Abstract

The era of digital society is strongly supported by the development of information and communication technology, along with the use of the internet by the community, making the digital era help every community activity. The progress of internet development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the distribution of network infrastructure in all urban (urban) and rural (rural) areas in all provinces in Indonesia. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the period 2017 - 2020, this study aims to determine which of the 34 provinces in Indonesia are provinces that have a strong and stable internet network in urban and rural areas, as well as regions in Indonesia whose people are significantly utilizing the use of the internet in their daily activities in both urban and rural areas. The selection process uses eight assessment criteria from aspects of the expansion and distribution of internet network quality and internet utilization for rural and urban communities in the province of Indonesia. In this study, the method of solving the problem of multi-criteria decision-making is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The results of the final calculation of the PSI method from 34 alternatives determine the five best provinces for expanding the internet network and internet utilization in 2020, namely the alternative provinces of Central Java, West Java, East Java, South Sumatra, and Aceh.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are changing the way humans obtain information. One of them is through social media Twitter. Twitter is a social media that is famous as a medium for general public opinion. There are many discussion topics that people respond to on Twitter. One of the topics on Twitter social media that is trending is related to the Coldplay Jakarta concert. The Coldplay Jakarta concert event received various responses from netizens. This is because the public is very enthusiastic about watching this British music group. However, public enthusiasm did not run smoothly due to the emergence of various phenomena and problems that occurred before and after this event was held. Therefore, the sentiments given are very diverse. Starting from negative sentiments to positive sentiments. The sentiment analysis process can find and solve problems based on public sentiment on Twitter. The dataset was obtained through a data crawling process using Google Colabs with the Python programming language. The total dataset obtained was 1,831 raw datasets. After that, the dataset is processed in data cleansing which aims to remove components that are not needed in sentiment analysis. Next, the dataset is labeled negative and positive. Then pre-processing is carried out on the data that has been previously labeled, and a word weighting process is also carried out using Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). After that, modeling was carried out using the Support Vector Machine classification method and the final process was test evaluation. The number of datasets obtained after going through the cleaning and labeling process is 1,000. The dataset is divided into training data and test data in a ratio of 80:20. Abstract

Bali is known for its tourism sector, so it has always been one of the alternative tourist destinations for local and foreign tourists. Almost every district in Bali has interesting tourist attractions to visit for tourists. When traveling, tourists usually decide to visit interesting tourist destinations. The number of tourist destinations available, often makes tourists confused about choosing a destination according to their preferences. Therefore, this research is intended for tourists to be able to determine alternative priority tourist sites in Karangasem Regency. In this study, data were collected from 75 respondents to find out alternative tourist sites in Karangasem, and to determine the criteria to be considered for traveling. These criteria are rides provided at tourist sites (C1), price of admission to tourist sites (C2), distance from tourist sites to city center (C3) and facilities provided at tourist sites (C4). 4 alternative tourism data used in the calculation by producing alternative tourist sites at Taman Ujung as the best alternative. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to produce the weighted criteria, scoring the ticket price and distance values using Linear Interpolation and calculating the final value using the Cost and Benefit normalization process. The results of this study can provide alternative tourist locations for domestic tourists who want to vacation in Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

Community welfare reflects the equal distribution of social life in society. Various government assistance is provided to support the process of equal distribution of welfare. By knowing each community's level of welfare, aid can be provided on the right target principle. There are 21 assessment indicators used in determining the level of community welfare. In determining the level of community welfare, it is necessary to apply multicriteria decision-making techniques to determine the grouping of each category of community level. This study used a combination of the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to calculate the final evaluation value of 21 assessment indicators and determine the level of community welfare categories. Equal Weight method for determining the weight according to the number of assessment criteria with the same criterium importance. Combining the two methods above is to produce an alternative evaluation value and a category of community welfare level based on the final value of each alternative to the assessment indicator.

Abstract

The criteria affect a priority decision to find out the most important criteria in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) seen from the priority weights generated by the calculation. However, the analysis of the importance of priorities is to find out how important changes in the weight of the criteria can change the order results of alternative rankings and how critical the alternative values on the criteria are in influencing the ranking results. This study uses an example of providing credit with six criteria, namely Collateral (C1), Business Status (C2), Total Dependents (C3), Loan Amount (C4), Ability to Pay (C5) and Loan Term (C6). The test results from the three processes of sensitivity analysis with changes in the weight of the criteria show criteria C2 with a sensitivity value of 1.13284, Criterion C1 with a sensitivity value of 0.34874 and Criterion C5 with a sensitivity value of 1.078735. The highest percentage of alternative changes shows criteria C2, C4 and C5 with a percentage of 16.67%

Abstract

The selection of optimal dining places for students around the INSTIKI campus is often a challenge due to the lack of organized information. This research proposes an evaluation framework using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method, a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach, to assess and rank restaurants based on various criteria, such as price, food quality, production capacity, distance to campus, and reputation. Data was collected through surveys, field observations, and online reviews, and analyzed using COPRAS. The results showed that the best alternative was Mie Gacoan Pakerisan with the highest utility value (100%). With this approach, students can choose a dining venue that suits their needs, while local small businesses benefit from transparent data-driven evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The preservation of cultural heritage in the digital era faces numerous challenges, particularly in securing authenticity, ownership, and preventing damage or loss of digital assets. This study explores the implementation of blockchain technology within a virtual museum dedicated to Balinese culture as part of the broader metaverse environment. Blockchain provides a decentralized and immutable system to record and manage digital cultural assets, ensuring transparency and security in their provenance and ownership. This paper presents a blockchain model for a virtual museum that includes features such as digital tokens and smart contracts, enabling automated processes such as the lending, licensing, and sale of digital artifacts. The integration of this model with metaverse technology creates an interactive and immersive environment for users to explore Balinese culture virtually, while simultaneously ensuring the preservation of its digital representations. The model is developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, enabling quick prototyping and system adjustments based on user requirements. Testing results demonstrate the system's functional success in terms of blockchain transactions and user interaction in the virtual environment. Despite challenges such as regulatory and infrastructural constraints, the findings indicate that the blockchain model has strong potential for application in digital heritage preservation. This study concludes by highlighting the benefits of blockchain in securing cultural assets and its role in promoting the Balinese digital economy through cultural tourism and virtual experiences.
