Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis reaksi pasar modal sebagai akibat peristiwa perang Rusia dan Ukraina dilihat dari perbedaan rata-rata abnormal return dan rata-rata trading volume activity. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang berjumlah 7 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan dilakukan selama 7 hari sebelum dan 7 hari sesudah invasi Rusia terhadap Ukraina. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Paired Samples t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan indikasi bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return dan trading volume activity yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa perang Rusia dan Ukraina pada sektor petambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Cash Value Added (CVA), Economic Value Added (EVA), dan Market Value Added (MVA) terhadap Return Saham Saat dan Sesudah Pandemi Covid-19 pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman pada periode triwulan I 2020 triwulan IV 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria Perusahaan yang memiliki kelengkapan data laporan keuangan selama periode triwulan I 2020- triwulan IV 2022. Hasil dari penelitian secara parsial (uji T) menyatakan bahwa CVA dan MVA berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan EVA tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian secara simultan (uji F) menyatakan bahwa CVA, EVA, dan MVA secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil dari uji beda menyatakan bahwa CVA, EVA, MVA dan Return Saham terdapat perbedaan antara saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

MSMEs have different ways of continuing their business based on their potential. The same is true for MSMEs in Lembak Village whose types of business are kemplang crackers and plantation products such as pineapples and sweet potatoes. This business activity has been going on for a long time, of course it has more or less knowledge and ability problems that need to be improved further in efforts to end MSMEs in Lembak Village. MSME players only plan funds for a period of less than 1 year and manage their business with limited financial management capabilities. This will have an impact on the loss of MSMEs in the future. The problem faced by respondents is that there is not much knowledge about planning and managing funds. The solution needed is to provide training for MSME players. The results obtained were an increase in the ability of the respondents to plan and manage funds using accounting to end their business. The implementation is carried out using the lecture method; tutorials and discussions as well as data obtained directly through distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires to 23 MSME respondents in Lembak Village. The final result of this service activity is very useful because it increases knowledge of the importance of planning and managing funds in efforts to stop MSMEs in Lembak Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of physical work environment, work discipline, and work experience on employee job satisfaction at PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri. The background of this research stems from employee complaints regarding inadequate physical work conditions, inconsistent enforcement of discipline, and generally low levels of work experience. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and causal approach. The population consists of all 95 employees of PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri, with a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, physical work environment, work discipline, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly affect job satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of human resource management practices, particularly in creating a comfortable work environment, fair disciplinary systems, and effective management of employee experience to enhance job satisfaction Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Experience, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital financial literacy and financial technology on the implementation of green finance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Sumatra Province. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 150 MSME actors across eight districts and cities. Data were analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of green finance. MSME actors with a high level of digital literacy are better able to utilize technology-based financial services to manage their businesses efficiently and in an environmentally sustainable manner. In addition, financial technology also shows a positive and significant influence on green finance implementation, reflecting that the use of FinTech enhances transaction efficiency, transparency, and access to green financing for MSMEs. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.648 indicates that digital financial literacy and financial technology jointly explain 64.8% of the variation in green finance implementation. These findings suggest that improving digital financial literacy and adopting financial technology are key factors in promoting the implementation of green finance and enhancing MSME performance to become more adaptive to the dynamics of the digital economy. Abstract

Training on processing Moringa leaf tempeh nuggets in Kasihan District, Yogjakarta, aims to improve community skills in utilizing local, highly nutritious food ingredients, as well as encouraging innovation in food products with marketable value. This service activity is carried out using a participatory approach, through direct training methods, involving housewives, MSME actors and village youth. The training material includes an introduction to raw materials, processing techniques for Moringa leaf tempeh nuggets, packaging, and product marketing strategies. The results of the training showed a significant increase in the participants' skills, participants were able to produce nugget products that met standards of cleanliness, food safety and creativity in shape. In addition, participants began to market their products independently. This training not only has an impact on improving technical skills, but also contributes to strengthening local food security and opportunities for developing small businesses in the community. It is hoped that these findings can become a model for local food-based community empowerment that can be replicated in other regions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, Area IV Palembang, both partially and simultaneously, within the framework of Sharia management. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive-associative method, with a saturated sample of all 53 employees. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and preliminary interviews and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that both leadership and compensation have a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, whether assessed individually or jointly. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.810) suggests that 81% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by these two variables, with compensation exerting a stronger influence than leadership. These results are consistent with the Path-Goal Theory, Equity Theory, and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory. From the perspective of Sharia management, trustworthy leadership and fair, transparent compensation embody the principles of maqashid sharia, which emphasize justice, employee welfare, and dignity. This study highlights the effectiveness of ethically and spiritually grounded human resource practices in enhancing job satisfaction and fostering organizational well-being.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas literasi dan manajemen keuangan digital pada pelaku usaha pertanian dan UMKM di Desa Kemang, Kabupaten Muara Enim. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pencatatan keuangan yang rapi dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam proses manajemen usaha. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif berupa penyampaian materi, pelatihan aplikasi keuangan digital, serta pendampingan praktik dan diskusi interaktif. Sebanyak 15 peserta yang terdiri dari anggota Karang Taruna dan pelaku UMKM terlibat aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai dasar-dasar akuntansi, pengelolaan keuangan usaha, serta kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan keuangan sangat relevan dan aplikatif di tingkat desa. Intervensi berbasis teknologi ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan yang dapat direplikasi di komunitas serupa. Kata Kunci: UMKM; keuangan digital; aplikasi keuangan; literasi keuangan. Abstract This community service activity was carried out to improve digital literacy and financial management capacity among agricultural business actors and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemang Village, Muara Enim Regency. The main problem faced by the participants was the lack of understanding regarding proper financial recording and the use of digital tools in business management. The program was implemented through an educational approach involving material presentation, digital financial application training, practical mentoring, and interactive discussions. A total of 15 participants, consisting of youth organization members and MSME representatives, actively participated in the activities. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in participants' knowledge of basic accounting, business financial management, and their ability to operate digital bookkeeping applications independently. This activity demonstrates that digital transformation in financial management is highly relevant and applicable at the village level. The technology-based intervention used here has the potential to serve as a replicable model for empowering similar communities. Keywords: MSMEs; digital finance; financial application; financial literacy.
