Abstract

The world of education and learning develops dynamically in line with technological advances. Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and enhancing performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. It takes more than reading, writing, and arithmetic skills to participate, survive, and succeed in the knowledge society in the great competition of the 21st century. The global community demands its citizens to have the 21st skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Moreover, to prepare for the ideal type of the 21st person, our education system must carry out learning practices under deductive and inductive logic. At least educational technology has a major contribution to facilitating the right learning process to optimize the development of students' basic skills for their own good. education and learning in accordance with the technological foundation. The purpose of this article is to provide study material on the technological foundations of education and learning. The method used in this qualitative research is literature study, in which information is collected through documentation through books, journals, articles and relevant juridical foundations. The technological foundation is the basis used as a reference for ethical theory and practice that involves people systematically supporting and solving various problems or improving quality in the education and learning process. The role of educational technology is basically an effort to improve the quality of education and learning from time to time and must be able to facilitate learning in various conditions encountered. The use of educational technology in general is to make it easier for students to access learning resources that are not limited by distance and time, so that learning can run effectively and efficiently and the quality of education will get better in the future. The conclusion from the presentation of the material includes educational technology which has a broad meaning which emphasizes the education system, while learning technology focuses on implementing learning in accordance with the conditions of students

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or social and environmental responsibility is an effort made by companies or the business world to contribute to sustainable economic development by paying attention to social responsibility based on a balance of economic, social and environmental values. However, in practice, many CSR programs that have been provided are still not running as expected due to the lack of participation or support from the community in managing so that the program becomes useless because it is not sustainable. This study aims to find out the problems of using PT Pertamina's CSR program in the Klayas Village community. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach. Problems or problems regarding the termination of the CSR program of PT. Pertamina is caused by the inability of the community to manage and utilize the program. The lack of knowledge and the lack of income obtained from the program make people less interested in the programs provided. So that leaves only a few members who persist in managing it

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran pengawas madrasah menyusun program kepengawasan, melakukan supervisi akademik kepada tenaga pendidik dan manajerial kepada kepala madrasah dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di Fakfak. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 Madrasah yaitu Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Fakfak dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Fakfak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri dari  pengawas madrasah, kepala madrasah, dan guru. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan (verivikasi) data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa peran kepemimpinan pengawas madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di Kabupaten Fakfak yaitu  Pengawas menyusun program tahunan, program semester, dan Rencana Kerja Pengawas (RKP). Pengawas madrasah melaksanakan supervisi akademik yaitu pembinaan guru, pemantauan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, penilaian kinerja guru serta pembimbingan guru di MGMP. Pengawas madrasah melaksanakan supervisi manajerial untuk meningkatkan profesional kepala madrasah, dengan kegiatan antara lain pembinaan kepala madrasah, penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah serta pembimbingan dan pelatihan kepala madrasah di KKKM

Abstract

Membaca permulaan merupakan dasar yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Ketidakmampuan menguasai keterampilan ini dapat menghambat pemahaman materi pelajaran lain serta menurunkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik. Namun, kenyataanya masih ditemukan peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan hingga kelas empat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan bentuk kesulitan membaca permulaan, faktor penyebab, serta dampaknya terhadap proses belajar peserta didik kelas III di SD Inpres 63 Kabupaten Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas enam peserta didik kelas III yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui teknik triangulasi, yang meliputi triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu, guna memastikan kredibilitas dan keakuratan data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik belum merata. Bentuk kesulitan yang ditemukan meliputi ketidakmampuan mengenali huruf secara konsisten, kesalahan membedakan huruf yang mirip, kesulitan mengeja suku kata, serta membaca kata dan kalimat secara terbata-bata. Faktor penyebab meliputi faktor internal, seperti rendahnya penguasaan huruf dan kepercayaan diri, serta faktor ekstrnal berupa ketidakteraturan kehadiran dan kurang pendampingan orang tua. Dampak kesulitan membaca terlihat pada rendahnya partisipasi dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik. penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya penanganan kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan melalui keterlibatan guru, sekolah, dan orang tua guna mendukung perkembangan kemampuan membaca peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi orang tua terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini di RA Luqman El Hakim Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Kedua, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi guru terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini. Ketiga, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak usia dini, dan Keempat, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi guru terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak usia dini.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 81 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh butir instrumen memenuhi kriteria (r-hitung r-tabel 0,2185) dan reliabilitas berada pada kategori tinggi (Cronbachs Alpha = 0,757).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, pola komunikasi orang tua secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini (Sig. = 0,814 0,05). Kedua, pola komunikasi guru secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral anak (Sig. = 0,038 0,05). Ketiga, pola komunikasi orang tua secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak (Sig. = 0,399 0,05). Keempat, pola komunikasi guru secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak (Sig. = 0,021 0,05). Secara simultan, pola komunikasi orang tua dan guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral (Sig. = 0,107 0,05) tetapi menunjukkan pengaruh mendekati signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual (Sig. = 0,054) dengan kontribusi R sebesar 7,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management and the leadership strategies of the madrasah principal in managing the daytime learning system under conditions of limited facilities and infrastructure at MTs Annur in Sorong City. This is a qualitative study using a case study design involving 19 informants, consisting of the madrasah principal, vice principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that management functions including planning, organizing, executing, and supervising are carried out adaptively and contextually in response to space constraints through the implementation of the daytime learning system. Furthermore, the madrasah principal’s leadership strategies, which are oriented toward exemplary conduct, service, and participation, contribute to fostering a work culture that is disciplined, communicative, and collaborative. The integration of management functions with the values of servant leadership has proven to support the effectiveness of learning as well as organizational sustainability. This study recommends strengthening adaptive leadership and developing a service-based management model in the administration of madrasahs facing resource constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the tahfiz program at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Sorong in fostering students’ worship discipline from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali. Specifically, it examines the processes of habituation and supervision, identifies the impact on students’ behavioral transformation, and explores challenges in sustaining discipline between school and home environments. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, the principal, and Grade V students, as well as documentation of learning and worship activities. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, including data reduction, coding, categorization, and interpretation to identify key patterns. The findings reveal that the tahfiz program functions as an integrated system combining structured memorization, habituation of religious practices, and continuous supervision. Habituation is implemented through routine worship activities, while supervision is reinforced through monitoring tools such as memorization cards and prayer control books. These processes significantly contribute to students’ behavioral transformation, as reflected in improved punctuality, consistency, motivation, and self-awareness in performing daily prayers. However, the study also identifies challenges in sustaining worship discipline, particularly due to the discontinuity between school and home environments, limited parental involvement, and inconsistent supervision outside school. In conclusion, the tahfiz program effectively supports the internalization of worship discipline when it integrates knowledge, practice, and supervision. However, its sustainability depends on the alignment between school and family environments. Strengthening collaboration between teachers and parents is essential to ensure consistent character development beyond the school context.
