Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development, inhibiting factors in village development, and village development in an Islamic economic perspective. The research methodology used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management in Sijabut Teratai village of 80.87%, including in the category of quite effective. Factors that hinder the effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development include land acquisition for residents, electricity poles, large trees and weather constraints. The effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development according to an Islamic economic perspective has five foundations for Islamic development. Islamic development describes five foundations, namely monotheism, caliphate, justice, tazkiyyah and al-falah. Village development is closely related to Islamic economics which can be linked to monotheism, namely the development carried out aimed at meeting the needs of the village community to assist the community in carrying out activities. The caliphate is closely related to the development carried out by the village with the aim of community welfare including the human function as caliph. Justice is closely related to development, namely the development carried out in the village of Sijabut Teratai does not only focus on one hamlet, but in every hamlet. Tazkiyyah relates to the development carried out by the village as the responsibility of the village government which has been given a mandate by the central government. And Al-Falah relates to the success that has been achieved by the village because it has succeeded in carrying out development that leads to community welfare.

Abstract

Limited sales activities have prevented a number of industries from developing properly. The size of the mobility and the liberalization of buying and selling, caused several parties to innovate to expand the market. The existence of E-Commerce can be a goal to produce a system that can provide convenience in introducing a product that you want to market. Expanding the reach of market share and ways to increase sales mobility by using ways to build an interactive communication relationship with consumers (customers). The results of the E-Commerce system design are expected to be able to display various information about the products sold by manufacturers. The E-Commerce sales system no longer only focuses on the local community, but can also serve foreign markets because of its unlimited reach through social media. The E-Commerce system makes it easy for visitors, in this case e-Commerce is designed to have a contribution in order to be able to solve problems to provide guaranteed information services that are closer to consumers (customers), display certain messages in providing directions to visitors, prospective buyers can make the order process, payment can be via transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal, and payment confirmation that has been made can be via contact person or via email. This fact can expand the reach of market share and also foster global competitiveness because the sales system is no longer limited to certain regions

Abstract

This research is to find out the procedures for filing unit link insurance product claims at PT AJS Bumiputera Medan branch and to find out the SWOT analysis of submitting unit link product insurance claims PT AJS Bumiputera 1912 Medan branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the procedure for submitting unit link product insurance claims at PT AJS Bumiputera? 2) How is the SWOT analysis of the submission of unit link product claims at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branch. This research uses qualitative methods, and the research approach used is direct research conducted by interviewing companies. In this study the authors used document research by collecting data and information through document archives. And using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This research is that the results of a SWOT analysis of the insurance claim procedure for unit linked products. By using SO, WO, ST, and WT. The procedure provided by the company is very clear and makes it very easy for the insured. Claim procedures can make claims division easier, however, not all participants understand the applicable procedures. Settlement of claims for the company's decision-making process in collaboration with the police to facilitate the claims division with surveys to locations to find facts.

Abstract

This nation's graduates not only compete with their own country but also with foreign countries who can easily work in Indonesia so it is important for every individual who is ready to work in Indonesia to have good hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy. This research was conducted to find out the relationship between Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Self-Efficacy and Work Readiness. The respondents of this research were FEB University students in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 97 people. To process the data, data analysis from this research used SPSS, the type of data taken was primary data taken directly by the researcher. Secondary data can be obtained from relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles on the internet. This research concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Hard Skills (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X3) on work readiness (Y). However, there is no significant influence between Soft Skills (X2) on Work Readiness (Y). Hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy together have a significant positive effect on the work readiness of FEB Final Year students in Higher Education in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the teaching strategies that used by the teacher in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text in X grade of SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk. The participant of this is research is an English teacher who has been teaching for about 18 years in SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk. A descriptive qualitative design was employed in this research by using semi-structured interview and observation as the technique of data collection. The findings of the research showed that the teacher used two strategies in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text they were small group discussion strategy and Questions and Answers Relationship (QnAR) strategy. The teacher used small group discussion strategy in helping students to get the same opportunity to understand the material. Another strategy was Questions and Answers Relationship (QnAR) strategy used in order to obtain students’ critical thinking. Furthermore, QnAR strategy was used in measuring and knowing students’ understanding about the material. In addition, the finding showed that these strategies gave good impact to influence students’ reading comprehension ability of narrative text. It can be seen from the teaching learning process and the score of the individual evaluation test.

Abstract

Surety Bond is an agreement between two parties, namely surety and principal. In this agreement, the surety submits a guarantee to the principal for the benefit of the obligee. If the principal fails or neglects to fulfil its obligations in accordance with the agreement with the obligee, the surety is responsible to the obligee to fulfil the principal's obligations. The purpose of this research is about the mechanism and application of surety bond principles in minimising the problems that will occur. The approach used in this research is qualitative analysis with descriptive method, which is intended to understand how the phenomenon experienced by the object of research. The results of this study explain that PT Bumiputeramuda General Insurance 1967 is one of the companies that has a surety bond product with a good implementation mechanism and applies several principles, namely the principle of togetherness, the principle of a three-party agreement, the principle of attachment, the principle of limitation of liability, the principle of legal defence, the principle of indemnity, the principle of additional / complementary contracts. This research also has implications for researchers and academics in the field of insurance. The findings of this research can be a reference material for further research on surety bond insurance products. In addition, this research can also be an input for academics to develop an educational curriculum on surety bond insurance products.

Abstract

E-commerce is a contact of trade transactions between the seller and the buyer by using internet media. The advantage gained by using transactions through E-commerce is to increase revenue by using online sales that are cheaper and also at the same time operational costs such as paper, catalog printing can be minimized Big online business companies in Indonesia, such as bukalapak.com olx.co.id, lazad com, and the like have started to reap profits. Online business becomes an exciting business, not just for its founders, but for users, as well as buyers. To increase sales turnover E-commerce company utilize brand community in social media in face of increasingly competitive competition, main factor in brand community is formation of communication. The communication relationship does not need to be active but at least its existence can be determined. This means that the communication that occurs can be through social media.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, e-commerce telah menjadi salah satu industri terbesar di dunia berkat penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI). E-commerce memungkinkan bisnis beroperasi daring, memberikan kemudahan akses, dan meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi produk. Namun, tantangan kompleks juga muncul seiring dengan kebutuhan akan integrasi TI yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyelidiki perubahan drastis dalam e-commerce sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan TI. Penggunaan TI memungkinkan jangkauan global, penghematan biaya operasional, peningkatan kepadatan informasi, dan pengiriman produk yang lebih cepat. Penggunaan TI juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui informasi yang lebih akurat, keputusan pembelian yang lebih informasional, dan penyesuaian produk yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang dampak positif TI pada e-commerce, mencerminkan transformasi signifikan dalam proses bisnis, pengalaman pelanggan, dan keberhasilan e-commerce secara keseluruhan. Dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di era digital, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi peran krusial TI sebagai fondasi kesuksesan masa depan dalam perdagangan online.

Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara adalah kemampuan siswa untuk mencapai makna melalui kata-kata tentang ide siswa. Adapun untuk mengajarkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab bukanlah hal yang mudah, guru membutuhkan metode yang tepat agar siswa dapat memahaminya dengan mudah. Metode IEQIE merupakan metode yang dirancang dengan dua landasan pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan komunikatif dan pendekatan permisif. Modalitas ini bisa ideal jika didukung oleh otoritas guru terhadap metode yang berbeda sehingga mereka dapat mengambil secara tepat kekuatan dari masing-masing metode dan menyesuaikannya dengan kebutuhan program pelatihan yang ditangani. Kegiatan implementasi metode IEQIE untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara santriwati Dayah Putri Muslimat Samalanga Bireuen khususnya untuk santriwati Mabna Lughah berhasil dilaksanakan. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode baru ini diharapkan agar dapat terus berkelanjutan. Sehingga dapat memaksimalkan hasil kegiatan ini. Para pengajar dan penasehat di Mabna Lughah diharapkan tetap konsisten dan disiplin dalam menerapkan metode ini. Dan juga terus memperbaiki kekurangan dalam kegiatan ini.
