Abstract

This study examines how urban mobility, accessibility, and mobility justice shape tourism flows in Jakarta, a rapidly developing metropolitan destination. It investigates the gap between planned accessibility in transport infrastructure and the actual accessibility experienced by tourists and local residents in their daily mobility practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with tourism and transport authorities, community representatives, and visitors, supplemented by field observations and analysis of relevant policy documents. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns related to accessibility, walkability, last-mile connectivity, and mobility justice. The findings reveal that despite improvements in multimodal transport systems and pedestrian infrastructure, accessibility remains uneven across the city. Challenges such as inadequate last-mile connectivity, discontinuous walkways, and inconsistent barrier-free design continue to shape visitor movement and reinforce mobility inequalities, particularly for residents of informal settlements and vulnerable groups. The novelty of this research lies in integrating mobility justice into urban tourism analysis by linking transport planning intentions with lived mobility experiences in a Global South megacity context. This study highlights the need to embed mobility justice principles in urban tourism and transport planning to ensure inclusive, sustainable, and human-centered development in Jakarta.

Aims. This study aims to analyze the role of promoters in implementing inclusivity in organizing Coldplay concerts in Jakarta and Singapore. Methods. The study was conducted at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and the National Stadium between November 2023 and January 2024, using a qualitative approach through observation and interviews. It was analyzed using the SWOT method to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results show that PK Entertainment in Jakarta and Live Nation Singapore both play strategic roles in translating Coldplay's commitment to inclusivity into the concert experience. Conclusion. Jakarta has the strength of a large fan base and promoter credibility. Still, it faces infrastructure limitations and low awareness of inclusivity, while Singapore excels in infrastructure readiness and inclusive service standards despite facing high operational costs and public expectations. Implementation. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between promoters, venue managers, the government, and inclusive communities to realize music concerts as a form of sustainable inclusive tourism.

Abstract

JJakarta as a thriving center of modern culinary culture, continues to introduce dining spaces that offer more than just food delivering a complete and memorable experience instead. Parle Senayan stands as a prime example, presenting high quality Indonesian cuisine complemented by an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. This study was conducted to identify the key factors that most strongly influence customers’ decisions to revisit the restaurant. Based on an analysis of 400 customers using SEM PLS, the findings reveal compelling evidence that both food quality and restaurant atmosphere have a direct and significant role in driving revisit intentions. Consistent flavor, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable, refined environment were shown to enhance customers’ desire to return. However, customer satisfaction does not directly determine revisit decisions; rather, it functions as an intermediary that strengthens the influence of food quality and atmosphere on consumer behavior. These results indicate that for premium restaurants, delivering an outstanding dining experience is not only essential but also a crucial strategy for maintaining visitor loyalty. Keywords: customer satisfaction, food quality, restaurants, restaurant atmosphere, revisit decisions

Employee loyalty is an important factor in maintaining organizational stability and is influenced by workload, remuneration, and the work environment experienced by employees. These factors play a significant role in shaping employee satisfaction, engagement, and commitment to the organization. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of management and employees regarding workload, remuneration, and the work environment, identify perception gaps, and formulate strategies to improve employee loyalty. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 54 respondents consisting of employees and management. Data analysis was conducted using validity, reliability, and normality tests, gap analysis, and Cartesian diagrams with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate perception gaps, particularly in remuneration and working hours, where employees perceive compensation as not fully aligned with their workload.
