Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat mempengaruhi minat, motivasi, dan hasil belajar peserta. Media belajar sejarah dapat menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi. Media pembelajaran komik sejarah semakin menarik jika dikembangkan dalam bentuk sebuah aplikasi berbasis android. Kajian pada tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendesain media pembelajaran sejarah dalam bentuk komik berbasis aplikasi android. Jenia penelitian yaitu R & D dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap development. Teknik validasi dengan metode angket. Hasil dari validasi ahli media ,ahli materi, dan ahli aplikasi android diperoleh sebesar 84,60 % dengan kategori valid atau baik. Maka aplikasi komik sejarah lokal berbasis android layak digunakan oleh peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sejarah untuk materi perlawanan rakyat Indonesia melawan penjajahan Belanda.Penggunaan Komik digital berbasis android diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai sejarah lokal

Abstract

Abstract: The development of tourism is a very fast development sector, especially in Indonesia. One of the well-known tourism sectors is tourism in the resort and beach sector. In Indonesia, there is already a well-known tourism in Bintan. It started with the cooperation of three countries with the SIJORI agreement. The following applies: (1) To see the historical condition of tourism in Bintan in 1996. (2) For tourism development in Bintan from 1996 to 2019. (3) To find out about the cooperation between the Indonesian government and Singapore in the development of tourism. (4) To see the impact of the development of tourism on the economy and social for the community around the tourist attraction. In this study the author uses the historical method, namely by using the methods: (1) Heuristics. (2) Verification. (3) Interpretation. (4) Historiography. The history of tourism in Bintan starts from the existence of the SIJORI (Singapore - Johor - Riau) cooperation agreement which is for 1990. This agreement is an economic agreement between three mutually beneficial countries, called the Growth Triangle where in the agreement the three countries mutually take advantage of the respective advantages of each country, Singapore has capital and technology, Malaysia has a market and Indonesia has land and manpower. Development of tourism in Bintan is very advanced and also famous in Bintan is very popular among foreign and local tourists , so that due to the rapid development of tourism in Bintan, it certainly affects aspects such as social and economic aspects of the people around these tourist objects.Key Words: History of Tourism Development

Abstract

Abstract: Kuala Terusan village is located on the banks of the Kampar river, Pangkalan Kerinci sub-district, Pelalawan district and is inhabited by 115 families who work as traditional fishermen as the main income with simple fishing gear, so their economic level is still below the poverty line. The number of health and education facilities is also a factor in changing the village economy. The research objectives: (1) To determine the educational condition of the fishing community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (2) This is to determine the health condition of the fishermen community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (3) This is to determine the working conditions of the fishing community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (4) This is to determine the condition of the income of the fishermen family of the fishermen community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The results of the research: Traditional Fishermen in Kuala Terusan Village are classified as below, this is due to the lack of supporting factors such as the lack of education, health and access facilities in Kuala Terusan Village. So that it hinders the economic changes of the fishing community, the socio-economic changes after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government, namely the opening of access to the village make it easier for the fishing community to expand the place to sell their catch and the community can also access education and health facilities that do not exist in the village. Abstract

Abstract: Reog Ponorogo is a barongan art originating from Ponorogo, East Java, which is spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is in Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Riau. The research objectives are as follows: (1) To determine the early history of the formation of the Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo Mekarsari Art in Titian Resak Village. (2) To determine the development of the Art of Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo Mekarsari in 1985-2019. (3) To find out the procession of the Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo Mekarsari performing arts. (4) To find out the values contained in the Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo art performance. (5) To find out the efforts of the community and local government in preserving the Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo Art. The method used is the historical method: (1) Heuristic. (2) Verification. (3) Interpretation. (4) Historiography. With the results of the research: The history of the formation of the Reog Ponorogo Singo Manggolo Mekarsari Art Association began with the arrival of the transmigration community in 1981 to Titian Resak Village, and the association was formed in 1985 on behalf of the community. Until now, it continues to develop until now, although it has stopped performing performances for 14 years due to social deviations and the entry of keyboard music. In 2009 a new management was formed with many changes in terms of music, clothing, songs and dances and included many moral values, educational values, cultural values and religious values in each appearance. Smoothness in appearance cannot be separated from the exercises that are carried out regularly and supporting musical instruments and properties. The community and government play an important role in preserving Reog Ponorogo art by making Reog Ponorogo art a regular performer in Village events. Abstract

Abstract: Captain Zainal Zen is a military figure in the Indonesian Army, Indonesian Army during the liberation of West Irian in 1961-1963. Zainal Zen was born in Parit Putuih, August 11, 1962 by parents named Saelan and Muhammad Zen St. Kayo. Zainal Zen is an only child and plays a role in the liberation of West Irian from Dutch colonialism. The aim of this study is to find out the background of Zainal Zen's life, to determine Zainal Zen's role as a warrior in the liberation of West Irian from Dutch colonialism in 1961-1963 and to find out what distinctions Zainal Zen received from the government, and to find out the end of the battle from Zainal Zen. The data analysis used the historical writing method that consisted of several stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The result of this investigation is that Zainal Zen received special military training in Danton Kesehatan. Zainal Zen carried out the trichora operation in 1961 as part of the liberation of West Irian. He was appointed Platoon Commander (Dan Ton) for Health Jon Arsu-3, where he was instrumental in providing basic training in proper and correct treatment and medication techniques according to common medical procedures. Training in medical care and medical treatment techniques is an activity that must be mastered by the combat unit health team to provide assistance to fellow colleagues, both in the unit, especially when faced with the battlefield. Zainal Zen has seven members of the health team. After the end of operations, Zainal Zen was stationed in the Pekanbaru area. When he retired, Zainal Zen joined the Veterans Legion Organization of the Republic of Indonesia. Zainal Zen received many awards from the government. Abstract

Silat Batang Hari merupakan suatu perguruan silat yang terletak di Desa Pulau Jum’at Kecamatan Kuala Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Silat Batang Hari adalah suatu silat tradisional yang menjadi bagian dari pernikahan budaya Melayu Rengat Indragiri Hulu. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana sejarah Silat Batang Hari dalam pernikahan budaya Melayu Rengat, Indragiri Hulu; dan (2) apa perbedaan silat pengantin dan silat sembah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah Silat Batang Hari dalam pernikahan budaya Melayu Rengat, Indragiri Hulu. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui perbedaan silat pengantin dan silat sembah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengolahan datanya berbentuk deskriptif. Bentuk penyajiannya terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu Silat Pengantin dan Silat Sembah. Untuk Silat Sembah sendiri tidak hanya ditampilkan dalam acara pernikahan saja, tetapi bisa juga ditampilkan dalam penyambutan tokoh-tokoh pembesar.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the process of inheriting the cultural values of lontiok houses to the younger generation of Kampar people specifically around the lontiok house environment. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study, namely, between traditional houses and cultural values can not be separated from the role of humans as cultural beings who inherit the culture. Inheritance of cultural values is done in two ways, namely through the tradition of hereditary from the ninik mamak to the younger generation and through tourism awareness groups (Pok derwis). education in schools is very important. This is done to preserve the culture so that it does not disappear in the midst of an increasingly developed and developing era.

Abstract

Corona virus pandemic has rapidly changed the way of life as well as the way of learning system in entire world. The need for information and communication technology (ICT) competencies and improved digital infrastructure are the main requirement to conduct the distance learning or online learning. In addition, both teachers and students must be adapted with this “abnormal” condition since the online learning has been officially applied by Indonesian government during March until end of 2020. However, a quick change to online learning has left students and teachers with insufficient time to prepare. This study focused on the readiness of teachers and students to conduct online learning. The readiness aspects considered in this study were the digital competence of users and digital infrastructure readiness to support the technical issue of online learning. The design of this study was evaluative survey and the data were collected equally by using online survey platform from three hundreds high school students and thirty history teachers. To maintain the equalization of the data, the respondent was divided into two clusters, based on the rural region and urban region. This study found that both students and teachers were mainly not well prepared and fully ready to conduct online learning due to technical problems such as stability of internet access, the internet network availability, and financial issues. Meanwhile, the digital competence aspect was not the major problem for both teachers and students because the majority of respondents (above 80%) declared that they had no trouble in using the device or running the online learning platform. Consequently, in  along-term effect, the unbalanced preparation of online learning could be resulted in digital divided which rose the inequality of the education quality among the learners.

Abstract

Kelompok tani Mustang merupakan salah satu kelompok tani yang berada di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai yang melakukan usahatani sayur di lahan milik Lanud (Landasan Angkatan Udara). Selama ini kelompok tani Mustang bertani dengan memanfaatkan lahan milik Lanud yang memiliki total luas lahan sebesar ± 4.4 Ha yang dibagi menjadi 20 petakan yang rata-ratanya memiliki luas sebesar ± 0.22 Ha. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui awal terbentuknya kelompok tani sayur Mustang. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan kelompok tani sayur Mustang pada tahun 2000-2015. 3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi sosial ekonomi kelompok tani sayur Mustang pada tahun 2000-15. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah. Kelompok Tani Mustang memulai pertanian sejak pertama kali dibentuk pada 18 Desember 2000. Dalam perjalanannya dinamika tahun 2000 -2015 kelompok tani sayur Mustang mengalami perkembangan banyak sekali perubahan yang terjadi seperti sosial dan ekonomi. Namun dengan kegigihan akhirnya mereka bisa memasuki dekade keberhasilan dengan pendapatan yang besar pada tahun 2015.

Abstract

Materi kerajaan di Nusantara merupakan materi ajar guru sejarah SMA yang membutuhkan keterampilan guru memberikan gambaran peristiwa sejarah kepada siswa. Dalam hal ini guru mendapatkan kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kendala guru pendidikan sejarah dalam mengajarkan materi kerajaan-kerajaan nusantara di SMA N 3 Rumbai dan mengetahui metode yang digunakan guru pendidikan sejarah SMA N 3 Rumbai terhadap materi kerajaan-kerajaan di nusantara. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitina Kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah kendala guru pendidikan sejarah di SMA N 3 Rumbai dalam mengajarkan materi kerajaan-kerajaan di Nusantara tersebut adalah guru menjadi lebih lama dalam hal menginput nilai dikarenakan ada beberapa siswa yang terlambat mengumpulkan tugas karena terkendala beberapa faktor, seperti handphone yang dibawa kerja oleh orang tua, kouta internet yang tidak tersedia, dan ada juga yang beralasan tidak adanya sinyal. Metode yang digunakan guru pendidikan sejarah dalam mengajarkan materi kerajaan-kerajaan di Nusantara adalah metode pembelajaran online atau daring dikarenakan pendemi yang belum juga berakhir pada kegiatan belajar mengajar tahun 2021/2022. Guru masih melakukan peningkatan dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk pengajaran materi kerajaan-kerajaan nusantara.
