Abstract

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables, which can later be used for further research within the scope of financial management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media, such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, and other academic media, are also used to obtain previous research data. The results of this research are: 1) Share prices are related to the decision to select share issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where share prices not only represent the market value of the company's performance and future but also play an important role in investor decision making; and 2) Company image is related to the decision to select share issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where companies with a good image and reputation are believed to have lower risks so that they can increase investor confidence in their sustainability and long-term success.

Abstract

Pengaruh Event Sponsorship, Digital Marketing Dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Produk Emina (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya) adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Event Sponsorship, Digital Marketing Dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Produk Emina. Metode riset dengan penelitian terhadap 100 responden dengan metode Non Probability Sampling serta menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis deskriftif Kuantitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Menunjukan bahwa variabel Event Sponsorship, Digital Marketing dan Brand Awareness secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel depeneden Keputusan pembelian, 2) variabel Event Sponsorship dan Brand Awareness secara parsial memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian, 3) variabel Digital Marketing secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) and Sustainable Environment on corporate social responsibility (CSR) -mediated organizational performance at financial industries. This study uses a descriptive statistical design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 400 employees of financial industries. The data used in this study used primary data collected directly from respondents through questionnaires and interviews with interviews. Sampling was done using the non-probability sampling method. After the calculation of the Slovin Formula, a minimum sample size of 80 employees/sample was obtained. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis methods, verifier analysis, data quality tests that include validity and reliability, hypothesis tests that include F and t tests, and determination coefficient tests that are processed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results show that GHRM has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance through CSR mediation, sustainable environment has a significant positive influence on organizational performance through CSR mediation, GHRM relationships mediated by CSR have a significant influence on organizational performance, sustainable environment relationships mediated by CSR are not significant on organizational performance, GHRM has a direct, negative and insignificant influence on organizational performance, and sustainable environment has a direct positive but not significant influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pendidikan dan pelatihan menuju Green Training serta dampaknya terhadap pengalaman pelatihan, pembentukan karakter, dan transformasi etos kerja pegawai di PT Palapa Timur Telematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pegawai yang terlibat dalam program pelatihan berorientasi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Training yang dirancang secara kontekstual dan partisipatif mampu menciptakan pengalaman pelatihan yang bermakna dan reflektif bagi pegawai. Pengalaman pelatihan tersebut mendorong terbentuknya karakter berupa tanggung jawab ekologis dan inisiatif pribadi, serta mentransformasi etos kerja ke arah efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya dan kepedulian terhadap dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas kerja. Keberhasilan implementasi Green Training dipengaruhi oleh dukungan manajemen, relevansi materi pelatihan dengan konteks pekerjaan, serta budaya organisasi yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Green Training merupakan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bersifat transformatif dan berkelanjutan dalam membangun karakter dan etos kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlations among variables;  workload, burnout, and transformational leadership on employees’ performance, mediated by work–life balance variable. The type of research is a quantitative, with as much as 240 respondents from total of 1,956 employees. The population of this research is Aviation Industries employees. This research was analyzed by using SmartPLS 4.0 (PLS-SEM). Results of this research is tha workload, burnout, and transformational leadership have significant direct effects on employees’ performance. Whereas, work–life balance has a significant role in the correlations mediating workload and performance, burnout and performance, as well as transformational leadership and performance. The model explains indicating moderate to strong explanatory power. By demonstrating the strategic importance of work-life balance in connecting leadership practices to performance results, these findings expand the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) paradigm. Findings from this research can help aviation companies improve worker productivity through better workload management, less burnout, and more transformational leadership within a framework that encourages a healthy work-life balance.   Keywords: workload; burnout; transformational leadership; work–life balance; employees’ performance.
