Abstract

Human resource (HR) training and development is a strategic aspect that is crucial in enhancing individual competencies while supporting organizational competitiveness. In an era of globalization filled with challenges, the need for adaptive, innovative, and productive HR is increasingly critical. Training refers to short-term learning processes aimed at improving specific skills, while development focuses on the long-term growth of individuals in a professional context. The importance of HR training and development lies in its role in strengthening employee productivity, driving innovation, and ensuring the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives. Skilled employees, whose knowledge is continuously updated, are better equipped to adapt to changes in technology and the market. Additionally, effective training improves job satisfaction, loyalty, and motivation, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. The implementation strategy for training and development requires a systematic approach, starting from identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, to evaluating training outcomes. Technology-based approaches such as e-learning and online training platforms have become popular choices, given their flexibility in reaching a wide range of employees. Furthermore, collaboration with educational institutions, project-based training, and mentoring have proven effective in enhancing employee competencies

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work motivation, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance within the Rehabilitation Center Work Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Satker Pusrehap Kemhan RI). Adopting a quantitative research design with descriptive and causal-associative approaches, data were collected from 49 employees selected through random sampling. A structured questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection instrument. Multiple linear regression analysis, complemented by t-tests and F-tests, was employed to evaluate the hypotheses. The results demonstrate that work motivation (t = 2.504), physical work environment (t = 3.514), and job satisfaction (t = 2.786) each have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, exceeding the critical t-value (2.012). Furthermore, the joint influence of work motivation and job satisfaction is significant (F = 2.506 > 1.83; p = 0.006). These findings underscore the strategic importance of fostering employee motivation, ensuring optimal physical workplace conditions, and enhancing job satisfaction to improve overall performance. The study recommends that human resource management policies integrate these factors as core priorities             to strengthen organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in enhancing employee productivity at PT DyStar Colours Indonesia. Guided by a qualitative case study approach with descriptive analysis, the research focuses on five key OCB dimensions: altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The findings reveal that altruism and conscientiousness are the most dominant behaviors, contributing to stronger teamwork, operational efficiency, and product quality. Factors such as organizational culture, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction are identified as primary drivers of OCB, although the absence of a formal reward system remains a limitation. Partial implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) initiatives, including training and knowledge sharing, has further stimulated employees’ proactive behaviors and sustainability awareness. Overall, the study underscores that integrating OCB into human resource management policies—supported by GHRM practices—serves as a strategic catalyst for sustainable productivity and competitive advantage in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a strategy to optimize corporate performance in today’s competitive digital era. The scope covers the fundamental concept of CRM, the advantages and challenges of implementing Salesforce, and a case study of its application in the fictional retail company PT. Niaga Digital Mandiri. The research method employed is a literature review from recent scholarly sources and descriptive analysis of Salesforce adoption in the business sector. The findings indicate that Salesforce enhances operational efficiency, accelerates sales cycles, improves customer satisfaction and retention, and facilitates data-driven decision-making through real-time customer data integration and advanced analytics features. The case study reveals potential sales growth of up to 35% within three months and business expansion by 12% after Salesforce implementation. Key challenges identified include the need for organizational culture adaptation, relatively high initial investment costs, and customer data security concerns. This study concludes that Salesforce is not merely a technological tool but an essential business strategy that supports sustainable competitive advantage, provided it is implemented with proper strategic planning and adequate human resource support.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to Indonesia’s economy. This sub-sector has consistently demonstrated growth in recent years, supported by increased domestic consumption, product diversification, and competitiveness in international markets. As a vital pillar in the national economic structure, companies in the food and beverage sub-sector not only contribute to increasing the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but also create job opportunities and attract investments from both domestic and foreign sources. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of food and beverage sub-sector companies in driving economic growth in Indonesia. The research method adopts a qualitative approach based on literature studies, referring to secondary data from official reports, government policies, and previous research findings. The results indicate that although this sector makes a substantial contribution, there are challenges to address, such as fluctuations in raw material prices, global competition, and digital transformation. In conclusion, companies in the food and beverage sub-sector play a key role in Indonesia’s economic growth and hold great potential to support sustainable development.
