Abstract

This study explores the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in enhancing employee productivity at PT DyStar Colours Indonesia. Guided by a qualitative case study approach with descriptive analysis, the research focuses on five key OCB dimensions: altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The findings reveal that altruism and conscientiousness are the most dominant behaviors, contributing to stronger teamwork, operational efficiency, and product quality. Factors such as organizational culture, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction are identified as primary drivers of OCB, although the absence of a formal reward system remains a limitation. Partial implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) initiatives, including training and knowledge sharing, has further stimulated employees’ proactive behaviors and sustainability awareness. Overall, the study underscores that integrating OCB into human resource management policies—supported by GHRM practices—serves as a strategic catalyst for sustainable productivity and competitive advantage in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a strategy to optimize corporate performance in today’s competitive digital era. The scope covers the fundamental concept of CRM, the advantages and challenges of implementing Salesforce, and a case study of its application in the fictional retail company PT. Niaga Digital Mandiri. The research method employed is a literature review from recent scholarly sources and descriptive analysis of Salesforce adoption in the business sector. The findings indicate that Salesforce enhances operational efficiency, accelerates sales cycles, improves customer satisfaction and retention, and facilitates data-driven decision-making through real-time customer data integration and advanced analytics features. The case study reveals potential sales growth of up to 35% within three months and business expansion by 12% after Salesforce implementation. Key challenges identified include the need for organizational culture adaptation, relatively high initial investment costs, and customer data security concerns. This study concludes that Salesforce is not merely a technological tool but an essential business strategy that supports sustainable competitive advantage, provided it is implemented with proper strategic planning and adequate human resource support.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to Indonesia’s economy. This sub-sector has consistently demonstrated growth in recent years, supported by increased domestic consumption, product diversification, and competitiveness in international markets. As a vital pillar in the national economic structure, companies in the food and beverage sub-sector not only contribute to increasing the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but also create job opportunities and attract investments from both domestic and foreign sources. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of food and beverage sub-sector companies in driving economic growth in Indonesia. The research method adopts a qualitative approach based on literature studies, referring to secondary data from official reports, government policies, and previous research findings. The results indicate that although this sector makes a substantial contribution, there are challenges to address, such as fluctuations in raw material prices, global competition, and digital transformation. In conclusion, companies in the food and beverage sub-sector play a key role in Indonesia’s economic growth and hold great potential to support sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a selection system for Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) personnel in the Electronics Corps based on qualifications, competencies, and performance as criteria for determining compensation for primary crew members of modern warship. Conventional selection processes often lack integration of comprehensive assessment methods that objectively evaluate educational background, technical skills, and performance records. Employing a mixed method approach, this research combines quantitative analysis of personnel performance data with qualitative interviews and field observations. The developed selection model uses weighted multicriteria analysis to create a transparent, accountable, and adaptive assessment tool aligned with advancements in naval technology. Findings indicate that the integrated selection system enhances the effectiveness of personnel placement, reduces subjective biases in decision-making, and establishes a fairer basis for compensation tied to actual contributions and performance. The proposed system is expected to serve as a reference for human resource management policies within the Indonesian Navy, supporting the optimal operation of warship.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of cooperative management strategies and service quality on members’ welfare, with member participation as a mediating variable, in Koperasi Dwi Cakti Bhakti Puspalad. A quantitative research design was adopted, employing path analysis to examine causal relationships among the variables. The population consisted of all active cooperative members with at least one year of membership, ensuring sustained involvement in cooperative activities. The findings indicate that both management strategies and service quality positively and significantly affect members’ welfare, both directly and indirectly through enhanced member participation. These results underscore the importance of strategic collaboration among cooperative management, members, and supervisory institutions to optimize the role of military-based cooperatives in promoting economic empowerment and welfare. The study provides practical implications for designing adaptive, sustainability-oriented cooperative management models suitable for military contexts. This research contributes to the literature by empirically confirming the mediating role of member participation in enhancing member welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of conventional banking business strategies in the digital era, focusing on service innovation, sustainability practices, and human resource development. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach by examining secondary literature from journals, industry reports, and official documents, as well as reviewing real practices in several banks in Indonesia. The findings indicate that digitalization of banking services significantly enhances operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, while implementing sustainability practices through Green Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility strengthens bank reputation and social legitimacy. Human resource development through digital competence enhancement, continuous training, and adaptive leadership proves to be a critical mediator that accelerates transformation and reduces resistance to change. These results emphasize that successful transformation of banking business strategies relies not only on technology adoption but also on integrating sustainability principles and enhancing human resource quality. Conceptually, a holistic transformation improves bank competitiveness and resilience, supports financial sector stability and national economic development, and provides practical guidance for banks in formulating adaptive and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

The rapid proliferation of financial technology (fintech) poses a significant disruptive challenge to the established business models of Indonesia's conventional banking industry. This research provides a concise analysis of the specific adaptation strategies and business model innovations these incumbent banks are implementing to navigate the competitive digital landscape. Employing a qualitative methodology through a multiple case study design, this study delves into the strategic responses of three prominent conventional banks. Data was primarily collected via in-depth interviews with senior executives and analysis of corporate strategic documents. The summary of results reveals a multi-pronged strategic pivot, characterized by the adoption of open-banking ecosystems, significant investment in data analytics for customer personalization, and a fundamental overhaul of organizational culture to foster greater agility. The significance of these findings lies in providing a clear framework for how legacy organizations can strategically transform in the face of digital disruption, highlighting that success is contingent on a synergistic alignment of technology, strategy, and culture
