Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, employee engagement, and spiritual intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as to examine the role of OCB in enhancing the performance of part-time teachers in Jakarta. Research Methodology: This quantitative research used a survey method, collecting data from 278 village officials in Brebes Regency through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) was employed for data analysis to test both direct and indirect effects among variables. Results: The findings reveal that ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and work culture significantly influence job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects village officials' performance. Ethical leadership and work culture also directly affect performance, while organizational commitment's direct effect on performance was not significant. However, job satisfaction successfully mediates the influence of organizational commitment on performance. Conclusions: This study found that spiritual intelligence significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which in turn positively affects the performance of part-time teachers in Jakarta. However, self-efficacy and employee engagement showed no significant effect on OCB. The findings highlight the key role of spiritual intelligence in enhancing teacher performance through OCB. Limitations: The study is limited to village officials in Brebes Regency, making generalization to other regions or administrative contexts less applicable. The use of cross-sectional data limits the ability to observe changes over time. Additionally, self-reported questionnaires may introduce response bias, affecting the objectivity of the data. Abstract

Purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, competency-based potential, training and development simultaneously on employee performance moderated by work experience. Research methodology being used for this study was quantitative approach, a questionnaire instrument distributed to 198 people at the Defense Ministry Department. Resulted that Motivation, Collective Motivation, Competency-Based Potential, and Training and Development have a significant effect on employee performance. Competency-Based Potential, Training and Development do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The Moderating Role of Work Experience does not moderate the relationship between motivation and performance. Limitations: This study was conducted at the Defense Ministry Department. The variables studied are related to motivation, competency-based potential, training and development on performance which is associated with the work experience variable as a moderating variable. Providing practical recommendations to improve employee performance through more effective motivation, competency development, and training and development programs.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of implementation of management information systems. This research focuses on the startup company Traveloka. This research uses a literature study approach which uses credible sources to conclude related findings and strengthen this research. The results of this research explain that SIM helps Traveloka manage the ordering process, data analysis, product development, inventory management, customer management, data security and financial management more efficiently and effectively. Although there are several obstacles that may be associated with SIM implementation, such as integration complexity, infrastructure limitations, data security, technological changes, and user training, Traveloka can overcome them with the right approach and the necessary investment

Abstract

Examining how well the Zalora application works is the aim of this research. The literature review and qualitative research methodology used in this project were taken from various sources, including but not limited to scientific articles, books, and the internet. The research revealed a number of studies related to the following topics: 1. Consumer happiness and trust in Zalora; 2. Zalora's role in consumer interests; 3. Price compliance with product quality; 4. Effectiveness of advertising in influencing consumer interest; 5. Weaknesses of the Zalora application.

Abstract

This research will explain the influence of employing a review of the literature to determine the effects of work satisfaction, balance of life, and environmental satisfaction on employee performance. Based on this research, four hypotheses need to be addressed. In order to make research decisions, this study used a quantitative design with numerical data. utilizing the statistical tools in SPSS, evaluating the viability of models and data, and responding to theories. One of the biggest banks in Indonesia, PT Bank syariah Indonesia TBK, is where this study was carried out.

Abstract

This study reviews the literature to determine how purchase decisions are influenced by word-of-mouth, satisfaction, and brand image. The frozen enterprises in Bekasi City are the subject of this study. The relationship between the independent and dependent variables will be made clear by this study. This study employs a quantitative design with samples derived from the Slovin technique and a consumer population from Frozen Duck Queen. To process research data and address research hypotheses, this study will make use of statistical techniques from SPSS.

Abstract

This paper explores the challenges and solutions related to the digital transformation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from a Human Resource Development (HRD) perspective. SMEs often face hurdles such as limited digital skills among employees, resistance to change, and financial constraints. To overcome these challenges, effective HRD strategies are essential, including investments in upskilling, change management initiatives, and strategic partnerships. By enhancing employees' technical capabilities and fostering a culture of adaptability, SMEs can successfully integrate digital technologies into their operations. Collaborations with external stakeholders further enable SMEs to access resources needed for digital transformation, enhancing their competitiveness and sustainability in today's digital economy.
