Abstract

This research discusses the importance of strategic steps to increase the effectiveness and quality of the learning process. In the context of modern education, assessment is not only seen as a tool for measuring learning outcomes, but also as a basis for making appropriate pedagogical decisions. This research aims to examine in depth how assessment results can be processed and utilized optimally by PAI teachers as a basis for designing follow-up learning that is adaptive, focused, and oriented towards increasing spiritual competence, religious attitudes, and students' understanding of the values ​​of Islamic teachings. The research method used is library research or what is usually called the library method. The library method is a research method that focuses on collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting data from relevant literature or references. The research results show that the use of assessment and follow-up for PAI is not only assessed from a cognitive perspective, but also needs to be balanced from an affective and psychomotor perspective. The form of follow-up to the assessment is in the form of remedial for students who get a score less than the KKM, and enrichment is an effective form of increasing self-reflection for students to find out how deep their understanding is in a subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak pada aspek literasi yang mencakup aspek literasi membaca, menulis, menyimak dan berbicara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan deskriptif, kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun indikator dalam keberhasilan penelitian yang ditetapkan adalah 75%. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari lima kali pertemuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun mengalami peningkatan seperti: anak mampu mengucapkan nama sendiri, mampu membaca 2 suku kata, mampu mengenal lambang huruf abjad, mampu meniru tulisan kalimat pendek dan mampu menuliskan huruf yang didengar. Pada siklus I rata-rata kemampuan literasi anak sebesar 43,85%, nilai tersebut belum mencapai keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan, oleh karena itu maka dilakukan kembali tindakan pada siklus II dan hasil rata-rata kemampuannya meningkat dengan persentase 76,35%. Dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut maka penelitian dihentikan karena telah mencapai target yang ditentukan, dan untuk guru sebaiknya memanfaatkan media literasi digital ini dalam kegiatan belajar sehingga kemampuan anak dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Child sexual abuse is a serious problem that can adversely affect the psychological and social development of children. Education about safety touch at PAUD Al Amanah Parado is expected to provide early understanding to children about the importance of maintaining body boundaries and protecting themselves from unwanted touches. Data collection techniques used include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data sources consisted of teachers, parents, and children at PAUD Al Amanah Parado. The research procedure was carried out by observing safety touch education activities, interviewing teachers and parents regarding perceptions and program implementation, collecting supporting documents relevant to the implementation of activities. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of qualitative analysis in which data obtained from interviews and observations were analyzed to find patterns, themes, and related meanings. The results showed that after safety touch education was conducted, the knowledge and understanding of students increased from the aspects of understanding personal body, distinguishing touch, courage to speak, as well as teacher and parent involvement. In its implementation, various forms of activities have been carried out including role playing, the use of interactive images and posters, storytelling, hands-on simulations, and collaboration with parents, this has also had a positive impact on children in understanding their body boundaries.

Abstract

The quality of early childhood education is strongly influenced by the leadership role of teachers in the classroom. Teachers not only act as educators but also as leaders who shape a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. This study uses a library research approach to examine literature related to classroom leadership, character development in early childhood, and strategies to build a supportive learning atmosphere. Findings highlight the importance of small actions by teachers—such as fostering positive discipline, showing appreciation, providing emotional safety, and involving children in classroom decisions—which significantly contribute to children’s academic and emotional growth. Role-playing methods are also effective in instilling leadership values from an early age. Thus, leadership starts in the classroom, becoming a crucial step in preparing strong and character-driven future generations

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of reading interest on the reading comprehension of grade XII high school students of SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. This is an ex-post-facto study using a mixed-method approach and quantitative and qualitative data. The population of this study was 180 12th grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat for the 2020–2021 academic year majoring in social sciences (IPS) and natural sciences (IPA). The procedure of sampling taking for this study was a randomly selected sampling plan. Slovin’s formula was used to compute the samples. The computed sample size was 64 students from a population of 180 students. The data collection methods used were the questionnaire method and a test of reading comprehension. The data collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with partial test hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings of this study indicated that the t-value = 6,201 > t-table 1,669 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, then Ha was accepted. This shows that partially Ha, which stated that there was an effect of reading interest on reading comprehension, is accepted. It can be concluded that reading interest affected the reading comprehension of Grade XII high school students of SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat.

Abstract

This research is to evaluate the financial performance of PT. Wijaya Karya, listed on the IDX, utilising the Economic Value Added approach.  EVA is a methodology that incorporates capital in the calculation of net operating profit after tax (NOPAT) less the capital charge.  This study employs secondary data from 2019 to 2023, which is analysed using quantitative descriptive methods.  The EVA approach is frequently employed because to its objectivity compared to financial ratio analysis, as it accounts for the cost of capital as remuneration for the utilised money.  This study used a secondary data methodology derived from the report of PT. Wijaya.  The analysed components are Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), and invested capital.  The study's results indicate that the EVA of PT. Wijaya Karya varied during the time.  In 2019, EVA was positive, indicating strong financial performance and enhanced value for shareholders.  Between 2020 and 2022, EVA was negative, signifying that the firm failed to make sufficient profit to offset the cost of capital, hence showing a decline in economic value.  In 2023, there is a rebound as EVA returns to a substantial positive value, but with a considerable rise in capital costs resulting from the increase in WACC.

Abstract

This research uses a design-based approach aimed at exploring the critical thinking skills of university students through an advanced linear algebra project. The subjects involved are 32 students enrolled in the Advanced Linear Algebra course during the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. To support the research, the instruments used include a critical thinking skills instrument, Hypothetical Learning Trajectory, Local Instruction Theory, Learning Activity Observation Based on Video, and a Google Drive-Based Portfolio. The data analysis technique involves several stages, starting with data condensation (transcription, coding, categorization, and theme identification), data presentation (process analysis, matrix, iterative processes, and conclusion drawing and verification), and data validity checking (triangulation and generalizability of research results). Based on the research findings, students' critical thinking skills are determined by reviewing five components: interpretation, analysis, evaluation, argumentation, and self-regulation. The harmonization and synchronization across various activities are still in the moderately developed category, indicating the need for dynamic and interactive activities to support proficiency fulfillment.

Abstract

Pentingnya strategi pengelolaan kelas dalam mendukung anak Slow Learner dalam tahap pendidikan anak usia dini menjadi perhatian khusus. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan guru bagi anak slow learner di TK Muhammad Fahri. Metode yang digunakan untuk menanganalisis masalah yang diteliti yaitu dengan metode kualitatif, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan berupa studi kasus. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara secara mendalam terhadap 1 guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat strategi utama dalam pengelolaan kelas, yaitu pengaturan lingkungan belajar yang sesuai dengan prinsip least restrictive environment, pembangunan suasana belajar yang kondusif melalui pendekatan scaffolding dan dukungan sosial, pemberian waktu belajar yang fleksibel untuk mengakomodasi kecepatan pemahaman anak, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran visual dan konkret untuk mempermudah pemahaman materi. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti membantu anak slow learner lebih fokus, termotivasi, dan percaya diri dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan diferensiatif dan inklusif dalam pengelolaan kelas pada kegiatan belajar anak usia dini, khususnya bagi Anak Slow learner sehigga dapat menjadi pertimbangan mendalam bagi pendidik.

Abstract

The faith building program is a spiritual extracurricular that is carried out outside class hours as a forum for students to receive intense religious education services. SMPK Santo Yusup Sumenep is a multicultural educational institution that implements a faith development program as an alternative to equalizing religious services for non-Catholic religious students, with the aim of forming a religious person even though they live in a predominantly Catholic area. Religiosity cannot be separated from various internal policies and the internalization of religious norms and teachings, this makes the faith building program very crucial in shaping an individual's religiosity. Religiosity among pluralities is a unique thing to research so researchers want to know whether there is an influence of the faith building program, if there is any, how much influence the faith building program has on the religiosity of the multicultural students of SMPK Santo Yusup Sumenep. In this research, researchers used a quantitative research method using a data collection technique in the form of disseminating questionnaires regarding variables X and Y, with a population of 22 respondents. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression test. The research results show that the faith development program has a positive and significant effect on the religiosity of multicultural students. This is proven by the results of the t test which shows that thitung > t table (80,642 > 2,086 ) and sig. 0.000<0.05. So Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that partially the faith development program has an effect of 99.7% while the remaining 3% is from variables other than the variables studied.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi topik yang semakin penting dibicarakan mengingat banyaknya persoalan yang dihadapi generasi X, termasuk masalah kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi, dan psikologis. Literasi kesehatan mental diperlukan agar generasi X dapat memahami, mengelola, dan mempromosikan kondisi kesehatan mental mereka secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pentingnya literasi kesehatan mental bagi generasi X. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi kesehatan mental dapat membantu generasi X dalam mengelola kondisi kesehatan mental mereka, meningkatkan ketangguhan, dan memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental. Selain itu, literasi kesehatan mental juga berkontribusi dalam mengurangi stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap isu-isu kesehatan mental.
