Abstract

Abstract In the era of globalization, the development of communication technology and the internet is encouraging changes thought patterns in human life. The Shope food application can collaborate with offline stores partners who want to collaborate with Shopee food and this can create benefits for both parties. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze services quality, trust, price, and promotion, which simultaneously and partially influence customer satisfaction. The population in this research is Shopee food customer who have and have used the Shopee food application. Approach method using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that the variables services quality, trust, price, and promotion have significant effect on Shopee food customers satisfaction. This is proven by partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. This research still cannot fully reveal the factors that the influence customer satisfaction with Shopee food. The independent variable in this research can only influence the dependent variable by 69% so there are still 31% variables or other factors that can influence customer satisfaction. Keywords : Services Quality, Trust, Price, Promotion, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The more rapid in the current era of globalization, the development of communication technology and the internet encourages a change in mindset in human life. One of the media used in people's lifestyles to communicate or do business is the internet media. The benefit of the internet is that it can be used as a facility to make transactions such as online shops. An online shop is a business network that is very broad and not limited by time and place. With the development of the use of the internet and digital applications, e-commerce has begun to be in great demand by capital owners. The existence of the internet makes it easy for people to shop anytime and anywhere online. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze service quality, price, promotion, and attractiveness that simultaneously and partially influence repeat purchases for banana rambak customers in Lowokwaru sub-district on Instagram rampis.id. The population in this study were rampis.id banana rambak customers in Lowokwaru sub-district who had repurchased banana rambak at rampis.id so far. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that partially price and ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions while electronic word of mouth did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Credit Risk, Management Quality, Firm Size, Liquidity and Solvency on Financial Performance with Return On Asset (ROA) as a measure of financial performance in the conventional banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses the population of all conventional banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2022 with a sample of 23 companies. The results of the study show that Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance measured by ROA, while Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and significant effect on financial performance measured by ROA Keywords: Return On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Firm Size, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price, promotion and brand trust simultaneously and partially on purchasing interest. The population in this study was an unknown number of students at the Islamic University of Malang. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that brand image, product quality, price, promotion and brand trust simultaneously influence purchasing interest and partially brand image, product quality, promotion and brand trust influence purchasing interest but price does not influence purchasing interest. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Brand Trust, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived self efficacy, and trust simultaneously and partially on interest in using the Dana application. The population in the research is generation Z in Malang City, the exact number of which is unknown. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 115 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that simultaneously and partially perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived self efficacy, and trust have a significant effect on interest in using the Generation Z Fund application in Malang City. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Security, Perceived Self Efficacy, Trust, Interest In Use

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of promotions, celebrity endorsements and brand ambassadors on purchasing interest in Madam Gie cosmetic products (case study of consumers in Merjosari Village, Malang). The population in this study were consumers of Madam Gie products in Merjosari Village in Malang City. A sample of 80 people was obtained using the Malhotra formula. The variables used in this research are the purchase interest variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are promotion, celebrity endorsement and brand ambassador. The results of this research conclude that the influence variables of promotion, celebrity endorsement and brand ambassador simultaneously influence purchase interest. and partially concluded that there is a variable influence of promotion, celebrity endorsement and brand ambassador on purchasing interest. Keywords: Purchase Interest, Promotion, Celebrity Endorsement And Brand Ambassador.

Abstract

Abstract This study was made to determine the effect of Promotional Strategy, Social Media, through Electronic Word Of Mouth, on the Decision to Visit Educational Tourism Dadaprejo Batu City, the method used in this study is the quantitative method. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula with a total sample of 134 respondents. The data used is primary data through a questionnaire. This study used instrument tests including: validity and reliability tests, normality tests, path analysis tests, t tests, Sobel tests and Coefficient of Determination  tests.From the results of the research partially obtained results where the Promotion Strategy has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Social Media has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on the decision to visit, Promotion Strategy has a significant effect on the decision to visit through Electronic Word Of Mouth and lastly Social The media has a significant influence on the decision to visit through the Electronic Word Of Mouth. Keywords: Promotion Strategy, Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth and Visiting Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of social media marketing, beauty vlogger reviews and brand image on the decision to purchase Hanasui lipstick on Instagram. This research uses a positivist philosophy with a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out at Cosmetic Shops in Malang City using the Sugiyono formula so that the sample in this study was 75 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test. The results of the research show that brand image has a partially significant effect on the decision to purchase Hanasui lipstick on Instagram. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Vlogger Reviews, Brand Image, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "The Influence of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Tasya Farasya Approved Logo Claims on the Decision to Purchase Skintific Products in Generation Z in Sidoarjo District". The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research sample was taken using a multistage random sampling technique, which is a sampling method in which the population in a large area is divided into several smaller areas with clear boundaries. The sample calculation uses the Lemeshow formula, namely with a total sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the results of the t test (partial) on brand trust, brand image and social media influencers partially influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the research results show that the results of the F test (simultaneous) on brand trust, brand image and social media influencers simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keyword : Brand Trust, Brand Image, Social Media Influencers and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

The primary objectives of this study encompass three main aspects: firstly, to determine and thoroughly analyze the influence of Leadership Agility on Organizational Agility; secondly, to ascertain and examine the impact of Organizational Culture on Organizational Agility; and finally, to establish and evaluate the effect of Motivation on Organizational Agility. To accomplish these objectives, a research methodology comprising descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was employed, with a sample size consisting of 85 respondents. The outcomes derived from the multiple linear regression analysis revealed several noteworthy findings. Firstly, it was observed that Leadership Agility exerted a positive and significant influence on Organizational Agility. This suggests that leaders who possess agile qualities, such as adaptability, flexibility, and effective decision-making, contribute significantly to enhancing the overall agility of the organization. Secondly, the study found that Organizational Culture also played a crucial role in shaping Organizational Agility. A positive and significant relationship was identified, indicating that a strong and supportive culture that values innovation, collaboration, and learning fosters organizational agility. Lastly, the analysis demonstrated that Motivation exhibited a positive and significant impact on Organizational Agility. Motivated employees who are driven by intrinsic and extrinsic factors, such as recognition, rewards, and a sense of purpose, contribute to a more agile organization. Overall, this research underscores the importance of Leadership Agility, Organizational Culture, and Motivation in driving and sustaining Organizational Agility. The findings emphasize the significance of cultivating agile leaders, fostering a supportive culture, and nurturing employee motivation to enhance an organization's ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
