Abstract

In the field of sports coaching, research urgently needed that is closely related to achievement. Specifically, in the field of sports psychology, there is still a great need for research that specifically examines ideas that can be used as input for those who need them. The purpose of this study is to examine developments regarding sports psychology research, especially aspects of psychology that are currently developing rapidly through a bibliometric approach using a computerized mapping analysis application using VOSviewer. Apart from that, this research hopes to identify existing research trends in the field of sports psychology. Various article data obtained were sourced from Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish Reference Manager application. The keywords used to guide the search process in this research are “Psychological Aspects on Athletes”. During the search, the author found 988 articles relevant to the keyword. The articles obtained came from a span of 10 years, namely 2012-2022, and came from various journals and publishers. If explained one by one the published articles related to the psychological aspects of athletes from year to year will be obtained as follows: 55 articles in 2012, 62 articles in 2013, 69 articles in 2014, 73 articles in 2015, 73 articles in 2016, 74 articles in 2017, 89 articles in 2018, 119 articles in 2019, 140 articles in 2020, 132 articles in 2021 and 102 articles in 2022. Judging from the data, it can be seen that there has been an increase and decrease from year to year and we checked all of this using VOSviewer. The results of this study will help future researchers regarding sports psychology, especially aspects of psychology in sports, in finding sources, studies, and theories that are relevant to their research. However, this research still has limitations in using the application, so it is recommended to use other applications that make it possible to obtain further results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kom­pe­tensi, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru dengan iklim organisasi sebagai variabel intervening di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pemalang. Teknik pemilihan sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh. Res­ponden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 guru. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah partial least square (PLS). Hasil analisis data mem­buk­ti­kan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, moti­vasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, komitmen organi­sasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, iklim Or­ga­­nisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi ber­pe­nga­ruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signi­fi­kan ter­hadap kinerja guru, komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh sig­ni­fi­kan ter­hadap kinerja guru, iklim organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, iklim organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, iklim organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The Pancasila is five life principals of Indonesian and it has been crafted from the ancestor. The Indonesian independence fighters had been trying to create the Pancasila and now it is officially the Indonesian life principals. As the teachers, the Pancasila are compulsory to be taught and delivered to the schools in all levels including elementary schools. One of the main issues among teachers across Indonesia is that it is difficult to transfer Pancasila values to the students because it is considered to be character and it needs a habit to measure how student understand about the values. The aim of this study is to provide a teaching method for elementary school students when learning Pancasila values through the storybook. The values of Pancasila is closely related to the moral of Indonesian. The method used in this research is mix method with Research and Development (R&D) approach and also using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model. This model is designed to create a new learning model for delivering Pancasila values to the students. The data has been collected from 30 students, and one elementary school teachers. The techniques used is questionnaires, interview, and classroom observation. The finding shows that the storybook is effectively used to transform the knowledge of Pancasila values to the students and one of the book called “sahabat toleransi” or a tolerance friends shows that having a friends can be part of Pancasila values. Therefore, it can be concluded that Pancasila values can be taught through some other ways and the picture storybook can be an option for the teachers to teach about it.

Abstract

Selayaknya yang kita ketahui, air laut merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam terbesar yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu pada beton maupun mortar. Mortar merupakan material berwujud pasta yang terbuat dari pasir, air dan semen. Saat ini mortar dapat dimodifikasi dengan FABA (fly ash dan bottom ash). Namun hasil modifikasi mortar tersebut memungkinkan terjadinya perbedaan mutu pada mortar, sehingga perlu penambahan zat aditif berupa Sikament LN untuk mendongkrak mutu mortar. Dari penelitian yang bersifat eksperimental ini diketahui bahwa penambahan Sikament LN dengan dosis 0%, 0,5%, 1,5% dan 2,5% dari berat semen dengan perendaman air laut yang memiliki kadar garam 3,2% dapat mempengaruhi nilai kuat tekan mortar. Nilai kuat tekan rata-rata tertinggi untuk mortar FABA umur 28 hari yang direndam air tawar dengan dosis Sikament LN 2,5% yakni 20,45 MPa. Sedangkan pada mortar FABA umur 28 hari dengan penambahan Sikament 2,5% yang direndam dengan air laut, nilai kuat tekannya menurun menjadi sebesar 20 MPa.

Abstract

Inflation is a major challenge faced by many countries, especially amid rising global energy prices. This increase has the potential to disrupt people's purchasing power and economic stability. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies in dealing with inflation triggered by fluctuations in energy prices. The study used a mixed approach with quantitative analysis through multiple linear regression on secondary data from three countries (Indonesia, Brazil, Germany) and in-depth interviews with 12 economists to obtain a qualitative perspective. The results of the analysis show that energy prices have a significant impact on inflation (b3 = 0.75, p < 0.001), and fiscal policies, such as subsidies, can ease the burden of inflation. Coordination between fiscal and monetary policies has proven crucial to achieve economic stability. It was found that 75% of respondents agreed that policy integration can increase effectiveness in tackling inflation. The study concludes that a synergistic approach between fiscal and monetary policy is urgently needed to confront complex inflation challenges amid energy market uncertainty. This research contributes by providing a comprehensive framework for integrating fiscal and monetary policies to effectively manage inflation driven by rising global energy prices.

Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja perawat merupakan unsur penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas di rumah sakit. Jumlah dan peran perawat yang dominan di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan menjadi bukti riilnya. Terwujudnya layanan keperawatan yang berkualitas harus didukung oleh kepala ruang dalam memberikan keteladanan, kemampuan berkomunikasi, dan konsiderasi. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh keteladanan, komunikasi, dan konsiderasi kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit tipe C di Kabupaten Jember. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di dua rumah sakit tipe C di Kabupaten Jember. Sampel penelitian 128 perawat pelaksana menggunakan rumus Slovin, secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria masa kerja minimal 1 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden. Variabel independen adalah keteladanan, komunikasi, dan konsiderasi kepala ruang. Variabel dependen adalah kinerja perawat pelaksana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya dan reliabilitasnya, dan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier ganda a= 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keteladanan, komunikasi dan konsiderasi kepala ruang rawat inap berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan (pvalue= 0,000; a= 0,05). Keteladanan, komunikasi dan konsiderasi kepala ruang rawat inap berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Kata kunci: kepala ruang, keteladanan, kinerja, komunikasi, konsiderasi, perawat pelaksana   Abstract The performance of nurses plays a crucial role in delivering quality health services in hospitals, and their dominant presence at the health service level provides tangible evidence. This study aims to determine the effect of exemplary, communication, and consideration of the head nurse with the performance of inpatient room nurses in type c hospitals in Jember. This study employed a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach, focusing on associate nurses of two type C hospital. The sample consisted of 128 associate nurses, determined using the Slovin formula and selected through purposive sampling based on a minimum one-year working experience and willingness to participate as respondents. The study examined the impact of exemplary communication and consideration by head nurses on the performance of associate nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, and data analysis using multiple linear regression statistical test a= 0.05. The results showed that exemplary, communication and consideration of the head of the inpatient room affect the performance of associate nurses in providing nursing care (pvalue= 0.000; a= 0.05). Exemplary, communication and consideration of the head of the inpatient ward have an important role in improving nurse performance. Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) 's rapid adoption in agriculture transforms labor efficiency, especially in agri-tech firms. This study explores the role of AI in enhancing labor productivity from the perspectives of human resource (HR) managers in the sector. The primary objective is to understand how AI technologies influence labor allocation, management practices, and workforce adaptation. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with HR managers in agri-tech firms. Thematic analysis was applied to interpret the data, highlighting key trends in AI implementation. Results show that AI significantly reduces manual labor in repetitive tasks like crop monitoring and irrigation, allowing firms to reallocate human resources to higher-value roles. However, challenges such as employee resistance, skill gaps, and high implementation costs were also reported. HR strategies, including phased AI implementation and extensive training programs, have effectively managed workforce transitions. The study concludes that AI is vital for improving labor efficiency in agriculture, but its full potential requires careful management of human resources to mitigate resistance and enhance technical proficiency. These findings offer practical implications for HR managers and policymakers aiming to integrate AI sustainably into agricultural labor practices

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies presents a significant opportunity for improving agricultural practices, particularly in resource-limited zones. Augmented Reality (AR) offers farmers an innovative real-time soil health assessment solution, enabling them to make informed decisions about irrigation, fertilization, and crop management. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AR-based soil health assessment tool tailored for smallholder farmers. A qualitative research approach was employed, using in-depth interviews and field observations with 20 farmers from rural agricultural areas. The tool provided real-time data on critical soil parameters, including moisture, nutrient levels, and pH balance. Results indicate that the AR tool significantly improved farmers’ ability to manage soil health, leading to more efficient water usage and optimized fertilizer application. However, challenges such as internet connectivity and digital literacy barriers were observed. Overall, the tool was found to be a valuable asset in promoting sustainable farming practices in low-resource areas. Future research should explore offline functionalities and broader applications of AR technology in agriculture.

Abstract

Pulau Jawa adalah salah satu pulau di Indonesia, yang merupakan wilayah seismik aktif dengan populasi padat, terutama di Kabupaten Indramayu yang rentan terhadap likuefaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi kekurangan data lokal mengenai likuefaksi di wilayah tersebut, yang memiliki karakteristik geoteknik unik. Dengan menggunakan Metode Simplified Procedure serta pendekatan emprris untuk estimasi penurunan pasca likuefaksi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor keamanan terhadap likuefaksi dan potensi kerusakan. Hasil menunjukkan faktor keamanan < 1 di BH-1 (6,5 -20,5 meter) dan BH-2 (0 - 18 meter), dengan estimasi penurunan pasca-likuefaksi sebesar 81,76 cm di BH-2 dan 132,8 cm di BH-1. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kondisi lapisan tanah di Kabupaten Indramayu, perencanaan tanggap bencana yang lebih baik dan perencanaan teknis yang tepat diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko fenomena likuefaksi secara efektif.

Abstract

This study examines aspects of visual design and game element concepts within the framework of enhancing the learning experience and student motivation. The focus is on traditional Al-Qur'an education, where learning is often textual and monologic, thus tending to decrease student learning motivation. This article develops a theoretical framework for the gamification of Al-Qur'an learning that integrates interactive visual elements to improve student engagement. The research method is a literature review based on Design-Based Research (DBR), a research paradigm that systematically designs, develops, and evaluates practical solutions. The results of the study produce a gamification design that considers Islamic values and the characteristic needs of the digital generation. The proposed framework includes a needs-based adaptive process, the utilization of digital platforms, and the strengthening of Islamic narrative elements. With appropriate design, gamification can transform Al-Qur'an learning from static text into an enjoyable visual experience, thereby expected to increase learning motivation in Islamic educational environments.
