Abstract

Limited sales activities have prevented a number of industries from developing properly. The size of the mobility and the liberalization of buying and selling, caused several parties to innovate to expand the market. The existence of E-Commerce can be a goal to produce a system that can provide convenience in introducing a product that you want to market. Expanding the reach of market share and ways to increase sales mobility by using ways to build an interactive communication relationship with consumers (customers). The results of the E-Commerce system design are expected to be able to display various information about the products sold by manufacturers. The E-Commerce sales system no longer only focuses on the local community, but can also serve foreign markets because of its unlimited reach through social media. The E-Commerce system makes it easy for visitors, in this case e-Commerce is designed to have a contribution in order to be able to solve problems to provide guaranteed information services that are closer to consumers (customers), display certain messages in providing directions to visitors, prospective buyers can make the order process, payment can be via transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal, and payment confirmation that has been made can be via contact person or via email. This fact can expand the reach of market share and also foster global competitiveness because the sales system is no longer limited to certain regions

Abstract

This research is to find out the procedures for filing unit link insurance product claims at PT AJS Bumiputera Medan branch and to find out the SWOT analysis of submitting unit link product insurance claims PT AJS Bumiputera 1912 Medan branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the procedure for submitting unit link product insurance claims at PT AJS Bumiputera? 2) How is the SWOT analysis of the submission of unit link product claims at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branch. This research uses qualitative methods, and the research approach used is direct research conducted by interviewing companies. In this study the authors used document research by collecting data and information through document archives. And using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This research is that the results of a SWOT analysis of the insurance claim procedure for unit linked products. By using SO, WO, ST, and WT. The procedure provided by the company is very clear and makes it very easy for the insured. Claim procedures can make claims division easier, however, not all participants understand the applicable procedures. Settlement of claims for the company's decision-making process in collaboration with the police to facilitate the claims division with surveys to locations to find facts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the behavior of Muslim SMEs in Indonesia towards the use of fintech lending. This study compares the acceptance of Muslim MSMEs towards fintech lending with sharia principles and conventional fintech lending. Researchers use the UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) approach, to find out the factors / determinations of fintech, especially peer to lending. The analytical method of the UTAUT 2 research model used by the authors in this study uses quantitative methods to measure user acceptance of peer to peer fintech and test hypotheses about the factors that influence user acceptance of peer to peer fintech codes. By using a quantitative approach, methods of collecting and analyzing data are needed to complete this research. Data collection was carried out by conducting a questionnaire survey and data analysis using path analysis for statistical analysis with PLS-SEM. The results of this study state that of the 12 variables, some have a positive and significant effect and some have no effect on the use of fintech lending application services for Muslim MSMEs in Indonesia. Then Fintech Lending Syariah has been used by MSMEs in Indonesia, but has not been able to dominate because there are still many Muslim MSMEs in Indonesia who are not aware of the existence of sharia services in fintech lending applications. Abstract

E-Commerce adalah penyebaran penjualan, pembelian, serta pemasaran barang atau jasa yang mengandalkan sistem elektronik, seperti internet, tv, dan jaringan teknologi lainnya. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan inovasi yang tinggi oleh para pengusaha membuat laju bisnis e- commerce semakin cepat dan dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan usaha korporasi lain yang tidak mengandalkan e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahwa perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia memiliki potensi pasar yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk mencoba menjelaskan hal-hal berdasarkan bukti yang ada dan mempertimbangkan segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan topik yang sedang dibahas. Studi ini mengambil informasinya dari sumber sekunder seperti buku online dan jurnal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi kualitatif. Analisis tekstual kualitatif penelitian ini didasarkan pada buku dan jurnal yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini. Prediksi pertumbuhan startup/ bisnis berbasis online di Indonesia akan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun karena dinamika pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi informasi berbasis online.

Abstract

Antiinflammatory activity of ethyl acetate extracts of the leaves of plant Akar Kaik-kaik Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr on white male rats. This research examined the quality of crude drugs and extracts ethyl acetate. It is intended to obtain raw materials which can ultimately ensure uniform pharmacologic effect. Antiinflammatory activity of the ethyl acetate extract were tested using the method of paw edema against white male rats. The research were 15 rats mile which divided into 5 groups. Negative control (Na CMC 1%), positive control (Na diklofenak dose 4,5 mg/kgBB) and extract group ethyl acetat with the dose 100, 200 and 400 mg/kgBB given orally. The volume measurement after subcutaneous injection caragen 1% performed with one hour interval for 5 hours assessing with pletysmometer and calculated the inhibition persen. The result of this study showed that the quality of crude drugs and extract ethyl acetate meet the specified requirements Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia. Ethyl acetate extract has significant anti-inflammatory effects to the negative control at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kgBB while against the positive control did not differ significantly white male rats.

Abstract

In this study, a cytotoxic test of the root bark extract of kaik-kaik (Uncaria cordata)(Lour.)Merr was carried out using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. The root bark extract of kaik-kaik (Uncaria cordata) (Lour.) Merr was obtained by maceration using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol as solvents. The effect of each extract was identified on the percentage of mortality of Artemia salina Leach larvae and a probit analysis was calculated. The results showed that the three extracts provided cytotoxic activity with active categories with LC50 respectively, namely, 45.28 ug / ml, 55.08 ug / ml, 47.09 ug / ml which could be used as candidates for anti-cancer drugs

Abstract

Remote Working work system at Pt Pelindo Regional I Belawan, and measure the comparison of employee productivity. This research uses a comparative qualitative approach with a focus on individuals and research subjects. Data collection methods used include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data interpretation is carried out in stages, starting from data collection, data reduction, until reaching the final conclusion. Research findings show that implementing this work system has a significant impact. Employee productivity experienced a decline at the start of Covid-19 in 2020-2021 and improved again in 2022-2023 and received this category. From employee evaluation data each year including work results, time discipline, competence, attitudes, knowledge and skills required, Pt Pelindo Regional I Belawan has succeeded in facilitating employees with adequate technology so that employee productivity in implementing the Remote Working system increases.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an absolute requirement for learning and has an importance in providing enthusiasm for learning, for this reason, efforts are needed by teachers to foster student learning motivation. One of them is by applying the Project Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to apply the Project Based Learning learning model in an effort to increase student learning motivation in entrepreneurship workshop subjects with gold thread embroidery fan material and to determine the increase in student learning motivation in class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah. The research sample was students of class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah with 35 students. Data collection was obtained through observation of learning activities and tests. The results of the study obtained learning activities in cycle I with an average value of 4.32 (86%) including in the category of excellent, for the results of learning motivation in cycle I with an average value of 91.14% has reached the set target of 80%, then for the results of the final post-test of the cycle I with individual completeness (86%) has reached the completeness criteria of 80%. The research conclusion is that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model can increase student learning motivation. Therefore, the application of Project Based Learning can be applied to other learning.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of digital marketing in the Lazada application to build brand awareness. By utilizing social media as a digital marketing strategy. The study uses qualitative methods by collecting data from several journal and book sources with the Literature Review method. The results of the study indicate that Brand Awareness is very necessary in the company, with the implementation of strong Brand Awareness it will have a positive impact on the company because consumer awareness of a brand greatly influences the success of a company. This study concludes that Lazada has implemented several marketing strategies to increase Brand Awareness to introduce their products such as; brand ambassadors, advertising promotions, competitor research, providing promotions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements in operational assistance funds (BOS). To find out about the management and implementation at SDN 019 Bonan Dolok. It is in accordance with the regulations implemented. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation directly with related parties. The subject of this research was the 019 Bonan Dolok State Elementary School, and those interviewed were the school principal, treasurer and secretary. The object of this research was the BOS fund report at 019 Bonan Dolok Elementary School. The data analysis technique used in this research uses three methods, namely data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results of the research show that the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements of BOS funds is quite good, and the management of BOS funds is also quite good, starting from planning, use, implementation and accountability. Then the implementation of the accounting information system in cash receipts and disbursements of BOS funds has also been implemented well by the school.
