Abstract

The Iqomatuddin Mosque in Pulau Terap Village, Kuok District, has experienced an increase in the number of worshipers in line with development developments around it. However, the current toilet and ablution facilities are considered inadequate, causing long queues and inconvenience for the community, especially during congregational prayers. Based on a preliminary survey by the Civil Engineering Study Program community service team, it was agreed to convert the Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) classrooms, which are currently less active, into additional facilities in the form of toilets and ablution areas. This service activity includes two main stages, namely design planning and preparation of a budget plan (RAB) of Rp. 4,800,000. This program also includes outreach and training for local communities to support its smooth implementation.

Abstract

Anemia often occurs in teenage girls. Lack of knowledge and awareness in efforts to prevent anemia are factors causing the high incidence of anemia in adolescents. There are many impacts that occur when anemia is left untreated, and can even have long term impacts. This community service activity uses a participant active learning approach with interactive lecture and discussion methods focusing on health education about anemia with 80 participants. The result of this health education activity is an increase in participants knowledge. The hope is that participants can apply the knowledge gained in everyday life, such as consuming balanced nutricious food, doing regular physical activity and taking blood suplement tablets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tindakan pengancaman dan penyelamatan muka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bentuk/wujud strategi kesantunan khususnya yang mengacu pada tindakan pengancaman dan penyelamatan muka dalam podcast ASIX episode Anang&Ghea berdasarkan kajian pragmatik. Berkaitan dengan tujuan tersebut, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan dari penutur dan mitra tutur (Anang dan Ghea). Sumber data utama yang digunakan sebagai objek dari penelitian ini berupa podcast ASIX episode Anang dan Ghea. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC), teknik catat, dan analisis konten. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan model interaktif (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak strategi kesantunan positif misalnya memberikan pujian/simpati, mengupayakan kesepakatan, memberi asumsi, dsb. Sedangkan temuan bentuk penggunaan strategi kesantunan negatif yang muncul pada ujaran bersikap pesimis, menggunakan bentuk pasif, nominalisasi.

Abstract

Hari Raya Enam atau Aghi Ghayo Onam merupakan tradisi sakral masyarakat Melayu Kampar yang dilaksanakan setiap 8 Syawal setelah puasa sunnah enam hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna, sejarah, dan implementasi tradisi tersebut dalam perspektif hukum adat dan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Hari Raya Enam melambangkan penghormatan terhadap leluhur, mempererat silaturahmi, serta menjadi simbol sinergi antara nilai Islam dan adat. Hukum adat memainkan peran penting dalam mengatur pelaksanaan tradisi ini secara tertib dan berkesinambungan di tengah arus modernisasi. Hari Raya Enam or Aghi Ghayo Onam is a sacred tradition of the Kampar Malay community held on the 8th of Syawal after six days of Sunnah fasting. This study aims to analyze the meaning, history, and implementation of the tradition from an adat law and social perspective. The research used a qualitative case study approach through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that Hari Raya Enam symbolizes ancestral respect, strengthens kinship ties, and represents the harmonious integration of Islamic and local traditions. Adat law plays a vital role in preserving and organizing the tradition in a sustainable and structured way amidst modernization.

Abstract

Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions at Work Coffee at Bhayangkara Jaya University Bekasi Campus. This study aims to explore the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 126 selected respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research conducted at work coffee are as follows: 1) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 2) Facility variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 3) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Facility Variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 5) Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: Gambir Baru Kisaran Community Health Center is the only one in the Gambir Baru range. Data on visits by BPJS Health participants to the Gambir Baru Kisaran Community Health Center in 2023 from January – December there are 3,048 BPJS participants. If the puskesmas services provided to the community are very good for BPJS patients, more and more BPJS participants will utilize health services and share information with the community about the benefits of BPJS Health serving General Polyclinics, Dental Polyclinics, Pharmacy Installations, Nutritionists, Outpatient and Maternity Care. Based on future problems such as the length of service time at the patient reception counter that patients receive is longer than the estimated time in the clinic SOP, namely 10 minutes, clinic staff must behave 5S (Smile, Greet, Regards, Polite and Polite) when serving patients, the process of taking medicines takes a long time after the patient has completed a health examination, the health center must provide services according to the wishes and understand the needs of patients, medical personnel and other staff, and can help if there are problems with patients, medical personnel take appropriate action and quickly, so it is necessary to carry out an evaluation as an effort to improve the quality of clinical services. he results of calculating the reality answers and expectations of patients/respondents at the Gambir Baru Health Center to 16 questions, the results of the decision recommendations are that 4 attributes must be improved and 12 more attributes must be maintained from 201 respondents-patients/patients at the Gambir Health Center.Keywords: bpjs patient satisfaction; servqual method; web-based. Abstrak:. Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran adalah satu satunya yang berada di gambir baru kisaran. Data kunjungan peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran Tahun 2023 dari bulan Januari – Desember ada 3.048 peserta BPJS. Jika pelayanan puskesmas yang diberikan pada masyarakat sangat baik tehadap pasien BPJS, maka akan semakin banyak peserta BPJS yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan berbagi informasi kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat dari BPJS Kesehatan melayani Poli Umum, Poli Gigi, Instalasi Farmasi, Ahli Gizi, Rawat Jalan dan Bersalin. Berdasarkan permasalahan di masa yang akan datang seperti lama waktu layanan di loket penerimaan pasien yang diterima pasien lebih lama dari waktu estimasi yang ada pada SOP klinik yaitu 10 menit, petugas klinik harus berprilaku 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun) pada saat melayani pasien, proses pengambilan obat yang memakan waktu lama setelah pasien selesai melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, pihak puskesmas harus memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan keinginan dan memahami kebutuhan pasien, tenaga medis dan petugas lainnya, serta dapat membantu jika ada permasalahan pasien, tenaga medis melakukan tindakan secara tepat dan cepat, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan klinik. Hasil dari perhitungan jawaban realita dan harapan pasien/responden Puskesmas Gambir Baru terhadap 16 pertanyaan, hasil rekomendasi keputusan adalah 4 atribut harus ditingkatkan dan 12 atribut lagi harus dipertahankan dari 201 responden- pasien/pasien di Puskesmas Gambir.               Kata kunci: berbasis web; kepuasan pasien bpjs; metode servqual.

Abstract

Analisis  Real adalah salah satu mata kuliah yang diberikan pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika yang didesain dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis lesson study dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas  perkuliahan  Analisis Real mahasiswa. Kegiatan Lesson study pada mata kuliah Analisis Real  dimulai dari plan (perencanaan), Do (pelaksanaan) dan See (Refleksi). Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat kualitas perkuliahan Analisis Real mahasiswa melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif berbasis lesson study. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kajian literatur, peneliti mencari data dari jurnal yang relevan mengenai model pembelajaran kooperatif  lesson Study dalam meningkatkan perkuliahan Analisis Real yang kemudian dikaji dan dilampirkan pada bagian hasil dan pembahasan hingga menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Dari hasil pengamatan dari beberapa jurnal yang relavan ternyata bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis lesson study dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan kualitas perkuliahan Analisis Real pada mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. ABSTRACT Real Analysis is one of the courses given to students in the mathematics education study program which is designed in a cooperative learning model based on lesson study and can improve the quality of students' Real Analysis lectures. Lesson study activities in the Real Analysis course start from plan (planning), Do (implementation) and See (Reflection). The aim of this research is to see the quality of students' Real Analysis lectures through a cooperative learning model based on lesson study. The method used in this research is literature review, the researcher looks for data from relevant journals regarding the lesson study cooperative learning model in improving Real Analysis lectures which is then studied and attached to the results and discussion section to produce a conclusion. From the results of observations from several relevant journals, it turns out that the cooperative learning model based on lesson study can increase the activity and quality of Real Analysis lectures for mathematics education students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of mediation of innovation in the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, technological orientation and intensity of competition on the performance of MSMEs by Muslim women who cultivate melinjo in the village of Menes Pandeglang, Banten. This research uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis tools in the form of smartpls 4.0. This study used a sampling technique in the form of quota sampling as many as 62 female entrepreneurs who processed melinjo. The results of this study found that there was an influence of entrepreneurial orientation and technology on innovation but different results on the intensity of competition. Other results explain that the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on performance but technology orientation and competition intensity have no effect on performance. The role of mediation has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation and technology on performance but has no effect on the intensity of competition. This research focuses on the role of women in improving the performance of MSMEs processed melinjo. In addition, the focus of this research is on the village of Menes, which is one of the villages in Pandegelang, Banten. The novelty in this study is that apart from the object of research, it is also a research model that has never been studied before.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and improve transparency and accountability in the preparation of financial reports at the Hamzah Ludin Child Social Welfare Institution (PSAA), located at Jl. Kutianyir, Simpang Baringin Tumbang, Kenagarian Kubang, Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, by referring to ISAK 335. ISAK 335 is a standard that provides guidelines for preparing financial statements for social institutions, which often face challenges in understanding and applying the correct accounting principles. The main issue raised in this study is the difficulty faced by PSAA Hamzah Ludin in preparing financial reports in accordance with ISAK 335, caused by the lack of understanding among the management regarding the correct accounting standards and the relevance of their application in the context of social institutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with the primary data collection technique being in-depth interviews with the management of PSAA Hamzah Ludin. The interviews were conducted using two approaches: structured and semi-structured interviews, to explore in more detail the recording and presentation of financial reports at the institution. The findings indicate that despite initial understanding challenges, the implementation of ISAK 335 can improve the quality of financial reports at PSAA Hamzah Ludin. The application of this standard can enhance transparency and accountability, as well as strengthen financial management at the social institution. This study also provides several strategic recommendations, including training for the management on the appropriate accounting standards, to facilitate PSAA Hamzah Ludin in preparing financial reports that are more in line with applicable regulations and improve the overall performance of the institution.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines a key challenge in Audiovisual Translation (AVT): balancing technical constraints with the stylistic fidelity required to represent characters with distinctive communicative traits, focusing on Dr. Shaun Murphy, a character with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in The Good Doctor (2017). The study analyzes English source dialogues and their Indonesian subtitles across seasons 1–4, employing a descriptive qualitative method with a stylistic approach. The analysis identifies the types and functions of repetition, the translation techniques used, and subtitle quality based on accuracy, acceptability, and readability. Expert focus group discussions were conducted to validate the findings. Results show that deletion, reduction, and discursive creation frequently remove repetitions, reducing emotional nuance and weakening ASD-related speech features, thus diminishing character distinctiveness. Conversely, preserving repetitions maintains character integrity and enhances subtitle quality. Theoretically, this study contributes to AVT by highlighting the importance of stylistic fidelity in translating neurodivergent discourse and recognizing repetition as a marker of character identity. Practically, the findings underscore the need for preservation-oriented techniques to prevent character erasure and to support authentic representation of ASD characters.
