Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan di PT Indofood Tbk. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, produktivitas, dan daya saing perusahaan, serta bagaimana TI dapat mendukung efisiensi operasional dan inovasi. Dalam era digital, manajer SDM diharapkan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan yang semakin tinggi dalam keterampilan digital. Digitalisasi membawa keuntungan seperti efisiensi dalam proses rekrutmen dan analitik mendalam untuk pengambilan keputusan. PT Indofood Tbk menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi TI, termasuk kebutuhan investasi yang besar dan literasi digital karyawan yang masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, perusahaan mengadakan program pelatihan dan meningkatkan kesadaran karyawan tentang pentingnya adaptasi teknologi. Selain itu, Indofood telah menerapkan sistem informasi terintegrasi, termasuk Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan Supply Chain Management (SCM), untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Meskipun penerapan sistem ini memiliki tantangan, seperti biaya investasi yang tinggi, manfaat yang diperoleh dalam hal akurasi data dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data sangat signifikan, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan teori dan praktik dalam pengelolaan SDM dan TI, serta memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi antara variabel Pengaruh Keterampilan Teknis dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Sektor Manufaktur di Indonesia. Dalam proses produksi, keterampilan teknis adalah kemampuan khusus yang diperlukan, sementara motivasi kerja adalah dorongan yang mendorong karyawan untuk mencapai hasil optimal. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, produktivitas karyawan menjadi fokus utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode desktptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi komprehensif terkait hubungan antara keterampilan teknis, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan melalui observasi dan analisis data.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen operasional PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, dengan focus pada sumber daya manusia dan proses produksi. Perusahaan telah menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas, termasuk penggunaan manajemen prediktif, tata letak berorientasi proses, dan tata letak sel kerja. Selain itu, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk menekankan pentingnyapengendalian kualitas, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Flexibility, Job Autonomy, Work Environment, and Inclusive Culture on Work Motivation with Self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 384 respondents from generation Z. Data processing was carried out using statistical tests with SmartPLS 4.1. The results showed that Work Flexibility, Job Autonomy, Work Environment, and Inclusive Culture have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. In addition, Self-efficacy significantly strengthens the relationship between Work Flexibility and Work Motivation. However, Self-efficacy does not have a significant effect in strengthening the relationship between Job Autonomy, Work Environment, and Inclusive Culture with Work Motivation.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, employee engagement, and spiritual intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as to examine the role of OCB in enhancing the performance of part-time teachers in Jakarta. Research Methodology: This quantitative research used a survey method, collecting data from 278 village officials in Brebes Regency through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) was employed for data analysis to test both direct and indirect effects among variables. Results: The findings reveal that ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and work culture significantly influence job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects village officials' performance. Ethical leadership and work culture also directly affect performance, while organizational commitment's direct effect on performance was not significant. However, job satisfaction successfully mediates the influence of organizational commitment on performance. Conclusions: This study found that spiritual intelligence significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which in turn positively affects the performance of part-time teachers in Jakarta. However, self-efficacy and employee engagement showed no significant effect on OCB. The findings highlight the key role of spiritual intelligence in enhancing teacher performance through OCB. Limitations: The study is limited to village officials in Brebes Regency, making generalization to other regions or administrative contexts less applicable. The use of cross-sectional data limits the ability to observe changes over time. Additionally, self-reported questionnaires may introduce response bias, affecting the objectivity of the data. Abstract

Purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, competency-based potential, training and development simultaneously on employee performance moderated by work experience. Research methodology being used for this study was quantitative approach, a questionnaire instrument distributed to 198 people at the Defense Ministry Department. Resulted that Motivation, Collective Motivation, Competency-Based Potential, and Training and Development have a significant effect on employee performance. Competency-Based Potential, Training and Development do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The Moderating Role of Work Experience does not moderate the relationship between motivation and performance. Limitations: This study was conducted at the Defense Ministry Department. The variables studied are related to motivation, competency-based potential, training and development on performance which is associated with the work experience variable as a moderating variable. Providing practical recommendations to improve employee performance through more effective motivation, competency development, and training and development programs.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of implementation of management information systems. This research focuses on the startup company Traveloka. This research uses a literature study approach which uses credible sources to conclude related findings and strengthen this research. The results of this research explain that SIM helps Traveloka manage the ordering process, data analysis, product development, inventory management, customer management, data security and financial management more efficiently and effectively. Although there are several obstacles that may be associated with SIM implementation, such as integration complexity, infrastructure limitations, data security, technological changes, and user training, Traveloka can overcome them with the right approach and the necessary investment

The literature review and qualitative research methodology used in this project were taken from various sources, including but not limited to scientific articles, books, and the internet. The research revealed a number of studies related to the following topics: 1. Consumer happiness and trust in Zalora; 2. Zalora's role in consumer interests; 3. Price compliance with product quality; 4. Effectiveness of advertising in influencing consumer interest; 5. Weaknesses of the Zalora application.

This study is a design literature review that looks at how loyalty and communication affect worker performance. At PT. Arnott’s Indonesia, this study was carried out. In order to solve research difficulties utilizing the questionnaire method, this study employs a quantitative methodology.
