Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the World Halal Industry Trade Case Study Indonesia China 2020-2024. The method in this study uses library research with a narrative method. Primary data sources in this study are data obtained directly from primary sources, namely books and journals on the world halal industry trade. The data collection method used by the author is descriptive. The results of Indonesia's export trade to China in 2020 to 2024 show a positive trend of recovery and growth. China remains one of Indonesia's main trading partners, with an increase in various product sectors. Product diversification strategies and increasing added value are key to strengthening Indonesia's position in the Chinese market in the future.

Abstract

PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia (WINA) unit Pelintung merupakan perusahaan pengolahan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) untuk menghasilkan minyak goreng berkualitas. Minyak sawit mentah diolah melalui proses pemurnian (refinery) yang menghasilkan Refined Bleached Deodorization Palm Oil (RPDPO) dan Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD), lalu dilanjutkan dengan fraksinasi untuk menghasilkan Refined Bleached Deodorized Olein (RBDOL) dan Refined Bleached Deodorized Stearin (RBDST). Ketel uap atau boiler memainkan peran penting dalam pabrik kelapa sawit, menghasilkan uap untuk perebusan tandan buah segar (TBS) dan proses lainnya. Untuk mengurangi downtime dan kerusakan mesin selama produksi, diperlukan sistem pemeliharaan yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemeliharaan mesin ketel uap menggunakan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) untuk mengurangi breakdown dan meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) mesin ketel uap masih di bawah standar (85%), dengan rata-rata 70,33%. Nilai OEE terendah terjadi pada Maret (45,59%), sementara nilai tertinggi di Oktober (85,83%). Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kinerja mesin ketel uap agar memenuhi standar OEE, sehingga mendukung kelancaran produksi dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Charity in various regions, including Tangerang City, is a manifestation of the organization's efforts in spreading da'wah and realizing a progressive Islamic society. The research aims to analyze the role of Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) in the economic development of the ummah in Tangerang City through a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to comprehensively understand the contribution of AUM. The focus of the research includes AUM managers and fostered MSME actors who interact directly with Muhammadiyah's economic empowerment program. Primary data was obtained from AUM managers and business actors, while secondary data came from literature studies and institutional reports. The analysis shows that AUM performance is in the good category, characterized by institutional effectiveness, program relevance, and accountable governance. AUM plays a significant role as an economic driver of the ummah through educational, health, social, and business unit services based on sharia economic principles that encourage social justice and economic inclusivity. However, some aspects such as the quality of human resources and business model innovation are still in the poor category so they need strengthening. The impact of AUM is evident in community empowerment, increased access to services, and its contribution to equitable welfare. This finding confirms that optimizing the role of AUM requires synergy between strong internal capacity and adaptability to external dynamics for the economic sustainability of the people in Tangerang City.

Abstract

Abstrak Kurikulum berbasis cinta merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang menempatkan kasih sayang, empati, dan kepedulian sebagai dasar proses pembelajaran. Dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diintegrasikan melalui keterampilan menyimak ekstensif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mendampingi guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam mengenal dan menerapkan kurikulum berbasis cinta melalui metode keterampilan menyimak ekstensif di Kabupaten Merangin. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan partisipatif (participatory mentoring approach), yang menempatkan guru sebagai mitra aktif dalam pelatihan, refleksi, dan penerapan pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi–refleksi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep kurikulum berbasis cinta serta keterampilan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai kasih sayang dan empati melalui pembelajaran menyimak. Guru juga menunjukkan sikap lebih reflektif dan kolaboratif dalam merancang pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang humanis. Pendekatan pendampingan partisipatif terbukti efektif memperkuat profesionalisme guru sekaligus menginternalisasi nilai kemanusiaan dalam pendidikan dasar. Kata kunci: kurikulum berbasis cinta, pendampingan partisipatif, menyimak ekstensif, guru Bahasa Indonesia, madrasah ibtidaiyah. Abstract The love-based curriculum is an educational approach that places compassion, empathy, and care as the foundation of the learning process. In the context of teaching Indonesian at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary Schools), these values can be integrated through extensive listening activities. This program aims to assist Indonesian language teachers in understanding and implementing a love-based curriculum through the extensive listening method in Merangin Regency. The implementation used a participatory mentoring approach, which positions teachers as active partners in training, reflection, and classroom application. The activity was conducted in four stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation–reflection, and follow-up. The results showed an increase in teachers’ understanding of the love-based curriculum concept and their ability to integrate compassion and empathy values through listening activities. Teachers also demonstrated more reflective and collaborative attitudes in designing humanistic Indonesian language lessons. The participatory mentoring approach proved effective in enhancing teachers’ professionalism while internalizing humanitarian values in primary education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap zakat profesi di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Pekanbaru serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap masyarakat muslim di Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian masyarakat masih memiliki pemahaman yang rendah mengenai kewajiban zakat profesi, disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dari BAZNAS dan minimnya pemahaman tentang cara perhitungan zakat profesi. Namun demikian, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menunaikan zakat profesi seiring dengan meningkatnya peran BAZNAS dalam edukasi dan pengelolaan zakat yang lebih profesional. Disarankan agar BAZNAS meningkatkan kegiatan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi guna memperkuat kepercayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang, specifically focusing on financial conditions, tax sanctions, and the role of tax socialization. The research aims to understand how these factors affect MSMEs' compliance with tax regulations. A survey was conducted with MSME owners in Tanjungpinang using a questionnaire to gather data on their financial conditions, knowledge of tax obligations, and perceptions of tax sanctions. The results indicate that financial conditions do not have a significant impact on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions are found to significantly encourage compliance, highlighting their role as a motivating factor for MSMEs to fulfill their tax obligations. Furthermore, the study reveals that tax socialization moderates the relationship between financial conditions and tax compliance, as well as between tax sanctions and compliance. Effective tax socialization strengthens the impact of both financial conditions and sanctions on compliance. The findings suggest that improving tax education and communication can play a crucial role in increasing tax compliance in the MSME sector, even in the face of financial challenges. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers to design more effective tax policies targeting MSMEs.

Abstract

This study will look at the impact of of interperiod tax allocation, capital structure, profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and liquidity on earnings quality. The population in this study consists of industrial sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, with 41 companies as samples. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis, utilizing the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The findings of this study suggest that interperiod tax allocation influences earnings quality. Meanwhile, earnings quality is unaffected by capital structure, profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and liquidity. When deciding whether to invest capital in a certain company, investors ought to give greater thought to and evaluate the quality of the company's profitability. For information about a company's profits to be considered high-quality earnings and to not deceive those who require it, this research contributes to companies presenting their financial reports in line with actual situations. Penelitian ini akan melihat dampak alokasi pajak antar periode, struktur modal, profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan likuiditas terhadap kualitas laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari perusahaan sektor industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alokasi pajak antar periode berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba. Sedangkan kualitas laba tidak dipengaruhi oleh struktur modal, profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, maupun likuiditas. Ketika memutuskan apakah akan menanamkan modalnya pada suatu perusahaan tertentu, investor hendaknya lebih memikirkan dan mengevaluasi kualitas laba perusahaan tersebut. Agar informasi mengenai laba suatu perusahaan dapat dianggap sebagai laba yang berkualitas tinggi dan tidak menipu pihak yang memerlukannya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan untuk menyajikan laporan keuangannya sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya.

Abstract

The oral tradition of Jambi customary proverbs embodies patterns of customary law that reflect character values relevant to the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aims to describe the patterns of customary law (communality, deliberation/consensus, traditional, visual) in Jambi customary proverbs and link them to the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. Employing a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and content analysis, this research analyzes 12 documented examples of Jambi seloko/proverbs. Data were collected through document studies and analyzed using a modified Mayring procedure. Data validity was ensured through source and theory triangulation. The findings indicate that: (1) the communality pattern is closely related to the dimensions of mutual cooperation and independence; (2) the deliberation/consensus pattern supports the dimensions of critical reasoning, mutual cooperation, and global diversity; (3) the traditional pattern bolsters the dimensions of faith, piety, noble character, and global diversity; (4) the visual pattern strengthens the dimensions of creativity and critical reasoning. These findings demonstrate that Jambi customary proverbs can be integrated into learning and Profil Pelajar Pancasila strengthening projects (P5) through the design of intracurricular, cocurricular activities, and projects that utilize proverbs as teaching materials and media for value reflection. Research implications include the development of teaching materials, culturally grounded P5 project designs, and teacher training in utilizing oral traditions for character education based on the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Islamic marketing represents an ethical–spiritual paradigm that situates marketing activities within a framework of moral accountability grounded in the principles of tawhid, al-‘adl (justice), sidq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), and ihsan (benevolence). Unlike conventional marketing approaches that prioritize profit maximization, Islamic marketing emphasizes a balanced integration of economic objectives, spiritual values, and social welfare. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic marketing principles within Indonesia’s rapidly expanding cellular industry, characterized by increasing internet penetration and digital transformation. Implementing content analysis with systematic literature review methodology, this study synthesizes scholarly works on Islamic marketing, fiqh muamalah, digital marketing, and telecommunications. The findings indicate that Islamic marketing principles can enhance consumer trust, promote pricing transparency, ensure halal and secure digital services, and strengthen corporate responsibility in consumer data protection. Nevertheless, a persistent gap remains between Sharia based normative ideals and operational practices, as evidenced by unequal service accessibility, opaque pricing structures, and the limited internalization of ethical values in marketing strategies. This study concludes that the consistent integration of Islamic marketing values not only reinforces ethical compliance but also functions as a strategic resource for achieving sustainable competitive advantage, contributing to the development of a just, inclusive, and morally accountable digital marketplace. Islamic marketing merepresentasikan suatu paradigma etika–spiritual yang menempatkan aktivitas pemasaran dalam kerangka tanggung jawab moral dan sosial yang berlandaskan prinsip tawhid, al-‘adl (keadilan), sidq (kejujuran), amanah (kepercayaan), dan ihsan (kebajikan). Berbeda dengan pendekatan pemasaran konvensional yang berorientasi pada maksimalisasi laba, Islamic marketing menekankan keseimbangan antara tujuan ekonomi, nilai spiritual, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip prinsip Islamic marketing dalam konteks industri seluler Indonesia yang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring meningkatnya penetrasi internet dan digitalisasi layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah content analysis dengan systematic literature review terhadap studi-studi akademik terkait Islamic marketing, fiqh muamalah, pemasaran digital, dan industri telekomunikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip Islamic marketing berpotensi memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen, mendorong transparansi harga, memastikan layanan digital yang halal dan aman, serta meningkatkan tanggung jawab perusahaan dalam perlindungan data konsumen. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara ideal normatif syariah dan praktik operasional, yang tercermin dalam ketimpangan akses layanan, kurangnya transparansi biaya, dan lemahnya internalisasi nilai etika dalam strategi pemasaran. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islamic marketing secara konsisten dapat menjadi sumber keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan sekaligus instrumen moral untuk membangun ekosistem digital yang adil, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product reviews and store ratings on the purchase intention of Shopee users in Tanjungpinang City through costumer trust as an intervening variable. This study is a quantitative study using primary data with a population of Shopee users in Tanjungpinang City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling selection method, the number of respondents was 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that product reviews and store ratings have a significant effect on the purchase intention of Shopee users in Tanjungpinang City through costumer trust as an intervening variable
