Abstract

In every self-service store, it is certain to have a sales transaction data, where the data will continue to grow every day. But in self-service stores the data is only a record of sales at the store. Whereas transaction data can be used as information on how consumer purchasing patterns when shopping at the store, but not all supermarkets know this. So this research aims to find information on these purchasing patterns, where to do this research using the apriori algorithm which is part of the association technique which is also part of data mining, where in its application it will calculate the support value, confindence value and will be tested using the lift ratio. And after the calculation is carried out, optimization will be carried out using the high utility itemset mining variable which will calculate the highest profit value on the product, so that based on the calculation, the final result is obtained with a support value of 85%, a confidence value of 86%, a lift ratio test of 1.01 and the high utility gets the highest result of Rp. 567,000.

Abstract

The development of information technology is always growing rapidly, especially in the field of android smartphones. Android smartphones can now be obtained at a fairly affordable price. With rapid development, there are so many innovations that can be developed by the smartphone itself, even the tourism sector such as The Sila's Agroutourism can get the impact of several innovations that exist along with the times such as Augmented Reality. In this research, the author uses two augmented reality methods, namely Marker Based Tracker and also Markerless. Where Marker based tracker is a method that uses image illustrations in the form of QR codes or special logos to identify an object in the Augmented Reality application. While Markerless is a method that does not require a marker or image to display the object. So that this research produces an augmanted reality game using the marker-based tracker method and also markerless which takes the GPS tracker method as its markerless method. This test uses 3 tests, namely Blackbox testing, Response Time testing and also User Experience Questioner (UEQ). Where the UEQ results filled in by 35 respondents get results above average (Excelent). So that it shows that this game is good and as expected.

Abstract

The development of the business world that is growing rapidly today resulted in tighter competitiveness between fellow business actors. One of the businesses that has sprung up in the market today is the bakery business. Currently, bread is one of the food needs in Indonesia that is great demand by children to the elderly, which is often used as breakfast or snack. One of the companies that produces white bread is the Bandung White Bread Factory. The number of sales at this factory continues to increase every month based on total sales data recorded since 2021. With the increasing number of sales at this factory, the factory often experiences stock shortages and cannot meet customer demand. Therefore, in this study, a model has been developed to forecast the sales of white bread using the ARIMA, LSTM, and Prophet methods. The results of the study showed that the ARIMA method (1,0,2) had the best performance compared to the LSTM and Prophet methods, because the ARIMA method (1,0,2) produced the smallest error accuracy value, namely with a MAPE value of 4.548%, an MSE value of 2248.0822, and an RMSE value of 47.4139.

Abstract

Revenue is a key indicator in determining a company's financial success, both for identifying potential profits and losses. This predictive model is designed to assist management in developing strategies to increase product sales. Accurate forecasting can provide early warnings regarding the actions store management needs to take. This study employs the Double Exponential Smoothing Brown method with a smoothing parameter alpha (?) of 0.5. The analysis results indicate that the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values range from 0.26% to 4.29%, demonstrating a high level of accuracy. Based on these MAPE results, the predictive model is then implemented into a web-based system. This system allows management to access information anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this prediction system is expected to assist the store in making strategic decisions, particularly in managing and increasing future revenues

Abstract

Air pollution poses a significant global challenge, adversely impacting public health and environmental sustainability. Understanding the factors influencing air quality is essential for developing effective mitigation strategies. This study aims to analyse key environmental and demographic factors, such as PM2.5 concentration, population density, and proximity to industrial areas, to predict air quality levels using a Decision Tree model. The dataset, comprising 5000 samples, was pre-processed by encoding the target variable and applying Z-score normalization to numerical features. The model was trained on 80% of the data and evaluated on the remaining 20%, achieving an accuracy of 93%. Evaluation metrics, including a classification report and confusion matrix, demonstrated the model's effectiveness in distinguishing between four air quality categories: Good, Moderate, Poor, and Hazardous. PM2.5 emerged as the most critical predictor, followed by demographic and industrial factors. These findings underscore the potential of machine learning models in providing actionable insights for air quality management. The results contribute to public policy by highlighting the need for targeted interventions in high-risk areas and the importance of incorporating environmental data into urban planning. Future work should focus on expanding the feature set and exploring ensemble techniques to further enhance predictive accuracy and robustness.

Abstract

Bali is known for its tourism sector, so it has always been one of the alternative tourist destinations for local and foreign tourists. Almost every district in Bali has interesting tourist attractions to visit for tourists. When traveling, tourists usually decide to visit interesting tourist destinations. The number of tourist destinations available, often makes tourists confused about choosing a destination according to their preferences. Therefore, this research is intended for tourists to be able to determine alternative priority tourist sites in Karangasem Regency. In this study, data were collected from 75 respondents to find out alternative tourist sites in Karangasem, and to determine the criteria to be considered for traveling. These criteria are rides provided at tourist sites (C1), price of admission to tourist sites (C2), distance from tourist sites to city center (C3) and facilities provided at tourist sites (C4). 4 alternative tourism data used in the calculation by producing alternative tourist sites at Taman Ujung as the best alternative. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to produce the weighted criteria, scoring the ticket price and distance values using Linear Interpolation and calculating the final value using the Cost and Benefit normalization process. The results of this study can provide alternative tourist locations for domestic tourists who want to vacation in Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

Community welfare reflects the equal distribution of social life in society. Various government assistance is provided to support the process of equal distribution of welfare. By knowing each community's level of welfare, aid can be provided on the right target principle. There are 21 assessment indicators used in determining the level of community welfare. In determining the level of community welfare, it is necessary to apply multicriteria decision-making techniques to determine the grouping of each category of community level. This study used a combination of the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to calculate the final evaluation value of 21 assessment indicators and determine the level of community welfare categories. Equal Weight method for determining the weight according to the number of assessment criteria with the same criterium importance. Combining the two methods above is to produce an alternative evaluation value and a category of community welfare level based on the final value of each alternative to the assessment indicator.

Abstract

The criteria affect a priority decision to find out the most important criteria in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) seen from the priority weights generated by the calculation. However, the analysis of the importance of priorities is to find out how important changes in the weight of the criteria can change the order results of alternative rankings and how critical the alternative values on the criteria are in influencing the ranking results. This study uses an example of providing credit with six criteria, namely Collateral (C1), Business Status (C2), Total Dependents (C3), Loan Amount (C4), Ability to Pay (C5) and Loan Term (C6). The test results from the three processes of sensitivity analysis with changes in the weight of the criteria show criteria C2 with a sensitivity value of 1.13284, Criterion C1 with a sensitivity value of 0.34874 and Criterion C5 with a sensitivity value of 1.078735. The highest percentage of alternative changes shows criteria C2, C4 and C5 with a percentage of 16.67%
