Abstract

The study aimed to determine the impact of work stress, work area and stress level on the mental health of employees of Department XYZ. Data analysis of the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman was used in this research. In this study, data collection was conducted to analyze and interview observations were recorded during data collection time. The result of the study is that workload, work environment and stress level have a significant influence on the mental health of employees in the XYZ Department. Work stress can affect the mental health of employees, especially when working hours and hours increase. The work environment has an influence on the mental health of employees, a good and positive environment can make the workplace feel like home, a bad work environment can harm the mental health of employees. Work stress is a major problem for companies in terms of good and bad employee mental health. One way to prevent and anticipate job stress in management is to identify stressful jobs and establish and implement them properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this social responsibility services to convey the importance of financial management, product and operation management and most of all marketing management and how social media uses for the purpose of digital marketing by utilizing market place and such in the social media. This social responsibility services will assist Small Medium Enterprises (SMES) in resolving problems regarding environment and operation issues in correlation with planning, organizing, packaging and marketing via digital platforms. This social responsibility services are a community services involving 32 universities representatives which carried out their individual duties to perform and lecture best practices to the society in Ambit Village, Subdistrict of Sumedang West Java. These activities were conducted during 22nd and 23rd of December 2023 involving 150 local business ventures who were more than eager to develop their businesses to the next level. 150 local businesses were involving SMES operate in a variety of home industries, including handicrafts, eco-tourism, and food production. The result of this social responsibility services where participants were very satisfying and felt the insights and needs for such acts to develop skills, knowledge and ability among them. The evaluation revealed an increase in knowledge of digital marketing before and after the distribution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and assess the impact of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of Banking Companies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Independent Commissioners). 43 companies that were all banking companies were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021, making up the study's population. The sample for this study, which consists of six banking organizations with the LQ45 index over the 2019–2021 research period, was chosen using a purposeful sampling technique. This research makes use of secondary data from the company's annual report. The GCG variable represented by the board of directors has a positive impact on return on assets (ROA), and intellectual capital also affects financial performance, according to the validity and reliability tests employed in this study.

Abstract

Purpose: To find out how GHRM, Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment have an influence on organizational performance mediated by GHRM implementation practicesMethodology: This study uses a quantitative research method. The sample size based on Slovin's estimate at a 95% confidence level is 100 respondents from 200 employees. In this study, a random sampling technique was used. This study uses the Smart PLS 4.0 program and uses analytical methods in the form of descriptive analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, R-square tests, and hypothesis tests.Results: Organizational performance is mediated by GHRM implementation strategies; the GHRM variable has no visible positive impact. Through the practice of GHRM implementation, the transformational leadership variable has a large and beneficial impact on organizational performance. Organizational performance is influenced by three variables, namely organizational commitment, transformational leadership, and GHRM.Conclusions: The GHRM variable does not have a significant effect on organizational performance through the GHRM Implementation Practices. In contrast, Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant impact on organizational performance through the mediation of GHRM Implementation Practices.Limitations: The need to improve GHRM in companies by implementing practices aimed at improving GHRMContribution: This study introduces the concept of GHRM to further demonstrate that sustainable and environmentally friendly HRM practices are essential to improving organizational performance and increasing organizational commitment. Very useful to be applied in a corporate environment.

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the effect of motivation, competency-based potential, training and development simultaneously on employee performance moderated by work experience. Research methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach, a questionnaire instrument distributed to 198 people at the XYZ auction house. Results: Motivation, Collective Motivation, Competency-Based Potential, and Training and Development have a significant effect on employee performance. Competency-Based Potential, Training and Development do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The Moderating Role of Work Experience does not moderate the relationship between motivation and performance. Limitations: This study was conducted at the XYZ auction house. The variables studied are related to motivation, competency-based potential, training and development on performance which is associated with the work experience variable as a moderating variable. Contribution: Providing practical recommendations to improve employee performance through more effective motivation, competency development, and training and development programs.

Abstract

Currently, globalization has entered the digitalization era, where digitalization has become one of the most important factors in organizational life. In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the use of technology in HR strategy and planning. This article explains how to apply talent management to develop human resources in this digital era. The method used in writing this article is using the literature review method, which searches databases from various reference sources such as journals, books and necessary data related to talent management. Effective talent management includes not only managing traditional human resources, but also focusing efforts on developing digital skills, identifying talent that fits digital initiatives, and creating a culture of innovation. Flexibility, mobility and giving employees greater responsibility have become important elements in successful talent management in the digital era. The use of technology also plays a key role in talent management with tools and data analytics that support better decision making. Regular evaluation and employee engagement are important aspects in ensuring successful talent management. Effective talent management will help companies remain competitive and ready to face ongoing technological changes.

Information systems have become important in the transportation industry, especially in the digital era like now. Transportation Tools, such as Maxim, have Utilized information technology to improve efficiency and quality of service. This research aims to understand the role of information systems in the transportation industry, with a focus on Maxim's means of transportation, and how these information technologies help improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Performance Accountability, Security and Working Hours on Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. This research method is descriptive quantitative type by distributing questionnaires (Likert scale 1-5) to a sample size of 83 out of 500 respondents calculated by the Slovin formula and processed with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that the path coefficient and p-value of the Performance Accountability variable (0.228 and 0.005), Security (0.062 and 0.062), and Working Hours (0.226 and 0.007). This means that Performance Accountability and Working Hours partially have a significant positive effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. While Security partially has no effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. Furthermore, the path coefficient and p-value of the Work Discipline variable are 0.410 and 0.002. This means that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the work productivity of members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on Islamic marketing capabilities and their impact on the performance of SMEs in the handicraft sector in West Java. The population in this study is the managers of leather craft SMEs with a sample of 160 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the help of SmartPLS program. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on Islamic marketing ability, Islamic marketing ability had a significant positive effect on SME performance, and Islamic marketing ability mediated the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs in the leather handicraft sector in West Java. The results of this study recommend to SMEs in the handicraft sector in West Java to continue to improve entrepreneurial orientation to support the improvement of the ability to market their products, so that overall business performance continues to grow.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of self-efficacy, competency certification, and digital literacy on the work readiness of students enrolled in expertise programs, with a focus on the mediating role of field work practices within an Islamic educational context. 250 students participated in the study by filling out questionnaires and participating in focus groups. The type of research was quantitative research with 250 respondents as simple random sampling based on Slovin formula. SEM-PLS model's statistical tests for validity and reliability were applied to both the outer and inner models. The findings indicate that higher levels of self-efficacy and competency certification significantly enhance students' perceived work readiness. Additionally, digital literacy emerged as a critical factor, particularly when coupled with practical fieldwork experiences that align with Islamic values and principles. The study underscores the importance of integrating these elements to better prepare students for the workforce, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers in Islamic educational settings. Additionally, a combination of self-efficacy, competency certification, and digital literacy has a 55.20% influence on work readiness.
