Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this study was to develop learning media based on Adobe Flash CS4 chemistry to produce a decent learning media on the subject of chemical bonding that is developed based on the feasibility aspect of design, pedagogy, content, ease of use in Chemical Education Program. This media development research using ADDIE model of which has 5 stages of development, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Model development is modified by the only research to the development phase (development). Results of research-based instructional media development Adobe Flash CS4 on the subject of chemical bonds that have been validated by a validator to be feasible with an average percentage of 97.45% and 91.37%. This indicates that the learning generated media fit for use as a medium of learning.

Abstract

Abstract: The research about the learning cell type of cooperative learning model has been conducted in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to improve the student achievement on the topic solubility and constant solubility product (Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan Ksp) in class XI SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with experiment design randomized control group pretest-posttest. Sample of the research consisted of two classes, a class XI MIA2 as an experimental class (implemented the learning cell type of cooperative learning model) and class XI MIA1 as the control class (without the learning cell type of cooperative learning model). T-test was used as analysis technique. Based on the data analysis obtained t > t table i.e 3.63 > 1.66, meaning that the application of the learning cell type of cooperative learning model can improve the student achievement on the subject solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp) in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The improvement of the student achievement category (N-Gain) as high as 0.82.Keywords: Student Achievement, The Leraning Cell Type Of Cooperative Learning Model, solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp).

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The research were implemented in SMAN 9 Pekanbaru started at beggining May until June 2015. Population of this research is class X1 until class X4. The research is using randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The Analysis technique used normality Liliefors to see same variance samples. After doing normality and Homogeneity test. The samples of this research were the students of class X1 as the experimental class and students of class X3 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media Exe Learning while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data dk (34 +34)-2 =66 and α= 0,05 obtained ttable 1,66 and tcount 4,29. tcount> ttable is 4,29>1.66, means  that the application of media Exe Learning can improve student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,70. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,58. Keywords : Achievement of Learning, Exe Learning, Hidrokarbon

Abstract

Abstract:The research aims to improve student learning achievementon the topic of colloid in XI science class of SMAN 2 Tambang by implementation of discovery learning model. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of two classes, class XI science 3 as an experimental class and class XI science 4 as the control class is determined randomly after normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental class is a class that is applied of discovery learning while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount>ttable is 3,52> 1,66 means that the implementation of discovery learning model can improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in XI science class of SMAN 2 Tambang. The result show that the average n-gain ternormalisasi in control class was 0,58 and eksperiment class was 0,75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis SSCS pada Materi Asam dan Basa. Penelitian dirancang mengacu pada desain penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Plomp. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi dan angket respon pengguna. Validasi dilakukan oleh 3 orang validator dan diperoleh hasil validasi pada aspek kelayakan isi, karakteristik SSCS, kebahasaan, sajian dan kegrafisan berturut-turut yaitu sebesar 92,71%, 91,67%, 96,67%, 97,22% dan 95,83% dengan kategori valid. Uji one to one dilakukan pada 6 orang peserta didik, LKPD mampu dikerjakan oleh peserta didik dengan baik, diperoleh waktu pengerjaan LKPD serta saran dan komentar peserta didik terhadap LKPD. Hasil penilaian LKPD dari sisi pengguna yaitu 20 orang peserta didik diperoleh persentase sebesar 90,45% dan penilaian oleh 2 orang guru kimia diperoleh persentase sebesar 93,42% dengan criteria sangat baik, artinya LKPD yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditujukan guna mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis ICARE pada pokok bahasan sistem koloid untuk kelas XI SMA/MA sederajat. LKPD berbasis ICARE sebagai objek penelitian tersebut dirancang dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan tahapan model pembelajaran ICARE. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi dan angket respons pengguna. Luaran penelitian berupa LKPD berbasis ICARE dinyatakan valid berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi, karakteristik ICARE, kebahasaan, penyajian, dan kegrafisan berturut-turut yaitu 89,81%, 91,67%, 95%, 97,92%, 100%. LKPD berbasis ICARE diuji cobakan kepada guru kimia sebanyak 3 orang dan 20 orang peserta didik dengan perolehan persentase masing-masing sebesar 91,02% dan 80,96% berada pada kriteria sangat baik. LKPD berbasis ICARE yang dikembangkan telah valid dan dapat digunakan pada materi sistem koloid.

Abstract

This research is an innovation in the development of teaching materials that adapt 21st century learning, which focuses on the implementation of the development of science and technology. Therefore can be use to integrate of science technology based learning to improve the quality of individual competencies in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The purpose is to produce integrated STEM E-modul on Acid Base Material. The research instruments were validation sheets and user response questionnaires. Validation has been assessed by the validator team with aspects of content, language, presentation, STEM and graphics. The trial was conducted at four high schools in Pekanbaru. The results percentage of the validation data considered as very valid. While the percentage of graphic aspects and software utilization considered as very valid. Then the percentage of the teacher response questionnaire considered as very good. The research results from the development of an integrated acid-base STEM e-module with 3D Pageflip Professional show that the e-module developed is feasible and valid to increase the involvement of students active roles, especially to train students scientific attitudes, interests and motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTelah dibuat sediaan film sambung silang kitosan-sitrat yang mengandung verapamil hidroklorida. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengkarakterisasi film kitosan-sitrat yang disambung silang pada pH 4, 5, 7, membandingkan karakteristikfilm kitosan sitrat dengan film kitosan tripolifosfat, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pH natrium sitrat terhadap karakteristikfilm sambung silang kitosan-sitrat. Film dibuat dengan memvariasikan pH larutan natrium sitrat 4% yaitu pH 4, 5, dan 7.Sambung silang sitrat dibuat dengan menggunakan metode perendaman dan film dibuat dengan menggunakan metodepenguapan pelarut. Film yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi meliputi analisis dengan FT-IR, evaluasi organoleptis, ketebalan,keragaman bobot, keseragaman kandungan, kadar air, ketahanan pelipatan, sifat mekanik, derajat pengembangan, danpelepasan obat. Karakteristik film kitosan-sitrat yang dihasilkan dibandingkan dengan karakteristik film kitosantripolifosfat.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pH natrium sitrat mempengaruhi karakteristik film sambung silang kitosansitrat.Peningkatan pH larutan sitrat menyebabkan peningkatan persen kekuatan tarik dan penurunkan persen elongasi. Nilaikekuatan tarik tertinggi dan elongasi terendah dihasilkan oleh film kitosan-tripolifosfat, sedangkan persentase kumulatifpelepasan obat verapamil HCl terendah dihasilkan oleh film kitosan-sitrat pH 5.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang uji aktivitas antioksidan DPPH dan aktivitas terhadap Artemia Salina Leach ekstrak etanol 96% daun seledri (Apium graveolens L.). Bahan uji adalah daun seledri (Apium graveolens L.) dikenal sebagai penambah aroma pada masakan dan manfaat lainnya yaitu sebagai penangkapan radikal bebas. Hasil penapisan fitokimia pada serbuk daun seledri (Apium graveolens L.) menunjukkan adanya kandungan kimia seperti flavonoid, saponin dan minyak atsiri. Pembuatan ekstrak dilakukan dengan cara maserasi serbuk daun seledri didalam pelarut etanol 96% selama 3 x 24 jam. Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil) dan aktivitas terhadap Artemia Salina Leach dengan metode BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethalily Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak etanol 96% daun seledri (Apium graveolens L.) mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan dengan IC50 sebesar 179,10 bpj dan bersifat toksik terhadap larva udang Artemia Salina Leach dengan nilai LC50 sebesar 27,5 bpj.

Abstract

Abstract: This Research aims to develop Student Worksheet Based on Problem Based Learning in Thermochemistry of Chemistry in Senior High School Subject in terms of valid based on the feasibility aspect of content, characteristics of problem based learning, serve, language, and graphic. This type of research is research and development (R and D) with reference to the development process of 4-D model. The subject of this research is student worksheet based on problem based learning. Instrument of data collection are validation and data collection technique given by three validators. Analysis of data obtained by the validity of aspect of content is 91.67% with valid category, the validity of characteristics of problem based learning is 96.67 with valid category, aspect of serve is 91,67% with valid category, the validity of aspect of language is 83,33% with valid category and validity of aspect of graphic is 89,58% with valid category. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that student worksheet based on problem based learning declared valid and can be used in Senior High School.
