Abstract

The influence of facilities, service quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Grab Indonesia is a literature review article within the scope of economics and business. The purpose of this article is to formulate hypotheses regarding the relationships between variables that will be used in future research. The research object includes online literature from sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method involved 100 respondents using a Non- Probability Sampling technique with a purposive approach, employing quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article indicate that: 1) facilities do not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction; 2) service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction; and 3) price perception has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan eksposur pasar UMKM Cinta Carma Bella di Garut, Jawa Barat, melalui edukasi manajemen pemasaran dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini membantu UMKM mengatasi tantangan operasional dan lingkungan dengan strategi terintegrasi mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengemasan, dan pemasaran berbasis digital. Program dilaksanakan pada 12–15 Agustus 2025 dan diikuti oleh 63 pelaku usaha lokal di sektor kulit dan aksesoris. Peserta menerima 3 materi pelatihan serta 3 jenis mesin produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, seperti mesin jahit, mesin cangklong dan mesin seset. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari pengabdian masyarakat yang didanai oleh Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Direktorat Jenderal Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital, serta antusiasme tinggi dalam mengembangkan usaha agar dikenal secara nasional dan internasional

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the direct and indirect relationship between Green HRM variables, as well as provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of environmentally friendly HR management strategies in the ground handling company. Methodology/approach: Using a descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. A total of 160 respondents from ground handling company were used as samples. Primary data is collected through questionnaires (g-form), and secondary data comes from various publication sources. The analysis used includes regression, correlation, percentage, and SEM. Results/findings: Green Recruitment, Green Training, and Green Performance Appraisal have a significant effect on Employee Performance through the mediation of Organizational Sustainability. Environmentally-oriented HR policies have been proven to improve organizational sustainability and employee performance. Conclusions: Green HRM practices have a direct and indirect effect on employee performance and organizational sustainability. The integration of eco-friendly principles in HR strategies is essential for long-term productivity and sustainability. Limitations: The study was limited to companies java province, the potential for questionnaire bias, the approach was only quantitative, and did not consider external factors such as organizational culture and leadership. Contribution: This research reinforces the importance of implementing GHRM in improving employee performance and organizational sustainability, as well as encouraging follow-up research with qualitative approaches and external factors.

Abstract

The Indonesian government’s Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program aims to improve nutritional status, health, and learning capacity of students across educational institutions, including military academies. This study examines the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in supporting MBG at the Army Military Science Development Education Center (Pusdikpengmilum TNI AD). Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis of policy and operational procedures. Findings reveal that GHRM practices—such as green recruitment, green training, and environmentally based performance rewards—enhance MBG quality, strengthen environmental awareness culture, and positively impact institutional reputation. Integrating sustainability principles into HRM promotes optimization of local food supply chains, energy efficiency, and effective kitchen waste management. This study contributes theoretically to GHRM literature and offers practical implications for national nutrition policy within military institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of pharmacy services in hospitals through a comprehensive literature review. Modern pharmaceutical services have evolved into patient-oriented services, making patient satisfaction and service quality key indicators of success. Leadership style, particularly transformational leadership, is considered crucial in shaping work culture and motivating staff to achieve organizational goals. The method used was a qualitative literature study, analyzing relevant scientific articles from 2019-2024 found in the Google Scholar database. Of the 80 articles found, 9 were reviewed in-depth. The literature synthesis results indicate that transformational leadership, through its four main dimensions (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation,individual consideration), has a significant impact on improving the quality of pharmacy services.  The implementation of this leadership style has been shown to increase the motivation, commitment, and professionalism of pharmacists. This has a direct impact on improving technical quality (prescription accuracy), interpersonal quality (patient communication), and service efficiency. Although challenges such as resistance to change exist, supporting factors such as an open organizational culture and ongoing leadership training can facilitate successful implementation. In conclusion, developing transformational leadership competencies for pharmacy managers is a strategic step to achieve excellent pharmaceutical service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work discipline, rewards, and tour of duty on the performance of Babek TNI members with motivation as an intervening variable. A quantitative method with a survey approach was used to collect data from 200 respondents. Data analysis techniques utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that work discipline, rewards, and tour of duty positively and significantly influence motivation, which in turn affects member performance. Work discipline contributes the most, followed by rewards and tour of duty. Motivation is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between independent variables and performance. This study implies the importance of enhancing discipline and providing fair rewards to optimize organizational performance.

Abstract

  This study aims to examine in depth the influence of career development, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance through a literature review approach. The method employed is a literature review using the SPIDER framework, encompassing empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that career development contributes to improving employee performance by enhancing motivation, self-development opportunities, and career path clarity. Fair and workload-appropriate compensation has been proven to increase productivity and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, organizational commitment plays a crucial role in fostering loyalty, emotional engagement, and a sense of responsibility among employees toward institutional goals. These three variables are interrelated in creating a conducive and performance-oriented work environment. The findings emphasize the importance of integrative human resource management in sustainably supporting employee performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the perceptions of personnel within the Finance Service of the Indonesian Navy Headquarters (Diskual Mabesal) concerning the effectiveness of integrating functional and structural positions into a unified organizational framework. Employing a qualitative methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The study reveals a spectrum of interpretations among personnel regarding the concept of integration between functional and structural roles. A majority of respondents perceive the integration as a means to enhance operational efficiency and streamline coordination mechanisms. Nevertheless, the research also identifies several challenges, including role ambiguity, dual command structures, and regulatory constraints. In response to these findings, the study recommends the implementation of continuous socialization and capacity-building initiatives, alongside structural adjustments within the organization, to facilitate the successful realization of the integration process.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, Islamic elementary schools (SDIT) face serious challenges: inconsistent discipline and disparities in teacher performance, which hinder the effectiveness of school management. This study aims to formulate a model for improving teacher discipline and performance by strengthening digital leadership and Islamic organizational culture. Data were obtained using a qualitative case study approach in one SDIT, through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis. The analysis shows that visionary and adaptive digital leadership—which encourages teachers to adopt technology and collaboration—plays a significant role in building a culture of discipline and collaboration. Furthermore, an organizational culture that emphasizes shared values, collegial support, and Islamic moral responsibility strengthens the implementation of disciplinary practices and improves teacher academic performance. The findings of this study produce an integrated conceptual model that combines: (1) the digital vision of school leaders, (2) the involvement of technology in communication and monitoring, and (3) strengthening an Islamic work culture. Consequently, this model can serve as a strategic framework for SDIT managers in designing human resource development policies, improving teacher digital literacy, and strengthening an adaptive work culture amidst the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

The Indonesian Navy Private Housing Program (PPMD TNI AL) is a major initiative to improve the welfare of Indonesian Navy personnel by facilitating access to homeownership through structured housing finance loans. However, the program faces significant challenges, such as inefficiencies in the loan application process, outdated administrative procedures, and inadequate outreach to potential beneficiaries. This study uses Porter's Five Forces framework to critically analyze inefficiencies in the current loan application process. This analysis provides insights into the barriers that impact the program's effectiveness. Furthermore, the study proposes the integration of automation technology to streamline the application and verification process, reduce manual errors, and improve overall efficiency. An inclusive outreach strategy is also recommended to ensure equitable access to the program, meeting the needs of all eligible personnel. By combining these approaches, the program can improve its operational efficiency, expand accessibility, and build a more sustainable system to support private homeownership among Indonesian Navy personnel. This strategy aims to align the program's objectives with the welfare priorities of its beneficiaries, ensuring broader outreach and greater impact
