Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penggunaan Instagram (X) dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan personal branding (Y) pada mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Pengelolaan Hutan UGM Generasi Z. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori ini melibatkan 47 responden. Hasil deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki intensitas penggunaan Instagram yang sangat tinggi (87,2% setiap hari), dan kedua variabel berada pada kategori Tinggi (Rata-rata X = 3.81; Rata-rata Y = 3.98). Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan bahwa strategi penggunaan Instagram berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap personal branding mahasiswa. Hal ini dikonfirmasi oleh koefisien regresi tak terstandardisasi sebesar B = 0.491 dan tingkat signifikansi p < 0.001. Nilai Beta standar sebesar 0.771 menegaskan bahwa strategi penggunaan Instagram adalah prediktor yang kuat yang mampu menjelaskan variasi besar dalam personal branding7. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penggunaan Instagram memiliki peran sentral dan signifikan dalam membentuk personal branding mahasiswa, menjadikan pengelolaan identitas digital sebagai modal strategis yang esensial dalam konteks akademik dan profesional.

Abstract

Persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat serta perubahan perilaku konsumen akibat perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut perusahaan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan terintegrasi. Meskipun pemasaran digital berkembang pesat, event marketing secara offline masih relevan dalam membangun pengalaman langsung dan kedekatan emosional dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi event marketing dan dampaknya terhadap brand awareness serta penjualan produk Kalbe Consumer Health. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa partisipasi aktif, observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan event marketing yang dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan analisis situasi, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi mampu meningkatkan brand awareness serta mendorong penjualan produk. Aktivitas promosi seperti product sampling, edukasi kesehatan, dan promosi langsung yang didukung publikasi digital melalui media sosial memberikan pengalaman positif kepada konsumen dan memperkuat citra merek. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi event marketing yang terintegrasi dengan peran Sales Promotion dan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, mendorong keputusan pembelian, serta mendukung loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk Kalbe Consumer Health.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mendorong integrasi mikrokontroler Arduino dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek di pendidikan menengah. Wokwi Simulator hadir sebagai solusi inovatif berupa platform simulasi mikrokontroler berbasis web yang memungkinkan siswa melakukan eksperimen secara virtual tanpa keterbatasan perangkat keras. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan menerapkan Wokwi Simulator pada siswa Kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) SMK Negeri 6 Balikpapan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu hari pada September 2025 dengan melibatkan 20 siswa terpilih melalui metode pemaparan teori, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan intensif. Hasil evaluasi dan kuesioner menunjukkan tingkat antusiasme dan pemahaman siswa yang tinggi, dengan ketercapaian peningkatan kompetensi mencapai 85% dan berkategori sangat baik. Pemanfaatan Wokwi Simulator terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran praktik mikrokontroler serta mendukung penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the common psychological disorders experienced by workers that can affect both health and performance is anxiety. Research has shown that anxiety is connected to higher levels of work fatigue. Among industrial workers, one of the major risk factors for occupational accidents is work fatigue. Purpose: This study aims to measure not only the levels of anxiety but also work fatigue, as well as analyze the correlation between anxiety and work fatigue among employees of company X. Methods: This research employed a cross-sectional design with a total of 137 employees of company X as participants. Consecutive sampling was used as a sampling technique, and data were obtained through the use of questionnaires from September 2024 - October 2025. Both univariate and bivariate analysis (Chi-square test) were used to examine the data. Results: The finding showed that prevalence of anxiety was 40.15% and work fatigue was 37.23%, and there was a significant correlation between anxiety and work fatigue (p < 0.001). Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a significant association between anxiety and work fatigue among employees of company X. Future research may employ a longitudinal design to determine causal relationships, and include workers from various industrial sectors. The findings may benefit companies and policymakers in understanding the influence of mental health factors on work fatigue. Previous studies have largely focused on online motorcycle taxi drivers and healthcare workers, while studies involving company employees remain limited.

Abstract

Academic Procrastination is a critical self-regulation issue eroding the psychological well-being of adolescents. This study aims to examine the mediating role of Academic Procrastination (M) in the relationship between Spiritual Self-Control (X) and Life Satisfaction (Y) among students at SMPN 52 Bandung. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational mediation model design, the sample consisted of 185 eighth and ninth-grade students. Data were collected using adaptations of the Spiritual Self-Control scale, the Academic Procrastination Scale, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and analyzed using the PROCESS Macro (Hayes, 2018) with the Bootstrap method (5,000 samples) to test the indirect effect. The results indicate that Spiritual Self-Control positively and significantly affects Life Satisfaction (β = 0.210, p < 0.01) and negatively predicts Academic Procrastination (β = -0.380, p < 0.001). The Bootstrap test confirmed that Academic Procrastination significantly mediates the relationship (Indirect Effect = 0.173, 95% CI [0.101, 0.250]), supporting a Partial Mediation model. This finding affirms that spiritual discipline reinforced by Tarbiyah Al-Qalb (Irfani et al., 2024) and muhasabah mechanisms (Al-Ghazali, n.d.) is an effective mechanism for enhancing adolescent Life Satisfaction through the suppression of procrastination behavior. The study's implications suggest strengthening Spiritual Self-Control as a primary strategy for Guidance and Counseling services. Abstract

Teacher performance as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) plays an important role in improving the quality of education. However, the implementation of the E-SIKAP application in elementary schools still faces several problems, such as delays in reporting, inconsistency in task implementation, and suboptimal supervision. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of supervision on ASN performance through the E-SIKAP application in public elementary schools throughout Batang Anai District. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consisted of ASN working in public elementary schools, with 168 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 31 for Windows. The findings showed that supervision was categorized as very good, with a Total Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) of 91.21%, while ASN performance through the E-SIKAP application was also categorized as very good. Hypothesis testing indicated that supervision had a significant effect on ASN performance, with a significance value of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.922, indicating that supervision contributed 92.2% to ASN performance. The study concludes that effective and technology-based supervision can improve ASN discipline, responsibility, and work accountability. Therefore, school principals are expected to strengthen supervision and optimize the implementation of E-SIKAP to improve ASN performance in elementary schools.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Drug abuse young people in the Sukabumi area continues to increase, requiring adaptive communication strategies. BNNK Sukabumi utilizes the Instagram account @infobnn_kab_sukabumi as a digital communication, information, and education medium, although its management still faces challenges related to engagement and inconsistent content uploads. This study aims to analyze the strategy and implementation of Instagram management by BNNK Sukabumi in building awareness of drug abuse prevention using The Circular Model of Some approach. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. The results show that in the sharing stage, the educational content distributed had been adjusted to the characteristics of adolescent and young adult audiences. The optimizing stage indicates that the use of reels and hastags became the most effevtive strategy for expanding the reach of educational messages. The managing stage still faced obstacles in the form of limited human resources and the absence of structured content calendar. The engaging stage revealed that audience interaction remained passive and was dominated by llikes, although it was strengthened through collaboration with Duta Anti Narkoba as peer educators. ABSTRAK Penyalahgunaan narkotika di kalangan generasi muda di wilayah Sukabumi terus meningkat sehingga memerlukan strategi komunikasi yang adaptif. BNNK Sukabumi memanfaatkan Instagram @infobnn_kab_sukabumi sebagai media komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi (KIE) digital, namun pengelolaannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa engagement dan ketidakkonsistenan unggahan konten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi serta implementasi pengelolaan Instagram BNNK Sukabumi dalam membangun kesadaran pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba menggunakan pendekatan teori The Circular Model of Some. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap sharing, konten edukasi yang disebarkan telah menyesuaikan karakteristik audiens remaja dan dewasa muda. Tahap optimizing menunjukkan bahwa format reels dan penggunaan hastag menjadi strategi yang paling efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pesan edukasi. Tahap managing masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan SDM dan belum adanya kalender konten. Tahap engaging menunjukkan bahwa interaksi audiens masih bersifat pasif dan didominasi pemberian likes, namun berhasil diperkuat melalui kolaborasi bersama Duta Anti Narkoba sebagai peer educator. Abstract

The development of social media, especially Instagram, has become a key channel for government public communication in the digital era. This study analyzes the management of the @sdgs_indonesia Instagram account as a public communication medium for reaching Generation Z, using The Circular Model of SOME framework (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage) proposed by Regina Luttrell (2016). This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Public Communication Team of the National Secretariat of SDGs Indonesia and two active Generation Z followers. The findings indicate that all four SOME indicators have been implemented with varying depth: the Share indicator has a strong foundation through 75+ partner networks and SDGs Centers; the Optimize indicator faces structural challenges in translating bureaucratic technical language into accessible communication for Generation Z; the Manage indicator operates in a structured manner but is constrained by limited human resources; and the Engage indicator remains dominated by transactional patterns based on incentives. Generation Z's engagement is selective and predominantly passive, driven by academic relevance and the presence of incentives. This study recommends enhancing interactive content, developing short video formats, and expanding digital discussion spaces to the foster substantive Generation Z engagement with sustainable development issues.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' perceptions regarding professional competence among teachers at state vocational high schools (SMK Negeri) in the Padang Barat District. This is a quantitative descriptive study. The population consisted of 145 teachers, with a sample of 108 teachers selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by calculating the mean score. The results indicate that teachers' perceptions of professional competence at state vocational high schools in the Padang Barat District fall into the "Highly Competent" category, with an overall mean score of 4.54. An analysis of specific indicators revealed the following: (1) the indicator for mastering the subject matter taught obtained a mean score of 4.71 (Highly Competent); (2) the indicator for creatively developing learning materials obtained a mean score of 4.26 (Competent); and (3) the indicator for continuous professional development obtained a mean score of 4.64 (Highly Competent). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the professional competence of teachers at state vocational high schools in the Padang Barat District is being demonstrated at a very high level. Therefore, teachers are expected to maintain their existing professional competence, continue to enhance their creativity in developing learning materials, and engage in continuous professional development activities to further improve the quality of instruction.
