Abstract

The skill of Sepak sila is one of the basic techniques in the game of takraw. The focus of this research is extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. The problem is the lack of variation in pair training. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an impact of variations in pair training on the sepak sila skills of the takraw extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. The term "quantitative research using experimental methods" refers to a method for determining, under controlled conditions, how one treatment affects another treatment. In SMA Negeri 1 Palopo there are 25 male students who take part in takraw extracurricular activities. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method, meaning that each student will be included in the research sample based on the special considerations of the researcher. SPSS application program version 23 is used for data analysis methods. With a t = count 22.733, this value is greater than t = table 2.059 or t = count 22.733 > t = table 2.059, and the result is sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there were variations in pair training for students' sepak sila skills in the extracurricular sepak takraw at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. This shows that variations in pair training have a significant effect on the sepak sila skills of the takraw extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. 059 or t = count 22.733 > t = table 2.059, and the result is sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there were variations in pair training for students' sepak sila in the extracurricular sepak takraw at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo.

Abstract

This research was aimed to improved of students’ comprehension in reading comprehension by using authentic material. The subject of this research was 26 students of the first grade students of SMPN 2 Lasusua . The researcher applied classroom action research which has conducted into two cycles. The finding showed that the students’ reading comprehension indicated the significant increase from the average score of reading comprehension within the two cycles (cycle 1 and 2). In average score of test, the achievement score was 55.12 for cycle 1 and 71.20 for cycle 2. From these results, this research indicated that authentic material can improve the students’ reading comprehension in teaching and learning process, particularly on the aspect of finding the main ideas.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bumi Mekar Hijau (BMH) Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the leadership style has a partial influence on employee performance at PT BMH then to determine whether the organizational culture has a simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT BMH and to determine which is more dominant between the influence between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT BMH. The R number is obtained 0, meaning that the correlation between the leadership style and organizational culture variables is 0.816, this means that there is a strong relationship because the value is close to 1. While the results of R Square (R2), which shows the coefficient of determination. This figure will be converted to percent form which means the percentage contribution of the dependent variable. The R2 value of 0.569 means that the contribution of leadership and motivation to job satisfaction is 56.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of a coaching strategy in enhancing teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Parepare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The participants were all English teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Parepare. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, namely guide question coaching for teachers. The statistical procedures used include descriptive statistics for various items in the questionnaire calculated using SPSS (Statistical Product Services and Solutions). The research results found that analysis revealed that the predominant challenges faced by teachers included social competency issues (38%), professional competencies (28%), pedagogical challenges, and personal traits affecting student engagement (8%). The research found that the use of coaching strategy empowering the teacher’s performance at Madrasah by several indicator: 1) The question of coaching guide really explores the teachers’ competencies in knowing their self-strength (teachers); 2) The coaching guide question explore the teachers thinking competencies to realize and recognizing the teacher’s problem and redesigning step by step real action plan to move to the realization act; and 3) The coaching strategy bring the teachers into braveness to confidence to measure their progression in to the real number in percentage.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membahas mengenai kurikulum pendidikan berbasis output dirancang untuk menghasilkan lulusan berdaya saing. Kurikulum berbasis output menekankan pada pencapaian kompetensi yang terukur, baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan, maupun sikap yang dibuktikan dengan setiap capaian pembelajaran harus memiliki output dari hasil pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan ini, lulusan diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pasar kerja, baik nasional maupun internasional, serta memiliki kapasitas untuk menciptakan peluang kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yaitu analisis konsep dan teori serta dokumen kurikulum pendidikan. Hasil analisis menggambarkan tinjauan konsep, model implementasi, dan eval___uasi kurikulum berbasis output, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Murabahah contracts in implant financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-branch Sengkang and the customer's perspective on implementing the contract. The benefit of this research is that it can add insight and knowledge in the field of Sharia banking and can be used as a scientific contribution and increase knowledge, especially for banks, it can be used as a reference in improving management performance and improving the quality and quality of service to the community. This research uses qualitative methods. with an approach through interviews, observation, and documentation to parties related to Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-branch Sengkang. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, a way to process data into information so that the characteristics of the data can be understood and useful for solving problems and describing the situation or event of a problem to be solved. The results of this study are the application of a Murabahah contract, namely using Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-branch Sengkang entering a Murabahah agreement with the customer, and at the same time delegating (wakalah contract) to the customer to buy the goods needed by reporting the purchase receipt to the bank.

Abstract

Akuisisi 75% saham Tokopedia oleh Tiktok memunculkan banyak pro dan kontra. Di samping dampak positif, terdapat kekhawatiran terkait potensi monopoli, dominasi pasar, persaingan tidak sehat, keamanan data pengguna, hingga geopolitik dari China. Pengakusisian Tokopedia juga disinyalir merupakan langkah TikTok untuk mendapatkan izin dagang social commerce meraka. Dengan adanya perdebatan opini publik, dilakukan analisis sentimen untuk mengetahui respon masyrakat terhadap isu terkait. Diadopsi sentimen berdasar emosi guna memahami konteks dari data. Adapun data yang digunakan berasal dari komentar platform YouTube yang diambil melalui proses scraping di mana didapatkan 3041 baris data setelah proses labeling secara manual. Deep learning dengan model CNN, LSTM, CNN-LSTM, dan LSTM-CNN digunakan sebagai algoritma dalam penelitian dengan melibatkan ektraksi fitur TF-IDF (Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency) untuk vektorisasi kata dan augmentasi untuk menyeimbangkan data. Model CNN menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 97.03% pada x3 augmentasi, F1-Score 0.97, precision 0.97, dan recall 0.96. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model CNN dapat mengidentifikasi kelas emosi pada data lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model lainnya

Abstract

Sistem layanan pengaduan masyarakat menjadi salah satu sarana penting bagi pemerintah kota untuk menerima, memproses, dan menindaklanjuti berbagai keluhan warga. Namun, peningkatan volume data pengaduan di Kota Surabaya menjadi tantangan dalam pengelolaan manual yang kurang efektif. Analisis mendalam terhadap data pengaduan diperlukan untuk memahami opini masyarakat terhadap kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen berbasis aspek terhadap data aduan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) untuk mengidentifikasi aspek utama keluhan dan menggunakan Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 10.847 pengaduan yang dikumpulkan melalui aplikasi WargaKu dan Media Center sepanjang tahun 2023. Metode LDA berhasil mengidentifikasi 17 topik utama, termasuk administrasi, infrastruktur, dan informasi publik. Selanjutnya, Model MNB mencapai akurasi 80% setelah penerapan resampling, membuktikan keandalannya dalam klasifikasi sentimen. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan yang relevan untuk membantu pemerintah kota memprioritaskan perbaikan pada isu utama serta menawarkan pendekatan yang dapat diadopsi oleh sistem pengaduan serupa

Abstract

Kemajuan didalam dunia informasi dan teknologi telah melahirkan sebuah cara baru dalam melakukan perjudian yaitu perjudian secara online. Perjudian online merupakan suatu tindakan melawan hukum yang berdampak merugikan masyarakat dan bertentangan dengan norma hukum, sosial, dan agama.. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sanksi pidana dan dampaknya terhadap pecandu judi online dalam KUHP dan UU ITE, serta pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan aparat penegak hukum dalam penanggulangan masalah ini. Metode penulisan yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif yaitu dengan menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika keilmuan dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penulisan yang didapat: (1).Penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku judi online menurut Hukum pidana pasal 303 dan 303 bis KUHP dan UU ITE No 11 Tahun 2008 dan UU ITE No 19 Tahun 2016 yang memberikan kerangka hukum untuk menindak lanjuti pelanggaran perjudian online.(2). Perlunya penegakkan hukum yang efektif yang diperlukannya partisipasi pemerintah,aparat penegak hukum, dan masyarakat agar tidak menjadi hambatan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif perjudian online tersebut agar berkurangnya pecandu judi online dan menghindari adanya kriminalitas yang didapat dari efek samping bermain judi online tersebut.

Abstract

Recognition of human hitting movement in a more specific context of sports like boxing is still a hard task because the existing systems use manual observation which could be easily flawed and highly inaccurate. However, in this study, an attempt is made to present an automated system designed for this purpose to detect a specific hitting movement commonly known as a punch using video input and image processing techniques. The system employs Motion History Image (MHI) to model trajectories of motions and combine them with other parameters to reconstruct movements which tend to have a temporal component. Thus, CCTV cameras set at different positions (front, back, left and right) enable the system to identify several types of punches including Jab, Hook, Uppercut and Combination punches. The most important aspect of this work is the proposal of MHI and the Ellipse approximation which is quicker in the integration of both than other sophisticated systems which take a considerable duration in computations. Therefore, the system classifies C_motion, Sigma Theta, and Sigma Rho parameters to distress hitting from non-hitting movements. Evaluation on a dataset captured from multiple viewpoints establishes that the system performs well achieving the goal of 93 percent when detecting both the hitting and the non-hitting motion. These results demonstrate the system’s superiority to the system based such detection methods. This study paves the way for other applications in real-time such as sports analysis, security surveillance, and healthcare requiring greater efficiency in and accuracy of human movement assessment. The focus of future work may be in the direction of improving the recognition of slower movements, also modifying the system for more dynamic conditions in the future.
