policymakers, and academics in developing strategies that align environmental responsibility with improved organizational performance based on renewable energy.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of green recruitment, green training and development, and green performance management on employee performance through GHRM Policy.Research Methodology: A quantitative survey was conducted among 420 aviation industry employees. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine direct and indirect relationships among variables. Results: The findings indicate that green recruitment, green training and development, and green performance management positively and significantly affect employee performance and GHRM Policy. However, GHRM Policy does not significantly influence employee performance and does not mediate the relationship between green HR practices and employee performance. Conclusions: Green HR practices directly contribute to improving employee performance, while GHRM Policy does not play a significant mediating role.Limitations: The study is limited to the aviation industry, uses cross-sectional data, and relies on self-reported questionnaires, which may affect generalizability.Contribution:This study provides insights into the role of green HR practices in enhancing employee performance within the aviation sector.
